Great service, modern amenities and a nice restaurant.

Come in it is the Ritz! Great location, great staff and just wonderous place to be!

Nice atmosphere, although much nicer in the summer time with the patio. It is really not to busy in the winter when in the summer it can be much busier. Not much of a bar crowd, dining room is nice, food is decent with large portions. They did not have a separate vegan menu when I was here but they were happy to accommodate.

Attended the Joe Carter classic after party. The Ritz was absolutely beautiful.

Beautiful design, courteous staff. Downtown location is close to all entertainment and business amenities.

Visited The Ritz-Carlton for a Mani and Pedi. Had a wonderful experience. The place was clean and relaxing. I'd definitely recommend this place.

The ballroom is gorgeous - perfect for any event. The staff are super friendly and corteous as well.

Toss up between them Ritz and Shangri-La for top room in town...

I am speechless. This spa surpasses anything I have ever experienced in service alone. If you need pampering this is the environment for you.

We had dinner at Toca in the Ritz. The service was amazing and the food was pretty good. I would recommend trying the pasta dishes as they are very good. The meat dishes are ok, but definitely overpriced for the flavour.

It's the Ritz. Of coarse it's 5 star. They do it right.

Disappointed experience. I been to the Ritz Charlton in Montreal twice. From the first greeting to check out it was the most amazing experience I had with any hotels. We received a refreshing wet towel and water while having the personal check in experience. Followed by, a staff member showing us the features of the room. In addition, I received an email from the guest relation prior to artival regarding preferences. After spending four years in Aviation, I developed a professional eye for the hotel industry.
Approximately, one hour ago I checked in the Ritz Charlton Toronto. It is a special weekend for my husbands birthday. The gentleman at the reception desk was aware of a one night stay instead of two. After a quick conversation about the purpose of our stay, he offered us an upgraded without any details. We both declined, so he offered the details of the upgrade, junior suite which includes a separate bedroom from living room with extra bathroom. Also, the price would be negotiable and he could offer it for $100/night. However, I was under impression as an AMEX Platium Card holder and booking the second night under the terms of the Fine Resort, I would receive an upgraded when available. The upgrade was obviously available. We declined and the gentleman stated that he will program our keys then for the two nights, so we don t need to return after the first night (two nights were separately booked). He highlighted that we can stay both nights in the same room. I payed for two nights over $1000 and feel treated like a Motel guest.

Just stayed another few nights at this hotel and was very happy with the service, food/drink, staff, and overall facilities. Highly recommended to anyone staying in Toronto.

I was there for a wedding and everything about the banquet hall was elegant and classy. The food was absolutely amazing in the staff went above and beyond to give us great service. I highly recommend this venue for any type of social event.

The spa was incredible! Very relaxing atmosphere with everything you could ever need. I would recommend one of the body wraps.

I've been to HighTea at various hotels in Toronto and many cities around the world including Ritz in London and SanFran. The overall experience at Ritz Toronto was BLAH! From the room, to the table setting to Savory / Sweet bites everything was boring, dull and just Blah! If you're visiting Toronto try Windsor Arms, Royal York, King Eddy. Don't waste your afternoon here.

Great hotel, the staff is very kind and customer centric. Food and beverage overpriced, but expected with the caliber of the hotel. Spa was amazing.

Quick coffee at the main level Ritz Cafe. Place is inviting and staff is very friendly. The ambient athmosphere is great offering vivid interior, comfy furniture even a dj stand. All speaks enjoyment.

Great service at the bar for drinks, would recommend.

I was delighted about my stay at the Ritz-Carlton. While i have to agree with some reviewers that the rooms look a bit dated, it all got compensated by the lounge.
Located on the 20th floor, the lounge offered a variety of food and drinks at all times. It was never crowded and the staff was outstandingly helpful. We were addressed by the staff by our names and especially Olga went out of her way to make our stay memorable.
Besides the lounge, the hotel is a nice, luxurious place that offers most things you would want.
One thing to note is that the pool area is not really relaxing, as the chloride smell is quite strong and the seating options are limited. Some of the towels on the beach chairs were wet/moist and should have been changed by the staff. With plenty of kids and families at the pool, it got a bit loud. Not a big deal for me, but this is something that could have been improved.
Nevertheless, with the lounge the Ritz-Carlton has been my favorite hotel in North America so far.

This is a really beautiful place it just sucks that it's so expensive but it is a luxury venue and it is to be expected. You do get what you pay for in this circumstance.
Good customer service and the ambiance is quite pleasant. The gentlemen in the front door are always so gracious and welcoming upon entry of the restaurant.

Beautiful location. Room was very clean and spacious. Well designed, the service was great. Unfortunately the room wasnt ready for an hour and a half into our check in time but they complimented it with free drinks, which was perfect for our birthday boy. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are gorgeous!

I went to Toca restaurant. It was very good for food and service. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the restaurant and hope to go again in the future

Friendly staff, great decor, wonderful selection of teas.

Stayed for NYE. They had a cool heated patio open with DJ. Room was OK not quite worth the cost.

Attended a wedding here, staff was so helpful and attentive. Food was yummy, beautiful hotel and great service overall. No free parking available which was expected in downtown Toronto.

I was there for a financial conference. The staff was polite and helpful. The food provided was acceptable an diverse for dietary restrictions. I would recommend.

It was a beautiful sunny day. We had drinks on the patio at the DEQ Lounge. Our server was super efficient and accomedating taken that we had 26 in our party.

Great Spa facility! Looking forward to having brunch and a spa treatment next visit.

My favorite hotel in Canada. Beautiful, chic, and service is incredible! The rooms facing lake and CN tower are breathtaking. Club Lounge was also a great plus with delicious snacks and drinks served all day. The Spa was definitely the best part though. Spent hours in the pool and Jacuzzi after my massage. Do yourself a favor and book a room here to experience what the Ritz is all about, you will not regret it!

Everyone should stay here at least once in their life. Beds like clouds and staff amazing!

Went to Toca for brunch. Food was great but have mixed feelings for service. Had semi rude experience at the seafood bar. My sister in law was told by the server that she can only take two oysters because people are in line waiting but no one was waiting. I understand the message behind it but if you want to control the the portion, please have someone serve it instead.

Spa My Blend never disappoints. Would highly recommend the deep tissue massage!

Very nice stay here with my partner. Great customer service. Great food and drinks. Recreation centre is very nice, well equipped with Technogym fitness equipment. We didn't go to the spa but it looks very nice as well.

Amazing experience. Rented the Panoramic suite. I loved their use of space and the restaurant "fish and chips" (Lobster and sweet potato fries ) were AMAZING! Money well spent. You really get what you pay for...Would for sure go back.

What a great experience staying at the Ritz Carlton. I was here for a business ceremony. The rooms were very clean and everything was in mint condition. The service was amazing and the customer service was excellent.They were willing to go out of the way and help out where-ever it was needed. Breakfast had a wide range of food. This experience makes me want to come back again and I do hope I will be back here again in the near future.

Let's be honest. This should not be a Ritz property. The only thing up to par with the brand is the pricing - otherwise, everything is dated. As a Marriott elite, this isn't up to expectations. We stayed at a residence inn in the states last week that was much nicer.

I went for my sisters birthday and we absolutely loved it. The tea box selection was a great display and my family got different teas to try them all. They were amazing. The tea amount is more than enough. The food set up was perfect and more than enough as well. The atmosphere is excellent, and staff were great. Certainly recommend it for high tea!

[Stay was for November 30th - December 2nd 2018] I didn't find too much special about the room but more so the service. Concierge was very helpful with recommending restaurants and clubs to try. I love the Ritz Carlton brand and this stay did not disappoint.

I love the Ritz. The level of customer service is above and beyond any other hotel chain. When they were late to send me Tylenol, they removed the fees. When the teenagers in the other room woke us up at 4:30am, they waived the parking fees. Whatever minor hiccup, they were quick to resolve the issue. The only reason I am giving them 4 stars is that I am surprised of how dated the hotel is. I think it's time for some renovations. The room was nice and big but the hotel as a whole seemed a bit outdated. Overall I would still recommend everyone to stay here. You will not be disappointed. The Ritz customer service should be every hotel's standard. I will come back.

Great hotel, terrific service, beautiful views of the CN tower, sizeable rooms. Definitely expensive on a per night basis, but if looking to splurge or spend a bit more this is a good option. Location is fairly Central to the downtown core for business or leisure. Will come back.

Very swanky. Rather pricey. You do get what you pay for though.

Wow. After traveling all day. I treated myself to in room dinning. As the nice young woman unloaded the food my face was probably showing the horror I felt seeing pizza that was extremely burned and chicken tenders that looked like they were old and definitely were not tossed in buffalo sauce more like poured on top of sat for awhile and served. I m mortified. I ve never stayed at a ritz Carlton, but the hotels I ve stayed at have had better quality of food. I m extremely disappointed and will be leaving multiple reviews across all social media platforms.

I had my wedding at the Ritz-Carlton on September 16 2017 and I would like to thank Mr. Simon Farey and his associates and staff for helping us prepare. They went out of their way and helped us from the get-go to the very last second. It was everything I wished for and more, a magical event to say the least. I may have had one little concern about the buffet, I felt the portion sizes were a bit too small for the guests. Otherwise it was very tasty and high quality food food.
