Great stay at this luxury hotel. The spa and pool is really great. You are free to use the facilities as a guest of the hotel. Nespresso machine in the room is a nice touch.

I was attending a celebration of the 106th anniversary of Taiwan and it was beautiful. It was very spacious and easy to get to. I look forward to future events.

Incredible venue - probably one of my favorites in Toronto. Very easy to get to, very high-end, super staff.

Went to TACO restaurant for Summerlicious, and it was a good experience.

Candy table for kids was a hit! Restaurant excellent! Rooms and beds were a dream!

Great location, easy to get to either but transit or car. "Swanky-est" place I've been(may not mean much since I'm from the suburbs). Very professional staff

Went to TOCA, the restaurant. Wonderful set menu dinner. Great wine pairing. Very nice staff.

Went for brunch at the Toca. We had a private room for a party of 14 people and the service was pretty fast. The ayce seafood buffet was decent but for the price of the buffet I expected a bigger selection of food.

Stayed here for a couple of days in May. Such a beautiful hotel! The rooms were clean, had an amazing view and the staff was excellent. The lounge on the 19th floor was great. Drinks and snacks included and it was delicious. I would be happy to stay here again.

The security was great and the reception was marvelous.

We had the best experience. We stayed with our young children, and the staff (especially Jaya) went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and at home. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great brunch! $65 on a Saturday. Unlimited mimosas (Moet) and amazing selection of seafood!! Can't go wrong! Will definitely be back!

one of the better options in Toronto, but it's getting a bit dated as far as ritz carltons go.

Always great customer service and very nice amenities. Valet parking can take a while if it is a busy time of the day. Just ask for your car in advance to save time.

LOVED OUR STAY HERE! I had booked a room here for me and my partner for his birthday and everything from trying to set up the DQ ice cream cake pick up to the check-in, valet and room service process was exceptional. You can really appreciate the 5-star service they provide here and the pride they take in maintaining their hotel. The location is also very central and you can easily access the restaurants, tourist sites and bars (during non-COVID times).

Our room was also beautiful. With my platinum elite status we were upgraded to a one-bedroom king suite which had a living room, 1.5 baths and a large king bedroom with a city view. The room was super clean and had all the amenities you would need including nespresso coffee maker, toiletries, bath robes and slippers etc etc.

Overall the service was exceptional, the room was gorgeous and we are definitely planning to stay here again!

Had dinner here tonight, they saying normally goes "the finer things in life" MY ASS. McDonald's could've served a better meal, I would never eat here again.

Went for a reception. Pretty amazing banquet hall and fantastic food.

Great service all around. Smooth check-in and helpful staff. Bed was super comfortable and having a stand up shower + bath was great. Non-fog bathroom mirror and really good clean service during the day.

Rose petals in the bed and around the bath! So lovely. I had a wonderful birthday at the Ritz.

Very elegant. Entrance is very nice. Always a high end car at front. Also regular cars in front making it welcoming for everyone. Staff and guest members are friendly.

Afternoon tea is set at the hotel lounge. The place can get pretty loud.

Spent 3 nights at his facility and it was fantastic. Corner suite was luxury!
Had 2 breakfasts and a dinner in Toca a wonderful dining experience.
The Ritz Bar was a great surprise excellent menu and drinks.
The staff was all gracious and will make this my destination anytime in Toronto!

We had a great time, we'll be back.

What a great hotel. Awesome staff who are friendly and accommodating. I only stayed one night but I can say it's worth the price. Also great event spot!

We came for a couples massage at spa my blend. From the moment we stepped through the doors, we were treated like VIP's. The facilities are clean and modern. The massage was wonderful. Do not miss the eucalyptus steam room!

Friendly staff.. slow service and small portions sizes.. they had over charged us had to speak to a few people to have it corrected.. once you spoke to the correct people then it was taken care of without any issues

Amazing staff! Our sons (7 and 8) were treated like kings by Juvelyn with cookies, milk, balloons and photo cards of their fishing trip form the day! The rooms were well appointed and the food delicious. Prime location as well. Again, I would like to rave about the staff. They (everyone from bellman to Juvelyn) are so incredibly welcoming and kind. We will definitely be coming back to this Ritz! It is now one of our favorites (along with Barcelona, Amelia Island, etc) thank you for making our trip to Toronto so memorable!!

Great hotel and great rooms. Not the best for traffic around because of proximity to Blue Jays stadium

Beautiful hotel. Room was great and service is top notch.

We stayed here Thursday night as a staycation. I can t speak highly enough of the staff and facilities. After checking out we toured the neighbourhood and spontaneously decided to stay one more night. We were happy to stay in the same room, but the staff were so overjoyed to see us, they upgraded our room to a full suite! I have some environmental sensitivities and Pradita at the front desk was exceptionally accommodating to my needs. Everyone made us feel welcome and valued. The rooms were beautiful and the premises were immaculate. Highest recommendation and huge thanks to the staff for helping us create great memories during trying times for everyone! This was my first Ritz experience. I m now a customer for life. Thank you!

Review for TOCA restaurant: food is good and wine selection on par with what would be expected for such establishment. Staff was great to deal with. However, the food (and particularly the wine) is on the expensive side for the quality you are getting. Possible to get same quality for lesser price. However, it's still a good night out.
