This Palace is a true haven of peace, the staff is very attentive to its customers, the services are at the height of this magnificent establishment.
We will return without worries and highly recommend it.
Beautiful hotel on perfect location. Wonderful ocean and dunes views. 5* service, nice swimming pools and gardens.
The room is only available with full prepayment. If you have to leave earlier for any reason, the money is gone.
I have spent 70% of my professional life in hotels.
I've never seen anything so outrageous.
Over 200.00 per night and the safe in the room must be paid extra.
20.00 per week: - (((
The first week the food was good. Mediocre in the second week.
Private payers do NOT get the best rooms.
Second visit to the hotel and again we were left with a very good feeling. The hotel is very classic, but it is very well maintained. Located next to the dunes. The food is of very good quality, both breakfast and dinner. The meals at the pool restaurant, also good, although the prices are a bit expensive for what they offer. The same goes for the half-board drinks. Prices are much higher than normal, usual in most hotels. The hotel is very quiet, ideal to rest. For me the main faults are: the reservation of amacas, the absence of quality entertainment and the excessive prices of drinks. For the rest, it complies with everything, quality of food, cleanliness, comfort, personal treatment, perfect.
A hotel from the good old days: a prime location, well run, spacious, comfortable, well maintained with a lot of well-trained, long-standing staff that knows its guests and vice versa. A porter picks up the luggage on the bus and after a short welcome you wait with a glass of sparkling wine on the house until you get the keys. Our room was big enough, comfortable with plenty of storage space and a large balcony. There are two meal times and the offer of food there is nothing to complain about and after two days the staff knows the quirks of the guests. At the very spacious pool area there are always free beach chairs and space around it. Off the pools there are small resting islands, where except the service staff hardly anyone passes. The beach is about 20 exhausting walk over
the promenade and many steps or through the dunes. Everything else you need can be found in a nearby shopping center. A nuisance for us is that the points on the RIU card are deleted after a short time, if you do not come regularly. But the world is big.
Fantastic location! Very clean big rooms and nice pool areas. Food disappointing guess I expected a bit more variety. Would visit again but not in a rush to do so.
The biggest and the most beautiful Riu of playa del Ingles. With breathtaking views of the sea and the famous sand dunes. Very chic establishment. It is not the cheapest. The quality of service is irreproachable. For holidays and an unforgettable stay that's for sure. The hotel is located at the southern end of the city on the edge of the dune.
The Old Lady HAS seen better days... but it's still not a bad 4 star hotel
Beautiful hotel area and lovingly decorated rooms. The food is fantastic. Unfortunately the hotel doesn't have much to offer in the complex in the evening. Otherwise I have nothing to complain about.
Best hotel ever , can't go wrong if you want luxury and class !
Getting old. Renovationdbeduetig but please do not change the charm
Just perfect the rooms are nice. It is cleaned every day and the food is indescribable. Definitely recommended.
Excellent attention ... good buffet ... and above all, in the dunes of Maspalomas
A hotel of charm. Very friendly and competent staff. Food was absolutely great.
Nice traditional hotel for an older audience in a prime location on Las Dunas.
Great location, good pool. But the restaurant need some attention from the management. As well as a make over of the hotel is needed.
Nice location, but the pools are worn. No point with a hot tub that is not heated
Very nice
nice staff, nice pool area, well-kept rooms and evening entertainment etc
good service, nice pool area with really comfortable sun loungers, large rooms with balcony and comfortable chairs and footrests, food eg. Breakfast was all there for a good breakfast ... and dinner is on firm tables, very good in a neat ambience.
Yet again another fantastic experience at this hotel. My wife and I have had a week to remember from the very helpful and friendly staff to the total ambience of the hotel. The food choices were excellent throughout our stay.
We'll definitely be coming back agian to enjoy this jewel in the rui crown.
We stayed for 6 days and had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is located next to the dunes of Maspalomas in an unbeatable location. The facilities are downright good and the hotel staff went out of their way to make us look great. Definitely a place to repeat
Quiet, rather for older beautiful grounds, but in need of renovation
A very good hotel in a classic style!
The food was excellent with changing buffet.
If you want to sit outside at breakfast, you have to put on your shoes faster because all retirees start almost 30 minutes before breakfast and almost jump over the barriers. But before all beach chairs with their beach towels occupy. But this is already known almost everywhere in the world by certain nations.
An environmental disaster in front of a priceless natural heritage. They have cemented all around, irreparably damaging the dunes.
Great hotel, staff very friendly and accommodating. The staff in the restaurant are well organized and respond quickly to unforeseen, the dinner is assigned to a table, this must be displayed once the head waiter the day before. Previously ordered drinks are usually ready for the next few days, but can still be changed.
A great organization on the whole. Unfortunately no lunch or all inclusive. Food and drinks are great for the class.
Unfortunately, chairs are occupied early, mostly into the afternoon, no one does anything about it. Especially as a family of several it is not easy to get coherent places by the pool, although only 1/4 of the guests are there.
Since there was only half board, you could at midday but directly at the pool place his orders to order a snack and drinks. Everything was very cheap and rich.
The path over the dunes to the beach should not be taken lightly, very warm and quite far. Especially with a child.
A cheap market is just opposite in the street to the right of the hotel. A little further in the city there are various markets and shopping centers. The island is very large, you can theoretically be constantly on the move or just enjoy the sun.
The pools are partly much deeper as described on the edge of the pool, I (183cm) could not stand partly! (around the small island)
Chilled yet smart. Public access to sand dunes runs through the centre of the hotel! However access to the pool area is by reception only. Staff lovely and buffet meals are plentiful, good quality and varied.
Very nice hotel and bar food was nice and staff helpful
Elegant, very nice staff over years. Style: a bit old-fashioned.
Beautifully situated hotel, overlooking the famous dunes.
Had a great time here, service excellent, food great, staff polite and friendly, no complaints. Would go again.
It's great Super good place with good facilities and good food ... can be recommended
I had to cross it to get to the dunes. It looked very elegant
Hotel magnificent. Beautiful view of the dunes of Maspalomas. Excellent kitchen. Very attentive staff Small commercial gallery with very nice shops. Especially the jewelry with exclusive, modern, original jewelry, very good price / quality ratio.
We hope to return.
Great hotel. Staff very to present and very friendly.
Spectacular view. The hotel inside to be a five star well normalito
The location of the hotel in front of the dunes and close to the beach is something that can not be improved, the views are unbeatable .... !!! It's a pity that they do not offer meals in full board or all-inclusive, because this would be the pump ... !!! Very clean and the staff in general very friendly, I will surely return ... !!!
Extraordinary Hotel with great services and very elegant in all its decoration
Just got back from our 2nd holiday.
Still as fantastic as ever.
Thank you Isaac for making our evening meals so great.
All the staff are very attentive to your needs.
Reception staff couldn't do enough for you and the complimentary fizz on arrival is always welcome.
Great hotel! In reality even more beautiful than in some photos. Very good breakfast and dinner. Super bar, although the bartenders still understand how to serve the drinks with a little show. I think besides Riu Palace Oasis the best hotel in Maspalomas. Very good location, right on the Maspalomas dunes.
Great service, friendly staff, nice entertainment. Recommended for the elderly
Superb place, beautiful hotel amazing view and impeccable service. Not cheap ...
I have never seen a hotel with such a friendly staff as here.
We discovered this hotel by chance and will always prefer it for our vacation.
The food is a new discovery every evening and everything tastes very good.
Our favorite waiter, there is something to laugh about every day
Great Hotel next to the Dunes. Staff excellent and food outstanding.
Beautiful and very well received in this hotel of the palace we come back every year and for the carnival of March and April
Very good hotel, location, food, comfort, friendly staff, in short, ideal for a quiet holiday
Fantastic hotel in a unique location only the gym leaves to be desired
Excellent service, very good food buffet service, clean and comfortable rooms, the most spectacular of all are the views of the dunes of Maspalomas.
