I love the Ritz. The level of customer service is above and beyond any other hotel chain. When they were late to send me Tylenol, they removed the fees. When the teenagers in the other room woke us up at 4:30am, they waived the parking fees. Whatever minor hiccup, they were quick to resolve the issue. The only reason I am giving them 4 stars is that I am surprised of how dated the hotel is. I think it's time for some renovations. The room was nice and big but the hotel as a whole seemed a bit outdated. Overall I would still recommend everyone to stay here. You will not be disappointed. The Ritz customer service should be every hotel's standard. I will come back.
