A very nice building yes. But this is where all the good things about Aena end, which, together with Adif, are one of the worst Spanish companies. How bad they both make us stay in front of the world. WISHING NOW the liberation of the existing monopoly by those two companies.

After having used several of their "businesses" (parking lots and others) ... NEVER TOUCH OR WITH A 2 METER STICK something that these useless ones will manage. I have no choice but to take the planes in their (ex our ...) Airports, but after having lived in 8 more countries, I assure you that I have NEVER encountered such a level of INCOMPETENCE in a manager. The drivers to their parking lots, for example, do you select them in the kennels ?. You catch the most animal driving and the one who has rabies and fleas for when you ask him a question ?? ... Congratulations huh ... I hope that the public ratchet is worth it, because of course even in Burundi I found better management. Useless !!!

Here are the administrators that could assist me and solve my problems with AENA, seeing the headquarters can be understood very well because they need my money. They take advantage of a mistake caused by themselves. In my country it is similar to a fraud in commerce, neither more nor less. I explain. -> Parking Santiago Airport Parking is written on the map. <--- Exactly on AENA parking. Searching on the internet is a phone number for Parking Santiago that I now know is not from AENA, of course. The price of that parking, which is not AENA, for 5 days, is 18. With this mistake park in AENA I left 48. I have warned AENA, since December 5, 2018, of this mistake, until today June 2, 2019 is the same, do not declare AENA, it is the verification that you want this mistake with the price of another parking. It is true that the operators are always gentle and they told me that I am right, that I have the right to a refund, that none should take advantage of a mistake caused by bad data management, AENA itself should take care of marketing, but de facto since AENA never I have answered what I have explained several times, if not saying dozens of times that they do not find the reservation.
