Perhaps the worst place to go for afternoon tea..The bread was stale, eggs weren't cooked...It wasn t up to the standard that I expected from a hotel of that caliber. A complete waste of time.

Attended for a work event and was greeted getting on, off elevator and service was exceptional over lunch. Great experience.

whats worse than a clientele at a hotel bar that is questionable at best... ?(on a good day). a staff that forgets they are in the hospitality industry.

go to the Royal York library bar instead. this place has fallen in the same trap at the four seasons and shangrila in toronto. too many Nouveau riche folks looking to flaunt it.. (from wikipedia: Sociologically, "nouveau riche" refers to the man or woman who previously had belonged to a lower social class and economic stratum (rank) within that class; and that the new money, which constitutes his or her wealth, allowed upward social mobility and provided the means for conspicuous consumption, the buying of goods and services that signal membership in an upper class). ..... Went for Sunday brunch, definitely did not disappoint. Everything was fresh and high quality. Service was also very good. I highly recommend going.

Gem of hotel with great service, awesome rooms, lovely lobby, decent bar and a great place for summits and conferences. This is also nicely located in the Toronto hub - good for both staying and arranging a conference and summits. Resturant is very good also - no matter what you have.

I attended a wedding and reception. The hotel rooms were spacious and neat. The catering and services were both superb, the food was delicious and overall it was a great experience.

Was out for a dinner and a show. We used their valet service which was a very reasonable $15 considering the parking lot across the street was $20 for the day. Had a lovely romantic dinner at TOCA in the Ritz-Carleton. The service by the staff was beyond excellent. We felt like we were celebrities by the way they treated us. They constantly checked that we were okay timewise to make sure we weren't going to be late for our show (The Illusionists). Food was delicious although I found the salmon I ordered to be average (something I could have made at home). My date enjoyed her ravioli very much. Would definately recommend for an intimate evening out as the atmosphere there is very romantic.

This is a great spot to watch for your favorite 'stars' during the T.I.F.F.

I like the location , amenity of the rooms. But there seems to be a problem with staff answering phone calls. Every single call I made during my 3 nights stay has always been ringing for a while before someone picked it up or no one picks up .

1st rate service, and when you go to the Club Level, it goes to the next, well, level.

We went to the Ritz-Carlton to film on behalf of Ryerson University for a fashion event. Everyone was very friendly especially the staff outside of the front doors.

It's the Ritz for a reason. Quiet, exclusive and has the vip feel you need to maximize your R and R.

Attended our work Christmas Party at the Ritz Carlton. A truly amazing night. Staff was friendly and attentive, food was excellent and the facilities were lovely. A terrific time!

The spa is fantastic. Quite relaxing. They should update the lunch options to add some more healthy options but other than that it was perfect.

I was at the ritz cafe for a business meeting. They have great coffee and a great atmosphere. It was initially quite loud but luckily got quieter around the time of our meeting.

Visited TOCA restaurant inside The Ritz-Carlton, Toronto. The restaurant was easy to find and the lobby was very clean and inviting. The food and bottomless mimosas were amazing! The hosts and servers were extremely friendly and explained everything clearly! Highly recommend the special Sunday brunch!

The amount of food that I ate there made me feel either disgusted that I ate so much or proud of myself for not vomiting on the way back. It wasn't the fault of the hotel, I was just pretty slow that day and felt like a few good meals would work out fine. I ordered room service and the guy who gave me my service knocked, I'm about to open the door when I decided to mess with him by t-posing. He didn't understand anything, he did not grasp the power of the t-pose. As I asserted my dominance, he stood there, unnerved by my power. I went on my tippy toes, rising in height. Then, the almighty brian gillam ate the food without paying and I lost a few dollars. However, it was worth it to see brian gillam. Ask to see brian gillam if you come here.

Had Sunday brunch here as baby shower, service and food were excellent although a bit expensive.

10/10/10 across the board. This establishment is full of Ladies and Gentleman ! Stayed here last October, the staff were amazing, no surprise. Shout out to Nico (Night Manager), Francisco and Brent from the Ritz bar for their exceptional service. Everything here is perfect, from the entrance, to the lobby, the room, service and the food !

I checked in here because I wanted to watch a concert in Roy Thompson Hall which is 5 minutes away from the hotel. My experience was amazing! The room was clean. The ambiance was great! The staff were friendly and accommodating!

I even left my phone in the lobby and one of the staff came rushing to hand me my phone. All in all my stay was superb!

Hello everyone, some days before i meet a boy who claims he is a real canadian, he talk to me he is the hiring manager of the ritz carlton hotel,he talk me his name is david, & He took the money 3250 Ringgit giving me work in this hotel ,after than He cheat at me,now i want a justice

I'm giving the Deq afternoon tea one star. Seating promptly started at 3pm, tea arrived first but we didn't get our first dish until 3:30. There are three rounds of dishes, the quiche, the savories then the desssets. The quiches were good, the rest of the savories were alright, most tasted stale. The sweets were literally inedible, it was either too sweet, sour (arguably subjective) or stale (objective). Service was extremely slow even though there were only a handful of small tables seated, people who arrived after us even left before us. We got our dessert dish at 4:40pm when our tea was already cold and close to the end of the seating time which was 5pm. For the amount paid and the reputation of the hotel and its restaurants, the quality in food was absent and service extremely poor. I will not go there again. Not commenting on how the rest of the hotel operates, just the afternoon tea.

This hotel is top notch. The restaurant is amazing, service is unbelievable, and rooms are pristine.

I was here for a business event( about 400 People) and I am amazed from the facility and especially the service(friendly and on top of Everything). Food was excellent as well. I can't make any comments to pricing since I did not had to pay.
