Stayed here 2 nights. Awesome facility. First class staff always greeting you by your first name. Great food and drinks. Rooms are luxurious and quiet with all the amenities. Will definitely be back. Easy location to find.
Always outstanding the BEST all around pleasant and happy staff experience. Perfect downtown location for business and entertainment locations, great spa and nice gym. More expensive than most but all the benefits are worth it in my opinion.
I recently stayed over at this hotel with my friend and it was an amazing experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. Location is great! Heart of downtown Toronto. What made it better then any other hotel was Larissa (spa staff). She went above and beyond to take care of us. I've never seen a staff so friendly, motivative, and considerate. I will definatly come back and stay at this hotel again.
The Ritz-Carlton was an amazing experience, our view was amazing, the service was incredible, ans it was right downtown 8 minute walk fro. The CN Tower. Something i wish they mentioned when checking in was that they put a 200 hold on my card incase we used anything from the mini bar. Rhe peice was understandable but a little high. Overall it was beautiful
Had a fantastic birthday dinner at Toca. Would highly recommend it. Great food, service and atmosphere.
Went to Toca at the Ritz for new years brunch and it was fantastic. Expensive but the best all you can eat buffet you can pay for. Had tons of lobster, Alaskan crab, tiger shrimp and oyster!
A luxurious stay most definitely! The hostess not only remembered my name but also that it was my birthday. Treated with such grace and respect! Always a pleasure staying at the Ritz in Toronto.

The hotel is spectacular both inside and out. Hotel staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Toca was beautiful and the food and drinks were amazing. Loved my event and would recommend this place to everyone!

I used to stay at the Fairmont (12x s a year +) but the Ritz tops them all! They go above and beyond for their clients. We were travelling with our kiddos and I can t thank the staff enough for the excellent customer service we received. Lindsay, Viviana and Victoria at the check in desk. As well as Marco, Olga and Charlene in the club lounge ensured everything for my family was taken care of and provided excellent customer service! If you re looking for the best place hands down in Toronto. The Ritz does it right!!
My room was beautiful and spacious with an amazing view of the cn tower. Service was excellent and quick. Great location. Close to everything you need from restaurants to clubs. Spent the day at the spa. It was beautiful and very relaxing. The best massage I've ever had.
Amazing stay. Really personalized and curated experience. It's covid so we treated it as a staycation and the suite had everything we could need and more to relax. We stayed in the corner suite with Lakeview.
The atmosphere was perfect for our large group. We could have stayed all night!
Went for their afternoon tea. Very lovely place and the food has a beautiful setting and visually pleasing but lacking in taste.
It was nice. Was visiting a friend. Word of warning though, look your best. If you don't, you might stand out.

Attended the Ritz Carlton for a wedding reception. The staff was friendly and helpful and the facilities upscale and clean. Would recommend for a high end Toronto venue.

I liked nothing about it. There were rats and the toliet has piss on the seat.

Very beautiful hotel and resistance, staff was very elegant and polite. My only concern was the valet, I'm not sure if he didn't know how to drive manual but he did a burnout coming up the valet ramp and left some rubber on the floor I wasn't pleased but other than that my time was wonderful

Truly a place that will always have a piece of my business-heart. Came here to do my work and I was helped in every way I asked. No need to say it, but, I highly recommend it!!

Wow! The Ritz Carlton has really improved over the past year! The staff is so friendly and welcoming and the lounge (20th floor) is a fantastic addition whenever we stay here. An especially big thanks to JAYA! Housekeeper of the 9th floor! She is just so sweet and helpful! Above and beyond :-)

Toronto is a busy city and you don't see the kind of service and attention to detail when it comes to high demands. I found this hotel has kept with its luxurious and 5-stars service more than most of the ones out there. Even the Adelaide didn't come close to this level of precision and attention to detail. I love it and will be coming back again. Only problem I had is with the cabbies outside and how they don't move and alot other vehicles to move in and out and their attitudes.

I was there to attend an event. Everything was great except for 1 thing; driving out. Traffic of event people along with the single lane street was pretty annoying. Better arrangement for valet could have probably made it a bit better.
Attended the wedding here and the staff were somewhat reluctant to perform their duties.
