Regardless the hotel or residence side the service is top notch said both sides and they never disappoint the food for room service is actually amazing very tasty food and of course the hotel itself is a beauty you ll never be disappointed with your stay here

This was hands down THE best stay at a hotel that we have ever experienced. EVER. I've never experienced such a warm, caring and professional staff. We were always greeted with such kindness and every single person that we had contact with went completely over and above. Not only were we upgraded to an amazing room the moment we checked in but when the room cleaner noticed that we had a child on the floor they added a room to join to our suite. On the 3rd night of our stay my husband and I went to celebrate our 17th wedding anniversary at the lobby restaurant but due to covid it had shut down. The bellman must have overheard my disappointment and within 20 minutes had a bottle of wine delivered to our room with a hand written note to wish us a happy anniversary. We were completely BLOWN away and overwhelmed by their kindness. Even on our last day as we were checking out they made sure to have a vehicle waiting for us outside to take us to the airport. I've honestly in my whole life never experienced such a wonderful stay. It was a challenging time to travel due to covid but the staff made it such a memorable time for us. We will ALWAYS stay at this hotel from now on when we visit to Toronto and we will recommend this hotel to anyone that we know visiting the area. I've already told everyone that will listen about our experience. It truly was the best stay and I can't say enough good things. Thank you to the entire staff.

Nice location. Right by CAN tower, aquarium, and Rogers Centre

I don't know if there's anything to say better than what's been said about this hotel. From the rooms to the staff it's a perfect stay.

Was recently at the Ritz Calton in Toronto and had a very poor experience right off the bat. Was greeted by a very rude and aggressive doorman named Vabs that put me off.

The hotel was nice and the free breakfast in the morning was tasty. Hotels are very clean in my opinion and the only thing wrong is that the second floor smells and the pool is dirty sometimes and high school kids hog the hot tub.

Ate at Toca. Food was delicious and service was excellent. Prices are a bit high, but it's not surprising given it's at the Ritz-Carlton.

Very nice hotel in the middle of the Toronto downtown core.

I would rate 5 stars but the doorman, Vabs, was extremely unprofessional and rude to me. He needs to be fired to make this a truly welcome environment.

Needed to run in quickly to get a gift certificate from the Spa and the staff were very pleasant and accommodating when it came to taking my car and parking it while I went in to make my purchase.

Service at the restaurant is great for their brunch.

This Ritz-Carlton is one of the few which still earns its distinction from other Marriott hotels. The standard of service is excellent. The residences there are also fantastic, with views of Toronto and the CN tower next door.

Went for a 40th birthday party. Great place to throw a gathering if money isn't an object. Great service and elegant atmosphere. For a fancy hotel I was surprised that they respected earth hour and turned down/ off a bunch of their lights.

We were having a forum for about 500 people. The staff were courteous and provided excellent service. The catering was spectacular, the room setup was very well done, and for having that many people in one room, the temperature was quite good.

Top notch hotel. Very helpful and welcoming staff. Relaxing rooms with great layouts. Amenities for any event from holiday party to small gather to business. Love it every time. You get what you pay for.

Waites over 45mins and food never came. Ordered a grilled cheese and a lobster roll. Went to server and told them we were leaving. Very disappointed in their service. On the other hand their spa is always a nice treat and a great place to lounge around.

I went there for their Alice in Wonderland Theme afternoon tea. The only thing was the chef forgot 2 pieces of our dessert we went as a table of 3

Great restaurant on the 2nd floor, amazing bar in the back with a great patio, an epic spa upstairs with the best shower you will ever take...rooms are great too

My wife and I have been traveling to Toronto for the past 3 Falls and we use the trip as an opportunity to get away from the kids and spend some quality time together. We're Starwood members and we were excited to stay at our first Ritz, now that they are combined with Starwood properties. The suite we had was awesome because the space felt large and luxurious as well as it was totally reasonable with points and an additional $300 Canadian for the upgrade. Great value from our perspective, but the suite finishes were a slightly older compared to the Shangra La or the Adalaide. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. I'd say that Francisco and Josh stood out in the two bars. Thank you both for your excellent customer service as well as allowing us to watch the Michigan/Wisconsin football game. To future guest, I'd recommend hanging out at the Ritz Bar, near the entrance on a Friday or Saturday evening. You never know who you might see walking in or out of a famous hotel like this. All in all, a top level service experience within a beautiful hotel for a reasonable stay based on points. We look forward to visiting again!

At Toca Restaurant Winterlicious everything was excellent, food, service, atmosphere. Great night!

We had our ups and downs. First they wouldn't let the groom into one of the 4 rooms he was paying for cause the bride had made the reservation and was coming down later. Then they kicked the grooms uncle out of the hotel for being mad at the staff for the crappy service. The price is more than double of many surrounding hotels and isn't twice as nice. I won't be going back.

Nice stay. Quiet and clean rooms in a good location. Staff and housekeeping are great, prompt responses and willing to help in anyway possible.

Usually expect a bit more from Ritz as I stay in SPG properties around 75 nights a year. Rooms are a bit outdated and could use a refresh. Apparently floors 18 and above are updated but they are dedicated for club rooms. I was a bit surprised to see the rooms are on the lower floors of the building 5-20 but road noise isn't an issue

Would stay again, but might check the St. Regis next time before deciding on a go to spot in Toronto.

Always a good, well served experience when they are home to an event.

Horrible coffee! I tried decaf, two kinds of coffee and then the waiter got me Americano. I have no idea why they do not put enough beans, it was too watery.

They did accommodate my desire for gluten free menu, fruit and macaroons for desert, and special sandwich for lunch. I don't think it was exactly gluten free because I had a reaction.

Afternoon tea has a good atmosphere and tastes good

Only problem I encountered was staying here with my former significant other during the weekend I propose now with latter regret.

I attended a work function in the lobby bar during TIFF. I found the staff attentive and the venue a nice place for an after work event. Also, they make a decent old fashioned drink.

Sunday brunch at Toca was amazing, and the Ritz Carlton employees do a great job of representing the brand and providing everyone with VIP treatment. Tarun Bhatia, in particular, did an excellent job taking care of us.

Went for the spa. It was excellent. Amazing amenities. Probably my favorite spa in Toronto

Doesn't look impressive from outside but inside the service is good. Great decor. Well ok decor but well maintained. It has an events elevator. Good food.

Went for New Years Day Brunch. All you can eat crab, shrimp, clams and oysters along with the other usual breakfast items. Garnish your own caesars and New Years Day Punch. They had a carving station with roast beef and salmon. Cheese and deli stations and more. The service was phenomenal. I'd definitely go again.

Spent one night there for business first time at this property. Check-in went so smoothly and I was given an upgrade as a Gold member. The room was well appointed and had an espresso by Nespresso and some other nice amenities like a tea kettle. There was a tub and shower in the bathroom. Asprey bath products provided. Nice sitting area and work space. The bed was comfortable and spacious. The lobby is spacious and has lots of seating for meetings. The spa looked great as did the pool but I didn t get to use it though. Nice gym, too. Overall, a lovely property with great service. It is a little oasis in the bustling downtown area.

Maria( massage lady) was wonderful..she was listening to my request and acted very professionally..I will be back for Maria...very happy
