The most beautiful resort with a complete life in all respects

The hotel writes luxury but is discussed. Service very bad staff can not catch up .. Wait for a long time for service. Tables not clean. The service staff are untrained and inadequate. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The food was very tasty, but very few ... the cocktails sucks. Not even Mohito. Trying to give all the drinks to the local area is not nice. Don't hang out especially in the lobby, you would expect a lot ..you sleep. :)

With a large or large area. The staff were friendly and polite. The food is nice, service quality. The variety in the bars is too much and unlimited. Really a quality venue.

One of the top 5 hotels in Turkey can go absolutely. It's a fairytale place.

Hotel with many BUT

Our family love Turkey, so we try to be here once or twice a year.
2017 we chose the Rixos Premium Belek for two weeks in end of April.

The hotel is beautiful, large, a lot of carpets and marble, BUT is not cozy, I often feel like in a luxury airport.

The area is large enough, beautifully arranged, many bars, but there are no places where you can sit quietly, escape from a large number of people.

Everywhere food is very tasty, drinks are excellent, great coffee, BUT for dinner in the restaurant chaos - has 15 minutes to look for a free and clean table and all the time you need to look carefully at your feet, that you do not slip off on the food that are on the floor, because staff do not hurry to clean the floor and the management with indifference, calmly and proudly bypasses the dirt and liquids on the floor :) In cafes and bars may need to wait a long time, wait until the waiter arrives. Staff are helpful, hard-working, especially trainees from Ukraine, but management does not manage its staff, do not manage with her work.

This hotel offers on its website a family holiday celebration for them. I with my wife arrived here during our 20th wedding anniversary. By registering at the hotel, the receptionist said they knew about anniversary, the our travel agency told them, and will definitely make celebration, an unforgettable day for us. BUT, neither on our anniversary day nor during the rest of the visit, we did not get any reaction from the hotel!

The hotel can host large conferences. During our vacation there were 3 conferences. During these, guests staying at the hotel's for staff cease to exist, the hotel feels full of chaos, which without conferences are frequent.

Our room in the main building was nice, large enough, many mirrors, BUT under the mirror hidden TV view is barely visible due to reflections, carpet on the floor and stone surfaces with large spots.
The shower and toilet room is nice, beautifully lit, hidden behind huge sliding panels with mirrors, inside there are two glass doors, BUT here there are spots on the stone, part of the plumbing works badly, all the sounds from the toilet are well heard in the room - can sit on the toilet perfectly communicate with people in the room :) You can even watch TV from the toilet room if you push away these beautiful and very heavy plates.

Guests of the hotel - in addition to conference participants, guests from Russia with all their specificity dominate here. I think this is a hotel policy.

This hotel is not suitable for a relaxing quiet holiday with your family.

But if you want to spend your holidays stormy, loudy, in the crowd, all the time feel in the party and if for you do not interfere the mess (sometimes even chaos) - it's almost a luxurious hotel for you!

To sum up, we were disappointed with this hotel.

If your health problem does not occur without any problems I think of a place to be a peaceful holiday.

That's the luxury hotel with good service.It's amazing big. You can take your favorite drink in every corner of that; inside and outside even along the beach! also there is extremely self service restaurants with various dishes...

Large and comfortable hotel. Awesome kitchen with a cosmic choice of dishes. It's nice that, like in all Rixos, you go without these stupid bracelets.
The territory is smaller than Sungate. Every day, several buses to the water park and attractions of Land of Legends. Go 15 minutes. Entrance for guests from Rixos is free.

The beach is a bit bad but the service given by the pool and the pleasures are just fine

I think Antalya is the best hotel in Belek. Staff friendly friendly. The restaurant portions are very good and good quality. Pools are regularly maintained. There's always an event. A hotel that deserves your name. Some services and presentations that are free with the new general manager are paid for and I consider this to be negativity.

A hotel that smells of quality. The sea part isn't bad. The all-inclusive concept is beautiful. You can find food or drink every minute. Service was impeccable.

Definitely a super luxurious all inclusive hotel where customers come first. Just try to book at a time. Where there's no massive events going on. The stakehouse was amazing! A little too much in Quantity though but the beef shank was crazy awesome melting in the mouth. Good and drink in general was quite nice. The fountain show every evening was impressive but repetitive. Spa area is quite luxurious. Indoor pool has a bit strong smell of chlorine but is a paradise when it's raining outside =) land of legends was a good option to spend a day or two if you get bored during the day. Some of the lifts kept being out of order. All and all, a fabulous trip and a hotel that we might return to.

Only problem is the carpet in places in the rooms. I'm allergic, so I'm having trouble breathing. Other than that, everything is fine

Beautiful concept of nice service for single place for holiday

It was a very good and happier experience that we had in the resort. Professional and very welcomed reception for me and my family specially by Nigar .We had an interesting experience and we will make it again surely.

It was a really great holiday. Everything was thought for satisfaction. The food was excellent. The people were very concerned and friendly.

Everything is quality, flawless and the smallest detail is thought out.

Room facility very good. Habib is a great person, does his job perfectly. But the lounge bar the wait staff (not all) a catastrophe, would have to wait about half an hour for drinks. Despite that nothing was going on. Send my wife next month and children again, hope that then something has changed.

For me, this is one of the best hotels. Kitchen 5, service 5, cleanliness 5, landscape 4 and architecture 5.

We have been to different hotels in different countries of the world (Maledives, Seychelles, Bali, etc.), we have something to compare with. But we were very pleased with the rest in this hotel: a beautiful hotel, in a beautiful place. But especially we were pleasantly impressed by the service. All problems were solved easily and in favor of the client. (change of room, bathrobe for the size HHL spa, medicines from the pharmacy, the placement of our little dog). Everything was solved easily by the hotel staff. We received a vastapp number and all issues were solved directly and easily. Delicious food, a huge selection, and very pleasant, fast, unobtrusive, friendly service in every restaurant. Bravo! True Bravo! The stunning territory of the hotel, immersed in cedars. Huge spa, And most importantly, we were lucky and in our first visit we came to Rustam. This is the best massage in our life: Effective as much as possible in such a short time. This is a great master, a former athlete, he feels all the muscles on the body, all the ligaments. Strong, tireless hands. highly recommend.

The luxury 7 star property is class to the core. Massive landscaped lawns, pools on the waterfront, private beach, luxurious rooms well groomed and well decked, amazing breakfast, superb choices of aperitif and main courses, soups salads and desserts mark the main restaurant through out the day. Well appointed and contemporary bar take your spirits to the air.
If you believe in a quality classy and private holiday , must visit this beautiful place.

A super place for families with children. One day, you can go to the Land of Lagendsa and watch the dolphin show, try fast trains.

We spent the past week in this resort, and it was a very excellent choice. The main resturant is full of varied food, the room is so big and clean all time, you can eat outside near the pool, the lobby big so you feel much privacy , there is coffee bar offers hot and cold drinks with snacks and cakes .
Because it was my birthday during our vacation , my husband ask them for cake to surprise me , and they bring it to the room with balloons and flowers, the team is so cute .
We will back again to this amazing place .

I can t understand how someone might not like this magical place! The hotel is chic, the food is super! This is not a five! This is a dozen! I am absolutely delighted!

Belegin price-quality balance is the most accurate, and one of the best managed hotels

Other hotels we have visited are 5 Stars and this hotel is 5 Stars. Quality, quality, quality ....

Absolutely fantastic holiday. Every single element of our holiday was perfect. The only thing we will do differently on our return, I'd having a private shuttle from the airport. The Jet2 transfer took an hour and a half, not the 30 minutes suggested by Jet2. Rixos was entirely perfect.

I wait until luxe hotel but the staff was not friendly

An absolutely Fantastic holiday, the staff simply couldn t do enough. It was great for kids, very newly refurbished and one of the best hotels I ve stayed in!!!

It was a great experience and a holiday, interest, hygiene, food and variety of measures deserve 5 stars.
