Fantastic hotel. Love the room and the staff is great

It was a great time. The staff there were very courteous and professional. The general atmosphere of the hotel was also amazing. It felt very welcoming. Great spot for a stay or to invite guests over for a drink at the bar.

Stayed for one night. Have stayed at similar establishments in TO and this one is at the bottom. Room was small and poorly lit. The TV worked for approx. 10min. Had to call front desk so they could bring up an extra light in the bathroom. My wife got ready in the shower because the bathroom was so dark

All employees are nice and professional! Amazing service and very helpful.

Was here for a quick drink Xmas day. Had a cocktail called the Beauty Queen - cringey name but delicious! Both bartender and waitress were pleasent and Santa made a quick appearance

Nothing like cozying up next to the fire on a cold day! My favorite spot at the RC Toronto is their lounge. Friendly staff, good food and they still serve loose leaf tea in a Le Creuset earthenware tea pot. Cozy.

Have been at the Ritz for 2 corporate events and both have been flawless - great event space, and very good food.

Great hotel in a great location. The rooms were what you would expect from a Ritz, bed was very comfortable and very clean room. Love a good nespresso in the room. Shower was wonderful. The gym was awesome and had more then enough cardio machines and free weights. Good selection of other items to use in gym. Great spot would recommend

People there were very nice and professional. They called another desk agent as to avoid any wait times.

Definitely 4.5 stars... Could still be better, premium wifi should be a standard inclusive in all room types. Room service menu could use more variety, rooms themselves have a touch of wear and could use a mini makeover.
Staff are excellent, never had a customer service complaint. Ownership/management appear to be cutting some corners preventing a rating of 5.

Nice hotel. My one gripe is that the laundry bags are plastic, not cloth.

Incredibly experience overall, the staff know the definition of going above and beyond. The food is world class and the customer service is unmatched.

Drinks at DEQ! Nice place, particularly on a Friday after work.

Drinks were quite good, if not overpriced. Certainly not the best cocktails in the city.

Like always every time I am here its an amazing experience. If you looking for cheap hotel dont come here. Spa is the best book ahead of time.

Love this SPG hotel. Always they create a good atmosphere. Also they provide nice valet parking with EV charging stations.

Despite giving it five stars (Been a repeat customer since 2011), the suites at the Montreal one has better decor and their sunken tub is bigger & deeper.

Went to the patio today at 8pm,and they said they have already last call.Their business hour says close at 10pm.

Stayed in the presidential suite and forgot something, the staff was professional and courteous in keeping my item safe.

Well appointed hotel and great break for my wife and I. Staff wanted nothing more than to please us. Will definitely be returning

We had the afternoon tea. Our waitress was nice and attentive. The food was terrible, dry stale bread, hard brioch bun. The filling of the sandwiches had bled into the bread obviously pre-made. I expected much more from the ritz, won t be back.

As a Tier 3 Ritz Carlton property, RC Toronto is quite OK. Solid 4 stars. Berlin (another Tier 3 RC) is better.

Amazing experience at Ritz toronto. My boyfriend and I stayed there in November (our second amazing experience.) We stayed 4 years ago for our 1st anniversary -they went above and beyond, free glasses of champagne upon check-in, cupcakes and balloons in our room to congratulate us!!

This time we visited, little did I know my boyfriend was proposing to me that night. He worked with 2 staff for about a month (emailing back and forth) to set something special up for us.

Upon check-in we realized they upgraded our room for us! This was a surprise to my boyfriend too. All staff are very friendly and professional. For the proposal they set up a special spot for us with a beautiful scenic view, where my boyfriend proposed!! Later we were taken to the lounge, and again had some lovely complementary champagne to celebrate.

Little over rated for a conference venue. Elevator was extremely slow but as a whole it's ok. Wouldn't out it at 5 star.

It's what you'd expect from the Ritz and a bit more. Every space is immaculate and the service is superb!

Have traveled to many countries and stayed in a lot of different hotels and other types accommodations. The Ritz-Carlton in Toronto is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in.

Typical Ritz-Carlton 5 star quality and service with a very comfortable and welcoming feel.

Also a big fan of world class Sunday brunch they have in the hotel.

Ate at tocca. Gorgonzola pasta special was good. Soup was ok.

Courtney the magical head bartender will make ur cocktail dreams come true. Front house may be a bit uptight but the bartend and wait staff are as sweet as Courtney's mollasses!
Oh..also don't miss the elegant Spa on 5th floor

Had Sunday brunch at TOCA restaurant. Absolutely delicious and excellent service, I'll definitely be back.

Afternoon tea was amazing! I have dietary restrictions (vegetarian/halal) and they brought our substitutes for me for each item I couldn't have! Great service for the price!

But before I get there, the guys at the front door were pleasant and welcoming when I arrived.

When I checked in with Pradita, she was so professional and kind all at the same time. She recognized my Ambassador Status and let me know that she has great upgrade news for me.

The hotel lobby has two bars and a restaurant upstairs. The location is so good just off the entertainment district.

The pool, hot tub, spa and gym are all first rate. I love coming here to Toronto when I can stay here.

One of the best hotels in Toronto. Very nice rooms with a magnificent view on the high floors. Good bars and restaurants. High level.

Amazing hotel. Great service and a great view of Ontario lake and the can tower.

Went to the bar, had the Paradise Island cocktail, was amazing. Great place to watch the game.

Awesome stay, thanks to Charlene and others. Luxury accommodation, rooms are modern and superior service in the club level. Great spa experience as well. Location is great, near the theatre and lots of great dining.

I went here after Christmas ... loved the life size ginger bread house... and loved that it was located so near great restaurants. But not so sure if it was worth the price. I didn't find the front staff to be "that" friendly and helpful. I think that it could have been more friendly. Maybe my expectations are a bit high. But this is a luxury hotel and I didn't feel that luxury. The room is beautiful and I liked that the bathroom separated the living area (my son slept on the sofa bed) and the bedroom. But something was missing

The service staff were great and very accommodating to food allergies. Beautiful space. Great view. Parking should be included for events.

Enjoyed the Christmas Day brunch buffet at the Ritz Carleton. Service was impeccable and the food was excellent. It never felt crowded and the food items were replenished often. Our family really enjoyed the experience and plan to return next year.

I met a friend at the bar in the lobby who are as staying there. The waitress was very nice but the service was a bit slow. The music was nice
