This was a nice stay, you really do get what you pay for. The staff is so friendly, we had a cleaning lady on our floor (her name was jaya) and she was so helpful and friendly, just a hard working salt of the earth lady, she made the stay just so much more enjoyable, if only all cleaning lady s could be like her. There is a pool, it is a decent size and there is a hot tub, the locker rooms are very nice. The bathrooms in the room are extremely nice, the beds are very comfortable, and the room felt very clean. It was a very nice experience.
Ok kindly resume your Cv to the company mail ritzcarltonllc@wormail.com
This is fake or original sir
The food was not the best but service was really good.
Didn't have a good experience .The room next door was making a lot of noise , called security several times in a span of 2 hours . Finally 2 hrs later things went quiet.
The location of the hotel is amazing, you walk out of a high end, luxurious building into the middle of Toronto; there are many really nice buildings around it and there are many shops and stores to visit right near by. I did not stay overnight as I was only there for an event, but the staff as well as the decor was 5-stars worthy.
We went to noon tea service and we weren't served and attended to until 1245pm.
Attended a seminar in a conference room. The setting was very nice and the food was excellent.
Professional and friendly staff. Ready to meet your ever need with respect and professionalism and a friendly attitude.
I attended the Ritz for dinner and drinks with a friend. Great atmosphere, and dinner was reasonably priced. Service could have been a little faster, but it was a fairly busy night. All in all, would recommend.
Nice, clean, big well kept rooms, the food was great.
Today, I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Courtney who was an amazing guy and bartender at DEQ. Even though I ordered a coca cola, he was so pleasurable to deal with. As a customer that has a disability, he went out of my way to talk to me like a human being plus he also gave me tips on social skills which I asked him for advice since I struggle with reading social and people cues sometimes. He even said I was awesome and that I am unique which really made my day. I want to tell everyone that if you need a good place to wind down and chat, this is the place to go even if you just order a coca cola. Also, one of the ladies walked me down to show me where I could get to the PATH to stay away from the snow as well. Furthermore, the manager even took the time to tell me how to stay dry from the snow and she even had a conversation with me. It was a complete honour to be at The Ritz Carlton where they treat you like family! Hope everyone has a sparkling day. :)
Awesome customer service!
Nana and all the other staff are amazing and I was treated like family.
Great location and service, will definitely come back.
A bit of a problem with check in - they got my dates wrong despite having a confirmation. However, they cleared that up pretty quickly. The service is fantastic - definitely the best of any hotel in Toronto. The location is obviously great, the room is what you would expect from a Ritz. The housekeeper even noticed the iron leaked and got me a new one without me asking! Overall, my favorite place to stay in Toronto - and by a long shot!
Dropped by for late night cake in the bar. Great service, delicious food.
Staff quick to assist in getting to the conference floor, food was good for buffet luncheon.
Best service, with great people. Definitely going back
Went for high tea. Good experience. Tea was good. Food was fairly average. Great service and good atmosphere.
It's Ritz Carlton guys. Expect exceptional hospitality
The spa was great and the staff were professional and courteous. The amenities were great and lit really well.
Nice rooms. Great customer service. Great breakfast buffet.
Absolutely loved it.
My favourite Marriott hotel in Toronto so far.
The outdoor patio was super trendy and comfortable. With couches, fire places and a view of the CN tower - must place to visit.
Richer than my wallets value. The staff, counter and concierge were all quite friendly/helpful....I was delivering residents/guests food orders through Door Dash! If I could and had to choose where to stay, I'd definitely hit the Ritz...hands down!!
Nice hotel and nice location breakfast wasn't good as compare to other hotels rest rooms and services are good
Great venue for meetings and banquets. The accomidations are top notch but the staff could be a little bit more kind of its guests
Top two favourite hotels in the downtown core. Excellent service and welcoming staff. Always
fantastic lunch. great italian burger - huge portions. great soup too.
I had really a bad experience at DEQ bar recently. It was my first time at ritz toronto and i was so exited to feel the ritz carlton dinning experience. However, everything went wrong!!! It took them a long time to take my order even though the place was not busy, the server showed no professionalism, no care!!! Food came in cold and took forever!!! Drinks were not what i expect at Ritz!!!
I asked the server to see the manager then i was introduced to the F&B Director Mr. David Nack that he extremely surprised me by his weird attitude !!! I was explaining to him the situation and at the same time he was GIGGling " I really felt like a piece of crop"!!! And showing me no care!!! He did not even apologize or ask me if he can do anything for me to make me happy. Instead, he was telling me that he s facing a lot of challenges and that he is facing a hard time to manage his team " this was the last thing i wanna hear""
It is really a shame for Ritzcarlton to be run by these type of individuals
The worst experience i had with Ritz throughout my life!!! I won t be back and i do not suggest this place for anyone!!!
Way too far from luxury!!! I am very disappointed
Boasting stylish and spacious suites, impeccable service, and a central location, The Ritz-Carlton is certainly up there with the best hotels in Toronto.
Set in a gleaming glass high rise building, the fabulous five-star hotel has a very sophisticated look and feel, with gourmet dining, a state-of-the-art spa, and indoor pool on offer. As well as glorious views out over the city, guests can enjoy sumptuous signature cocktails at the Ritz Bar.
Location: The hotel is within walking distance of most of the city s main sights, such as the CN Tower, Ripley s Aquarium, and Rogers Centre
I had the brunch at Toca and it was a wonderful experience. The place was incredibly well kept, staff was polite and quick to their feet with their services, food was fantastic. If you're interested in going for a upscale celebration, this is the place to go.
Room had the wrong # of beds and the complimentary WiFi was spotty but otherwise very nice.
Attended a Brunch Wedding at the Ritz-Carlton Toronto. The staff was fantastic and the food was absolutely amazing! Especially the Beef Wellington.
The decor was nice and a delicious dinner was served at our holiday party there.
Chic setting, adds further oomph to our city ..of course not for wallet conscious
Stellar service, plentiful dessert selection, tasty Caesars
Great place to hangout with friends for a drink even if you are not staying there
The Ritz-Carlton is a beautiful hotel! Went for the high tea and service was great as well as the ambiance. Would do it again!
WEDDING & EVENT Price Rip Off
As we were planning our event the hotel tried sneaking in an almost 30% "administration" charge to our invoice and add an additional event fee.
I have read the fine print prior to organizing our event. The 30% admin fee was not mentioned and is in addition to all the extra charges in the fine print like the regular 6% admin fee, 15% service charge or 13% tax.
Great service and lovely atmosphere for a cup of tea next to the fireplace on a winter afternoon.
Awesome My Blend Spa and staff. We'll definitely come back. Thanks Nancy again
Greatest customer service I've ever had. The hotel was under construction and I got woken up from the noise. The manager transferred me to another room gave me an upgrade, free bar, cleared my tab, and then gave me enough points for another night's stay! What can I say my 5 stars say it all!
The afternoon high tea was until recently the best in the city. It s now not even in the top ten. They ve moved the location to one with terrible acoustics and crowded tables. They ve dropped the proper tea pots and China for cheap stoneware and small pots that don t steep the tea or keep it warm. The staff is still absolutely fantastic. But it doesn t even count as high tea any longer. I ll miss it a lot.
It s a high 3, def not 4 or 5 star hotel. Not even comparable to the Four Seasons but very comparable to the fake nice establishments of Toronto.
Service 3. High tea at the hotel is a rushed sad service experience. They will leave you with nothing for 45 mins and then rush you out and take away your unfinished food and drink. Completely unacceptable at real 4/5.
Coffee shop was quiet with good atmosphere and quality drknks
The housekeeping services were fantastic! Jaya was an absolute pleasure to meet. She is incredibly helpful and kind! It is service like this that makes me want to return.
We stayed on Club Lounge level with a corner suite. We had a harbour view and it was great. All of the food was outstanding and Robin in the club lounge made us feel at home. We would return the next time we are in Toronto.
The service was exceptional, from the front desk to the maids cleaning our room. Wonderful room. Friendly people.
We were on the 2nd floor for an event. Was an amazing time.
