Afternoon tea series, Carlton's afternoon tea is only available on weekends. To make an appointment in advance, it is divided into two time periods: 12:00pm and 3:00pm. There are three choices. The difference is that the champagne is different. The ingredients are the same. Personally recommend Blush, which is the second type, about $70. There are 12 kinds of tea products, personally recommend heavenly cream, better with milk and sugar. There are two kinds of snacks. The first one is the sandwich series, which is salty. The sweetness on the back is sweet. It is absolutely enough. Carlton's environment is good, the quality of snacks is also good, Chinese people often come, if not very concerned about the environment, the afternoon tea of the king edward hotel is worth a visit

Went to TOCA for the Saturday brunch. Service was amazing, and food selection was great! Had a very attentive waiter, and our seats were pulled out for us when we were brought to the table. Cocktail shrimp were huge and juicy, and all the seafood was fresh. Would definitely recommend coming here for special occasions, as it is $64 pp but definitely worth it if you love seafood (ayce crab legs, fresh oysters, lobster stalls, shrimp)

The Ritz-Carlton in downtown Toronto was a very nice place to be at. It provided food, drinks, and entertainment for a low cost.

Absolutely fabulous visit to the Ritz and more specifically High Tea. I did not stay at the hotel this is strictly about rhe High Tea aspect.

It was lovely! From as soon as we sat down the experience was perfect, tea desserts and sandwiches were amazingly created and left us completely full and satisfied. The mini jam selection was a plus! And bubbles as well.

Would 100% return and share the experience with others. It was a classy evening!

Just returned from an extended weekend stay at the Ritz Toronto. Fabulous property in an excellent location. The best part of the stay was Scott, the Concierge on the 20th Floor. He went out of his way to accommodate me and my family. I will return to the Ritz Carlton Toronto again and again.

A great place to stay in Toronto, close to almost all the key spots downtown. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, the spa is cozy with knowledgeable staff and the gym is sufficient. One qualm was that after I removed a top sheet in our room, the blanket had a visible circular yellow stain which really turned me off from the otherwise clean vibe the hotel had everywhere else.

We had our office program here. Service was really good. They offered complimentary coffee.

A Friday night stay with husband to celebrate our birthdays. Stayed at Shangri La last February and was equally impressed with Toronto's 5 star Ritz. Amazing location slightly away from the financial district and central to restaurants, theatres, sports venues etc. We booked a corner suite and it was massive and spotless. We were upgraded to excellent view of CN Tower and the lake on 17th floor. Beautiful decor and furniture. Very large bathroom. Nice Asprey toiletries and every vanity kit imaginable (toothbrush/paste, shaving kit etc). Bed and linens were awesome. Two beautiful flat screen tv's with Bose sound system. Also 2 Blu ray players! There were one and a half bathrooms; I would have preferred a front closet (there is only one in bedroom) instead of the second bathroom but it clearly works for them! We had dinner a couple of blocks away but have been to Toca and it is a fabulous restaurant. Checked out pool, spa and gym and they looked amazing but didn't have time this trip! Staff were super professional as well as very friendly. Definitely one of the best TO hotels!

Very nice hotel, room was just average as was the pool area, the spa though was outstanding as was the Deq Lounge.

As always the ritz has some of the best service for a hotel in Toronto. Great location amazing restrauraunt's. Great pool and coed lounge area. Highly recommend staying here

Went to DEQ lounge for afternoon tea - it was fabulous!

The in hotel bar is great. Very busy however and hard to hear someone sitting beside you speak.

What a beautiful hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful, the food is delicious and the spa is top notch. Highly recommend this hotel while in Toronto.

Service at the lounge was just perfect, the lady that served the wine showed an impressive knowledge about catering and best years. She listened and understood what we want. The place was clean, and we never felt unwelcome. Great night!

Excellent. Very clean and well designed. Room service is excellent. My every need was met. I enjoyed the Netflix in the room. I would definitely stay here again.

Valet was quick and the attendants remembered not only my name but my face.

Room service was excellent. Delicious, quick and the server went above and beyond. Healthy options. Vegetarian as well as gluten free options.

Front desk- check in was quick and effortless. The desk clerk was extremely friendly and smiled through the process.

Food is excellent at the Sunday brunch. Service is excellent. Price is quite expensive but worth the experience.

Lighting in the bathroom was poor. TV did not work in the room

Quality sub par. Been there twice. Only visited the restaurants. Once for Christmas Afternoon tea. One for Sunday Brunch. Christnas Afternoon Tea's food's quality is hardly even equal to what you can get in many other places, supermarket, etc. I lowered the expectation when i had Sunday brunch. So the food is equal to what i expect. The problem is with table service, like water not getting refilled in a timely manner, etc.

I went to the spa and was treated very well. Left extremely relaxed

The stay here was amazing. However our server at the Terrance/Patio, named Kleon was the exact reason I will be back! My friend and I were dining there just last night and he was so helpful. He constantly checked up on us, went out of his way to get me a charger for my phone, kept a look out for a table on the patio I was interested in to free up and actually made conversation. Not just that but his way of speaking was phenomenal. It s small details like these that make your stay/dining even more pleasent. Thanks Kleo!!!! We ll be regulars at the patio now.

This Hotel is the best. The service is number 1. The kids love the attention. They went all out for our boys birthday and mine. We go to this Hotel 3 times a year for a mini family break. We tey other hotels now and then but we always compare to the Ritz

I enjoyed the corner suite with lake side view of the CN Tower best hotel in the area hands down& worth the money !!!

Was treated to the spa for Mothers Day. It was incredible. The staff were so professional and friendly. The atmosphere was perfect. I had the best massage of my life. Highly recommend!

Went to DEQ bar. Great location and very posh venue. I used to love this place because they had decent drinks and an amazing bar mix (mix of nuts and olives). Unfortunately, the bar mix is now gone and has been replaced with a cheaper quality mix. Drinks are now also $20+ each, which seem pretty expensive compared to other venues. But I guess you're paying for the ambiance.

Hotel location is good. Greeted with champagne at check in.
Spent a night celebrating wedding anniversary - mentioned in passing when checking in.
Front desk staff Reuben surprised us with balloons and cupcakes in our room. Our corner suite was beautiful and clean. Had a great stay!

Beautiful hotel with a stunning lobby, lounge, and restaurant. The cafe in the lobby is very good and turns into a bar in the evening. The staff is very friendly.

This place really is a 5 star hotel. Rooms were amazing, with very comfortable beds. The bathroom was top notch, as it even had a TV in the mirror!

You can use the spa amenities for free when you stay there, like the jacuzzi, steam room, etc. Very relaxing. Salt water pool as well.

Pro tip: make sure you use the free shoe shine service, they come around at night and if you leave your shoes outaide the door, they return it the next morning with a top notch show shine service.

The staff were courteous and attentive. My room was amazing. The conference facilities were excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of my stay.

Can't beat the Ritz most places !

A first class hotel in Toronto. Two bars with very different atmospheres in the lobby. A restaurant that is really out of the ordinary. Not exactly a traditional Ritz like the ones you are used to. A touch of freshness and modernity! There are also beautiful rooms for receptions and conferences!

Staycation Heaven. Its not far away but outstanding elegance and luxury make RC Toronto a fabulous option. Never disappoints.

My favourite 5* hotel in Toronto. It s all about the location. City view and water view. In the entertainment district, you can access everything in 5min walk. Theatre, shopping, amazing restaurant, aquarium, can tower. You can even use the Path (the underground city) perfect for cold and rainy days.
The rooms are beautiful. My favourite is The Simcoe suite. Very unique.
Do the brunch and high tea here.
The service is the real Gold Standard you would expect from the Ritz-Carlton.

I would highly recommend to stay here. Make sure to also visit the Spa.

This Ritz-Carlton is an absolute 5 star hotel. The staff and service is top notch, unlike their Chicago location. Staff are courteous and well mannered. Will definitely visit this Ritz-Carlton again

Great location and great staff, not to mention great rooms. One of the best places to stay in downtown Toronto.

Nice environment and pretty civilised spot to grab a drink before the Jays game. Cocktails were great but they were a bit understaffed and I watched my drink sit numerous times while the bartender scurried off to attend to other matters.

I had booked a holiday brunch for my boyfriend's birthday ( which happens to be on Christmas) , and upon arriving I was disappointed to find that due to an online booking error not only did we not have a reservation, but there was no brunch that day . I was crushed, until in jumped Ryan, the gracious host. He took care of us, and introduced us to a fantastic bartender. The whole team then made sure that my partner felt special and spoiled. I cannot thank them all enough for saving this birthday. And I cannot wait to go back again. Thank you!

Loved every moment of our stay! From the valet to reception to hotel staff very friendly and next level customer service! My favourite Marriott I have stayed by far!! The food, the room service, their spa and best of of all, you must try their burgers!!!!

The bartender was really impressive and they used liquid nitrogen to cool the martini glasses which I was into, but the bar looked like it was just thrown together as an afterthought. Hotel is gorgeous, the bar was meeehh. Good martini though!
