I stayed at this property from 26-09-2018 and checked out 29-09-2018. The lobby, gardens, buffets and entertainment facilities were excellent. The desserts and coffee served in the patisserie area were truly 5 star.
My problem with this hotel, lies in the cleanliness of the room. The carpet was still wet from being cleaned, but in the corners were still chip crumbs which were not cleaned when they did the shampoo nor were they cleaned for our entire stay. House keeping, basically just makes your bed and replaces towels, toilet roll etc as part of their service. They do not clean the toilet and shower at all! This is quite sad as this is what I'm remembering about Rixos Premium Belek and not the rest of the awesomeness!
