Ritz-Carlton Toronto Review

Very posh place. Have stayed at quite a few Ritz hotels. Service here is top notch

Visited the Ritz bar, food was really great and price reflects the quality and service that you would expect from a high end hotel.

I was there for their brunch buffet. Food was delicious although pricy.

Such a gorgeous luxurious place and the staff are extraordinary in their duty to provide prompt and respectful service. The entrance is beautiful and it has a very welcoming and bright feeling, this is a place to get experience for yourself for a weekend or for a conference. Absolutely amazing!

Great to be back. Always great food and the gents who park the cars are top shelf ... Will be here to stay soon as you let us! All the best to the staff.

Super stay in a club level suite. The service was attentive and focused. My compliments to the concierge staff working on the 19th floor, they were of great help during my one-week stay. Great location and incredible Dining options.

In seven simple words, I can say that "The Ritz-Carlton is where hospitality resides". In order to elaborate on that, I have to give thanks to multiple different staff: Thank you to Adam, who both greeted me and bid me farewell and the beginning and end of my stay. Thank you to Ashley from Guest Services who promised that someone from housekeeping would be by my room in no more than 10 minutes to help me figure out the nespresso machine. Thank you to Anita in housekeeping who came to my room in no more than FIVE minutes with a new nespresso machine in tow. Thank you to Omar from housekeeping who came shortly after Anita to thoroughly explain how to use what I refer to as a "21st Century Coffee Contraption" ( hahaha :D ). Last, but certainly not least, the highest level of thanks to Larissa from The Spa who went ABOVE and BEYOND to ensure my guest and I felt absolutely luxurious at our first stay at The Ritz-Carlton. Larissa's hospitality coupled with the aforementioned staff guaranteed that I will be visting The Ritz-Carlton again in the very near future.

Great service a beautiful hotel. I've stayed at some nice hotels in my time . The w hotels, the lowes hotels, this place is the creme de la creme. Side note we were going to a wedding in Toronto and when people asked where we were staying because we were from out of town. My family would say the ritz carlion wow everyone was so impressed. So I guess the hotel has earned it's reputation. So thank you and hope to be back soon.

The Ritz Carlton Toronto is very nice although some of the furnishings are outdated for such a luxury hotel. Also you guys have Drake s crazy white manager lady running around like she owns the damn place. You guys need to learn to treat all your guest with that energy not just Drake and his team.

I was there for drinks and found it to be very tasteful and elegant. Service was good and professional. Making a point visiting more often.

Very friendly and professional staff. Had a corner room which has best view of the city and great refreshment. Lounge is comfy with excellent food and servers really try to get to know you. Definitely the best hotel I have stayed in Toronto

Beautiful place with exceptional service and quality. You can feel it in the weight of the door when you slide your key card in for the first time and see it when you enter the grand & warm lobby. I recommend anybody to stay here, you will not be disappointed! And please do try out the room service poutine, it's the best one I have ever tried! -- December 2017

Just had my second stay August 2018. Once again, such a superb hotel! My wife was not feeling well so I called down to the front desk to have advil delivered. They were so kind that they also sent up a hand written getgwell soon note and homemade chicken noodel soup for my wife :) this is the reason we will keep coming back! 5 Star all the way

Visited a friend and the valet service was great. The room was really nice, great view. The staff was very polite.

Came for the Sunday brunch and Toca and was blown away by the level of service and food at the brunch buffet. 2 thumbs up all the way through from the reservation process to the bill presentation

I expect a livelier/better bar scene on a busy evening in the city

"Pompelop" suite , Empty and superb indoor pool for a guaranteed moment of relaxation . Staff worthy of the name, service in New York it was really great, thank you again to the whole team !!

We love the Ritz... We modeled our own bed from their mattress and linens. This Ritz? The best in the world! World-class service gives way to spacious rooms with a full-size spa tub and mirror TV. Don't forget to spend an afternoon in their amazing spa!

The staff are so kind. Rooms are absolutely amazing. Great food. Short lines. Great VIP check in line.

Love the Experience there! Although I would be wary with the DEQ Lounge bartenders. They added two extra drinks on my tab. I should have seen it, but didn't notice until later. However, the hotel itself is gorgeous.

The Ritz carlton is a beautiful place to visit in toronto. When I went I for my first time I couldn't have believed my eyes, its amazing and the people that work thier are all friendly. Fo check it out

Room was nice, pool was nice, great location. The gentleman working the doors were always polite and helpful. Front desk staff were very helpful. Had a great view from the 17th floor. The looby bar was very chill and the bartender was on point.

I loved as a hotel as a situation is in the center as a building and as a service we were given a high room with a view of the adjoining buildings and at night it was spectacular to see the city illuminated and the offices and the rest of the houses also, the good breakfast I do not know its restaurants

Thanks to Alejandro Orta this was a wonderful experience.
I will say they do have some people working there that truly don't understand that when you're staying at a hotel like the Ritz-Carlton it's not just to sleep (there are plenty of Holiday Inns for that) it's for the experience, and it's regrettable that they have people working the front desk that will tell you "we can't change the room, there's nothing we can do for you".

Like I said, thank God for Alejandro! He made us feel not only heard, but appreciated guests! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Likely the best hotel in the city, at least my favorite. Warm smiles walking in and well, it is the Ritz! You can expect courteous and professional treatment and a genuinely caring concierge. It is a premium hotel, obviously.

I was only there for a corporate event, but the venue is gorgeous. Lots of marble around and just shone with pinache. The food was good, as was the wait staff and large meeting room. And it wasn't even too cold or hot, with several hundred people there. That's hard to do.

The doorman was rude, Vabs I think his name was, not friendly

I attended a company event. We were located in the ballroom area. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. The dinner was simply amazing.

We stayed at the Ritz Carlton Toronto inJuly 2019. We were given a lake view room but the buildings kind of blocked the view of the lake.
The service was excellent, particularly Joya in housekeeping.

The room service was incredible. The hotel has a restaurant with a cheese cave inside of it and the cheese was very good.
We usually prefer a suite because they have two bathrooms, but this time we got a regular room (traveled with just one kid instead of three) which turned out to be big enough for us. The bathroom was bigger than most other Ritz Carltons we ve stayed at and there was a TV in the mirror(I wouldn t touch the remote in there though!)

The staff were very accommodating. We were celebrating a special occasion and the staff went out of their way to make it special. Had an awesome experience.

I walk through it to get to work. Hence I visit it every day but don't see much of it.

Amazing experience. One of the best hotels in the city. White glove service and in a perfect location. The Ritz-Carlton is the best in every category but you are paying for what you get. This is a premium hotel geared toward a premium client. If you're not on a budget and are looking for an amazing hotel experience, this is the place for you.

While I did not stay at the hotel, I did spend time at the restaurant for breakfast/brunch. It was good, but definitely pricey for my liking

I was very disappointed with this Ritz. I ve stayed at the one in Montreal twice and was extremely happy with what we got in the room. This one was not special at all. The bed was very comfortable but that s all. I was also upset at we had booked a week in advance and asked for the room with a lake view with one king bed. When we got there they have us 2 queen beds. They changed us to a room with a king bed but were not able to give us the lake view which I really wanted.
The staff were nice and we didn t make a fuss about it, but I was still bothered.

It was lovely and nicely decorated for Christmas. We went there for afternoon tea and had a very enjoyable time. We would just suggest they provide tea cozies for the teapots to prevent the tea from cooling quickly.

Solid place, recommend it if you want to go to a solid place.
