Beautiful venue. Staff were professional and neat. Would visit again.

Super fancy hotel in the heart of the financial district. This place is just a couple of blocks from Ripley's Aquarium and the CN Tower. They filmed a couple movies on the front street of this place. Check out Suicide Squad and freeze frame it. You'll see this place in the movie. Helicopter scene. Lol!

Was at the the patio/bar for an event and the staff were very nice and kept everything well stocked.

First class service all the way. Expensive but it's to be expected given the name.

Stayed here just one night with some friends. All the staff are incredibly polite and helpful. Amenities were beyond expectations! I was impressed. It's a great location and walking distance from all the places we were visiting. Pricing however was fairly expensive for me though.

Comfortable, cozy, nicely located and lovely staff. The TOCA Restaurant inside the hotel is excellent and the food there is delicious. Strongly recommend.

Had a great day/night at the Ritz, stayed in a King corner suite with Club Lounge access which is an absolute must. Service was exceptional as always and makes it my go to hotel when staying downtown Toronto.

We stayed here in one of there suites over the weekend. Rooms are beautiful, we even had our own private outdoor terrace attached to the master bedroom. Extremely friendly staff. The service we received was outstanding! We will be returning soon.

Myself and Family stayed for my 50th Birthday on the 17th September 2019. The Reception and Concierge were very Friendly and Very, Very Welcoming. The Room was lovely and was laid out with a 50th Birthday Ballon with Chocolates and Fruits which set the Tone for a Special Day. We had Afternoon Tea which was lovely and tasteful. I love the ambience of the Hotel, it has a very relaxed atmosphere and is not at all stuffy. The Staffs are very courteous and really make you feel at home. I had a few special request which where immediately granted. The House keeping was immaculate. The location is perfect for Exploring the Downtown area by foot, if so wish. Overall myself and Family had a fantastic time and would differently recommend. Thanks to all at the Ritz Charlton, Toronto for making my 50th and my stay special. I would certainly stay again.

It was my first time in Toronto when I checked in in Ritz Carlton. My friend recommended this hotel. She never failed me. My stay here in Ritz Carlton was really great. The staff were always smiling. They are very welcoming. Their customer service is superb!

An absolutely wonderful establishment. The concierge met all our needs. The service staff were swift, polite and ensured our visit was excellent.

Excellent Hotel and great location in downtown Toronto

Gorgeous hotel. Spacious rooms with heated bathroom floors and handsome furnishings. Solid amenities; gym, pool, and spa are all nice. Fireside cocktails downstairs are made well. Breakfast spread leaves a bit to be desired. Terrific service throughout.

Was there for a conference. Staff are very professional and the food was better than expected in a conference buffet format.

Lovely interior/lobby. Attended an event and the service was very good.

Amazingly audacious, at a reasonable price. Ritz Carleton always has meant first class and it continues to do so to this day.

Everything you expect from the Ritz-Carlton name is found here. Helpful staff, great amenities and location make this one of the best places to stay in the city. I would highly recommend that you stay here.

The club lounge was exquisite, everything was thought of and service is amazing. The spa is so relaxing and was exactly what I needed to make our stay that much more perfect. Last but not least the bed.... I am now looking into purchasing a ritz bed, with all the fixings!

Very good service , excellent, clean, welcoming staff

I had trouble finding the restaurant but a staff person at the hotel entrance was kind enough to direct me to the correct place. When we arrive we were able to choose any seat we wanted and a waitress immediately greeted us at the table. The service was amazing, the food was amazing. My friend ordered a lobster and I order some pork tacos which were delicious and full of flavor. The atmosphere was nice and relaxing with romantic dim lighting and easy going music in the background. I very much enjoyed the luxurious experience at the Ritz Carlton.

It has the charm of an airport arrivals concourse at 2 a.m. Formulaic contempo glitz does not give an open arms welcome.

Great service and rooms but the buffet breakfast is rediculously limited for $38

I stayed here Friday night. The room was beautiful, the view was amazing. The room was extremely clean, well equipped and everyone I encountered were friendly and accommodating. Room service was delish and I look forward to returning in future.

Top ! Access to the hammam, sauna, jacuzzi, swimming pool and rest room when taking an hour of massage.

Went for a massage at the spa, had a very relaxing time.

My experience was very bad. The staff were extremely rude. When I got to my hotel room the bed wasn t made and the bathroom was beyond disgusting. I payed a lot for this hotel room and I was very disappointed. The only reason why I m giving this 2 stars was because one of the cleaning ladies came and she helped me right away. She was very kind. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I left angry and unsatisfied. Not worth the money.

On the tail end of a trip to the Ritz Carlton in the caymens we stayed at the Ritz Carlton Toronto because we had a late flight. Upon arrival the employees were cordial but in comparison to what we had just left it felt very cool. We had just gotten off a plane and we were dressed comfortably and I felt we were judged on that. On a positive note the manager had emailed my husband prior to our check in to ask if we were celebrating anything. She missed his response and called up the next morning apologizing and offering to cover breakfast for us. We probably won't choose to stay at the Ritz Carlton Toronto again, not because it was an awful hotel but because after staying at other locations we felt this location paled in comparison. We much prefer the Downton delta in Toronto.

The restaurant and bar are great. Food is amazing, service is excellent!

Very nice upscale, luxurious, chic and clean hotel. The employees at the hotel are very polite & friendly. Rooms facing the lake have nice views of CN tower and partial views of Toronto city airport.

The room fixtures are very nice and contemporary. Attention to minute details in room decor makes the room appealing.

Visited the Carlin Spa within the hotel for a couple's spa treatment. Awesome service, with very attentive staff. Great stress relief, and since it was a 1hr+ session, it included full day access to the sauna, whirlpool, and salt water main pool. Would certainly recommend!

Hotel is exemplary, as expected of a Ritz-Carlton. Extremely clean, well-managed, and worth it.

What can I say... It's the RITZ. From the moment you arrived, taking care of all your needs is their primary goal. Absolutely amazing experience and hotel with staff that sets the standard.

So fancy and the view from the 18th floor is breath-taking: View of the CN Towers with the Bay in the background.

I only stayed her for 1 night but I loved every second of it. The room was nice and clean, the staff were great, and the amenities were fantastic. Absolutely no complaints.

The service was kind and curteous. I was at the back hotel bar, it had a nice ambience and great staff.

This can only be described as a perfect hotel experience.

Exceptional service where staff anticipate your needs, the location is walking distance to most of Toronto s attractions.

Sadly we only stayed one night and didn t experience everything the hotel has to offer.

We went here for high tea to celebrate mother's day. The food was great and the atmosphere was very relaxing. I was starving before going and I was worried there wouldn't be enough food. Happy to say I was wrong. Service 5/5 Food 5/5 Price 4/5

Very spacious and comfortable waiting area and lobby. Costumer service and bar area is on point. Would definitely recommend this place to conduct business meetings.

The best hotel in Toronto! And the valet are super nice

The Ritz-Carlton, Toronto is a very impressive venue. Starting with the valet service, to check-in to the incredible banquet and event team, everyone makes you feel like you're home. As an event planner, you never really know who you'll be working with at each venue. I was so impressed with the high level of service and friendliness from the banquet and event team. Thanks for making me feel like a part of your team for the evening! If you're looking to host your wedding at The Ritz-Carlton, Toronto, I HIGHLY recommend. The banquet facility was stunning, the food incredible, service was elegant, refined and timely.

Great hotel. Excellent service. Classy staff all the way through. Good gym. When I was working out this morning the Denver Nuggets were also working out in the gym. Room service is hit and miss. Service was good but the Minestrone soup was poor and Cobb Salad was basically a regular salad. Disappointing. But the chicken wings were great and so was the ceasar salad. Rooms are big enough and clean / new with nothing missing. Recommended.

Love the Ritz! This time we only went to the Spa My Blend to celebrate our anniversary and everything was top notch. The massage staff are the best in my experience and the facilities are also excellent. It can get busy as the spa isn't that big but it's worth it. We had a light lunch of salad, organic chicken sandwich and a charcuterie board. The salad and sandwich were good but the charcuterie board at $28 was not only over priced but horrible.
