Overall the hotel was good. I rounded up but really wished for a 3.5 star option. The pool and the beach were the highlight but the room was outdated. The breakfast buffet after tax was about $16pp and offered fruit, breads, sandwich meats, bacon and cereal with made to order pancakes and eggs. The bar prices that I saw (before tip) ~ 12ozPina Colada and margaritas about $8 and virgin drinks about $6. The room had basic amenities without anything to write home about. We had to ask for extra pillows as only one per person was provided. We had a queen bed and a roll away cot for our son. Any visitors have a $25 daily charge to get the wrist band needed to be on the facilities. The parking was about $15/day and self park. Towel service was provided and easier to use than what the reviews I had read identified. The front desk also kept our bags so we could do a snorkeling tour after checkout. They provided options to keep the room until about 6:30pm for an extra $90. We declined and just traveled to our next location after picking up our bags. There are no showers available to wash up once you ve checked out though so I would prepare for that. Phone service was non-existent but the WiFi met basic browse needs. I wouldn t plan on streaming with it though.
