Definitely not premium. A crowd of people with screaming children who occupy sunbeds, laying out towels, Ukrainian and English pot-bellied characters with beer in their hands and sandals on their toes. But the choice of food is varied and mostly cooked deliciously. Well, it's fun to watch the ladies who wind up their curls and wear evening dresses for going to the local canteen in the evening)

I arrived at the hotel around 10:00 in the morning. When your room was ready, they said they would call you. I started to wait because the normal entry was 14.00, but I got what I was asking what the caller. Around 14.45 I asked the reception now if the room was ready. When I asked why they called and asked if they were ready, don't worry about the standard cvp etc. I got your answer. There is no Olmega silver, although they have ever committed a bar in Olmega gold during the winter season. One of the best hotels in Belek. And I'm the winter concept is just super. Huge warm outdoor pool, nice warm indoor pool. The food is excellent. Moreover, in winter, almost everything is the same as in summer, but the price is several times lower

Super perfect property, its perfect for any type of people, perfect for singles or families, activities everyday. And regarding the food, a lot of international and local dishes everyday you cannot finish all dishes. And the stuff are amazing, all are amazing! Despite they are under pressure but they are always smiling. I would repeat it many times. And do not forget, it allow you to enter Land of Legends for free with many free bus shuttles from and to the hotel. I am really high recommending this hotel.

Everything is at an excellent level, spacious clean rooms, fresh and varied quality food, cafe bars, infrastructure, entertainment.

Because the booked Rixos Sungate in Kemer / Beldibi was closed for renovation at short notice and Fti brought me here.

*We received wine bootle as a gift from hotel. We drink a glas but all what was in a bootle - left. After cleaning our room they took out glasses. Because we wanted to drink another day, we didn t have glasses, so we went to a bar, just next to swiming pool and our room, and they didn't wanted to give us wine glasses to our room because of procedure . Someone schould think about making clients life harder. Why first we receive wine with glasses and next day we can t have them ???
* heated swimming pools are small and not heated well.
* shocking ! My airconditioning were not working. When I asked to fix it they said that it works until 7:00 pm when you have to warm in Your room You should open window they say Unbelieveliable

It was an amazing place to relax & enjoy the sunny weather . The decoration looks like Greek style, the color & the atmosphere. The pool was fantastic & the restaurant very clean & serving delicious food. The room that I booked was beautiful truly I enjoyed every single moment there. I really recommend it guys if you wanna enjoy the beach life.

Good neat place,was there 3days excellent choice of food ,covers almost most of the things required for a holiday ,staff very helpful,lots of activities to do the whole day, enjoyed my stay there,room and their service was also good.. would definitely plan to come back on my next visit..

With its unique cuisine that you can't decide which one to eat, they are all good brand with hundreds of drinks and lots of animations and live music with sparkling sea, super service and free LAND OF LEGENDS entrance. The rooms are quite spacious and clean as well. The mini bar is always full.

Tremendous and beautiful hotel with good service and friendly staff! I recommend this place for vacation! Really nice hotel, nature around it, beach and sea all is very nice!!! Kitchen in main dining room is very tasty and varied, nice main bar with lot of drinks, and amazing disco bar on the beach with good music and interesting events there. If you will go to Rioxos you necessarily need to visit fish restaurant - it's amazing, meals and service are great, but you need to know that you will need reservation a day before. We lived at villa with own pool and lounge zone, it's builded with good design, all the villas located in the cedar forest - i like it so much! Thank you Rixos for unforgettable vacation!!! I think we will meet again!!!

The rooms are luxurious but if you turn on the tv in the next room to your chance of zero sound insulation you will listen to the TV until the morning. The reception and the concerned employees were unable to look on the face ...

The hotel urgently needs an update. At least in blocks of standard rooms.
There is a fungus in the ventilation, in some of the rooms on the air conditioner grilles fresh black spots. Not even noticeable attempts to remove them. Some rooms are cleaned, but traces remain.

Simply gorgeous. Staff is very involved. It is possible to find a wide variety of food / drink from many world cuisines. Everything is considered for comfort in the rooms.

Not quite 5 star when compared to other places that get 5 star. Good selection of food for vegetarians. Nice beach, but none of the outdoor pools are heated, so even when it is 27 degrees the pool is freezing! Really needs addressing. What a huge oversight! 3 huge pools with a couple of kids playing shivering away! Spa is OK and bustling. Huge praise to Chef Deepak Singh the Indian chef who laid on some dishes that took you straight to India! Exceptional! Also shout out to Chef Ranjeet (who I beleive was part of the wedding party) for making one of the beat Pau Bhajis i have have the fortune of trying!
