Absolutely wonderful. The wife and I were more than satisfied with our stay. The staff was great about local suggestions. The grounds were kept clean. Even the local iguanas were charming! Definitely highly recommended.

I went for a job training and the services and facilities were good. I recommend you to carry out similar work activities.

I expected something else. Very good staff. The hotel is nice. Our room clearly needs improvement. The telephone for the room services did not work. No trash cans on the upper floors. The pool was very good. Facilities for children are temporarily closed. And what is worse, perhaps it is not the fault of the hotel itself, but they should handle the situation, and that is, entering the hotel facilities is simply HORRIBLE. The road is uneven. That not only makes the place ugly, but it is also a security problem.

Beautiful location on the beach but inconvenient hours to eat

Family friendly, convenient and relaxed atmosphere away from the tourist crowd. The hotel is undergoing some renovations, eg. updating their bathrooms. They have a lovely refurbished lobby / reception area, as well as a refurbished restaurant. The staff are super accommodating and very friendly. This is our 7th stay at the hotel. Definitely good value for the money.

I like the hotel. Cleanliness, welcome, spectacular place.

Upon arriving to the hotel we found that the telephone did not work in the room. Not a big deal. But when we asked the front desk to fix it they said they were working on it. We later found that the hot water did not work in the room the morning after we arrive. We took cold showers That morning then called the front desk to see about it. Four hours later it was still not fixed. We sit here waiting at this time waiting for it to be fixed again after I said request to no avail. The service is a three star the food is a four-star but the overall experience is a two star.

It has excellent beach, if you want to spend a quiet weekend I recommend you to re rincon minutes, the best surfing beaches worldwide. Close to several towns and good restaurants to visit

The family rooms smelled mold, rooms did not have washer or dryer like we were told. some personal in the counter, wasn't nice, the day of our check out, they did not say goodbye . Really bad customer service experience

It has everything, very comfy, and very beautiful. Very good pool and a hot jacuzzi that will soothe your body to get inmerse in a great vacation

I've been going to this hotel a few times a year for the last few years. Great for the family but I have not been so happy the last couple of times I've been there. The advertised wifi really doesn't work. Despite complaining and using different hotspots all were barely usable. The desk really didn't care about my experience. If you need to check emails periodically or need to stay connected I would not recommend this hotel. Also I've noticed over the years they have not kept up with maintenance. I hope that management reads this and tries to turn this around.

Great place, Stayed here for a couple of days in May and I just loved it, very good facilities and the employees were very nice. Great service.

An out of the world experience, the perfect place to relax, enjoy beach the pool and some awesome sun rise and sun set. Staff was awesome as well. Loved the experience here, can't wait to book my next stay next year!

Please please please fix your fire alarm. We listened to this fire alarm chirp for six hours, and in that time we asked four times for it to be fixed. When we asked to be moved, we were put in a room where we could still hear the fire alarm. Was this a good hotel? I don't know. All I remember is the chirp of the fire alarm every thirty seconds.

This is a very nice hotel with a good location and excellent facilities. Excellent service and good cleaning. The comfortable and cozy rooms. Perooo, they need to improve the security of the hotel. There is no guard at the entrance and it is open all the time, so parking is not secure. By the way, they should remodel the entrance and make it more striking. They should play music in the pool, at least on weekends to brighten up the place. And lastly, the a / c need to be replaced, not cool enough for a large room. I hope you take these recommendations into account.

The place is beautiful, the attention of the employees is excellent. The food of the restaurant Brasas, exquisite. I recommend it...

Is amazing....! I took my girlfriend for her birthday we got the sunset room with Jacuzzi in the balcony. The views are great and service from the hotel restaurant, front desk and entire hotel is 10stars. They treat you like you are home.

They are taking temps and spraying their guests hands with sanitizer. There is Beach access, pool, hot tub and kiddie pool...folks are really good at social distancing.

Not sure which is worse, the Clorox smell as soon as I walked in the room or the old, humid smell when I opened a drawer. The room is really outdated and sad. Bathroom is ok. Housekeeping only made the bed, no cleaning at all. Wifi is terrible, which makes it impossible to work here and I m here on a business trip! You can hear everything from outside on the corridor and the rooms next door. It doesn t matter if they re only talking on a normal tone of voice. Ice Machine is not working properly either. First and last time I m staying here. Really wish I could switch hotels!

Loved this place! Very romantic and colorful. Nice pool with access to the beach. Food was awesome. Bathroom was small.

We had a bad experience. Nobody called with an apology or explanation.

Since you enter the "lobby", you feel that "resort" experience. The facilities are in excellent condition. We stayed in the area of the villas and the super comfortable rooms with everything you need. Little stove, stove, comfortable beds, etc. The treatment of the employees very good. The pool is brutal. Facing the sea with a bar inside it. The hotel highly recommended, we go back.

Smell was awful. Floors were wet with lord knows what. Room looked about 100 years old, playground was under construction, caution tape everywhere (my kids could not use). Wouldn't stay here again.

The passage of the last storms and hurricanes have caused great damage in the area. Some areas can be used safely but the area has suffered greatly.

Needs to improve/ upgrade WiFi connections and their rooms

Rincon Beach resort was an amazing place to spend our 10th anniversary! The staff was very friendly & accommodating, the room was clean & the grounds were very well kept and peaceful. We would definitely stay again! Thank you for a great experience!

The safe in the room did not work. The hotel in general is nice but simple. Very expensive rooms for what it really is. The breakfasts are very good. The beach is not very beautiful due to the erosion of the coast. Very good and large pool. Anyway .. Good. But the stay is very expensive.

A little disappointed after attending x 3 years straight. On this occasion the kindness of the front desk staff when checking in was poor. The room was not clean was informed and they never arrived that first day. In general, it has a good location and facilities. A quiet, safe and familiar place. They need to work with staff and customer service. This time I was disappointed, so we decided to leave very early. I hope they improve so that they can offer the good service I received in previous years. I'm not sure about repeating next year with the costs or a little more there are other very good alternatives.

This place was ok. It's great if you want to stay for a couple of days. The rooms are not renovated but the bed was very comfortable and cozy. In my opinion what needs more help is the front desk. Thats the first impression and it would of made a great difference. The workers will not acknowledge that u are waiting on line and will continue eating or talking to their coworkers.

Quiet and beautiful place, damaged coffee machine, improve maintenance of facilities, improve cleaning (dirty floor and horrible room balcony), very expensive for the time you are going to be (Friday check in 4pm and Sunday check out 11am) you just enjoy one day and very few chairs with umbrellas.

Beautiful place, highly recommended. You will love the pool by the Sea and some of the calmest ocean waters.
