What a lovely and cozy atmosphere for afternoon tea! The food was very well presented, full of texture and a variety of flavours. The chefs are also very accommodating - we were able to have a cheese-free menu as well as a vegan menu to cater to all our guests' dietary needs. Service was very friendly.

Wow really nice place. Reminds me when we watch those mini series programs on TV. Valet parking , security everywhere, elevator opens up to your suite . The suites are beautiful. Lots of attention to detail. People actually live there

We stayed here in one of there suites over the weekend. Rooms are beautiful, we even had our own private outdoor terrace attached to the master bedroom. Extremely friendly staff. The service we received was outstanding! We will be returning soon.

At the second floor ball room for social events, nice and spacious. Food was great but definitely not planned properly for the amount of people there. Unorganized and timely lines just to get food.

The lobby was very busy that week- which seemed a bit u usual- but was still really organized. The room I was visiting a friend in was nice, with a coffee maker and coffee for the morning. So of your staying fir a lay over or last minute booking, it's a pretty good destination.

Great hotel. Nice rooms, everything works really well and is good quality. Staff are polite and very helpful. Top marks for storing our bicycles and bike cart without a second glance. The included spa facilities are amazing. Steam room and sauna are too notch. It would be great if they made the spa coed so couples could enjoy it together. They do have an area where you can hang out together though.

Stayed here for a couple of days after getting married. This is by far the best hotel experience I have ever had. Outstanding service and very accommodating staff. They went above and beyond to meet all my needs.

They pick up their phone right away and bring up anything you need to your room within a couple of mins. Would definitely recommend this hotel for everyone considering.

Best of the 5 star hotel experience in my opinion. And best in terms of location. Walking distance to skydome, air canada center, Roy Thompson hall, Union station and the underground PATH. Minutes to the Gardner Expressway and Lakefront. And has all the amenities you could need.

A Home away from Home. The rooms are spacious and clean with great views of the city! Centrally located and hotel management are fantastic! The spa on the 5th floor is a great spot to get-away and relax- with great meals just one concierge call away at TOCA . Check out the cheese cave or the Sunday Brunch!

Reviews for R-C are easy because if you ever stay at RC property anywhere - you know what to expect. I am sure someone can have something to complain about if one chooses to but I never had a bad experience at RC. This was our first time to visit Toronto and RC staff made our visit just that much better. Location is right in the center of things to do, easy walk to lots of good places, view (if you get a lake view) is amazing. Restaurant is also very good. You should not be dissapointed.

The Ritz Carlton Toronto is my favourite hotel in ...

The Ritz Carlton Toronto is my favourite hotel in Toronto (compared to Intercontinental, Thompson, Sheraton, Kind Eddy, One King West and Hyatt). Intercontinental is a distant second and the other two shouldn t be mentioned in the same breath as the ritz. The team at the ritz is clearly well trained in hospitality. From the moment you step onto their property you automatically feel more relaxed knowing that someone is always available to help you and ensure a positive experience. The Spa on the 5th floor is awesome with a nice size swimming pool and a steam room bigger than most people s bedrooms. The rooms are gorgeous and the beds are the most comfortable of any hotel in Toronto. I would especially like to drive attention to the Concierge team. This specific department made for a 10/10 day experience. They were friendly, attentive, engaging, helpful, and very knowledgeable. I practically became friends with the people at that counter I was asking so many questions. Another shout out goes to the doorman at the front who were very helpful in getting me around and making sure I always headed in the right direction. I would like to thank everyone at the ritz for being amazing. A special shout out goes to a friend I made at the Concierge named Lindsay. If I owned a hotel (which I don t but secretly wish I did) I would steal this employee away from the Ritz to run my whole opperation. I ve stayed in hotels all over the world and none of them have anything close to a Lindsay. I don t know if she ll ever see this but I would sincerely like to thank her for being so awesome. To be honest, she is one of the driving factors as to why the ritz solidified itself as the number one hotel in Toronto in my opinion.

Didn't have an overnight stay at the hotel; however, we were dining at Toca Restaurant and used some of the hotel facilities including the valet parking. All of the staff that we interacted with were fantastic. The valet parking service was reasonably priced considering that the service was top notch. Look forward to staying at the hotel next time.

A highrise luxury hotel in Financial district. There are often a few luxury cars parked at the entrance. The hotel is in walking distance to major attractions in the heart of the city, e.g. CN tower, Rogers Center, Union Station, etc.
A beautiful lobby and a cafe on the main floor. There is also a nice restaurant with patio tables.

Last Christmas, FHR booked, upgraded the suite, gave chocolates or something, overall is OK, give 4 points because the layout of this room is really weird, breakfast buffet is ok, it s too early to go to breakfast There is no one in the restaurant, and there are still healthy juices to choose from.

Beautiful hotel with great service, however, the beds were terrible. There's a wooden 1 inch board under the mattresses and this caused such a big problem in having a great night sleep. I couldn't wait to come home. I had such back pain and side pains every morning. We spent so much money on this hotel that they should be more considerate and replace those mattresses for all the guests who stay here.

For this reason alone I gave it a 2 star. Once they decide to change this then it would definitely be a 5 star hotel.

Centrally located luxury hotel. The rooms are not super modern but they are clean and well appointed. Good amenities. The best thing about any Ritz Carlton is their service, especially if you are a Gold Member. They really treat their guests well and it's always a let down when you stay elsewhere. The lounge is very nice where you have access to breakfast, lunch, drinks and hors d'oeuvre throughout the day. Again, the location cannot be beat. Very central and easy to get anywhere in Toronto with subway or a taxi ride.
