Scamming company!! I put a deposit down for the insurance with the promise the insurance would start straight away and the documents would be sent. No documents were sent and had a text saying I would not be insured until I spoke to them on the phone, so rang and could not get through. Due to being away, could not continue to hold, so took out a new policy else where. When I eventually contacted them, they told me I was not me so they could not cancel the policy, and they started it without me knowing. They are currently trying to force more money out of me, and am not looking like I will receive a refund!!!

I had the worst experience with this company they are totally unprofessional and they try to rip every penny from you. It may be the cheapest insurance quote that you will get online but it's worthing to pay few hundreds more and get a quote from a good insurance company . I have cancelled my insurance with this guys in the first 14 days and I advise everyone to not use this company.

They lie to you when they try to get you insured and they over charge you.

I will highly recommend this company because of the service i received from the lovely lady i spoke to when they called me back to confirm my details. Her name is Hoyam. She took her time patiently to sort out my policy. Although the price went up abit higher than the initial qoute i got online but she explained why and i understand. Still well worth it. very good customer service from Hoyam i must say. In the end, i was satisfied with everything. Please use this company. Thanks

Never again this company, I renew my insurance i got a contract and after day, they change my policy higher price I called them and I cancelled my insurance and they took my deposit for a cancelation fee , big joke this company

I had a chat with Sean, he was very helpful with moving my start date and adding extras to my policy

I have not yet claimed through "right choice" - so I don't know how that will go. Hopefully as good as their customer service has been!

Very slow to answer phone but once through ok. Great value insurance

I ve insured via RCIB for a few years running. Good, personal service (ie a human being answers the phone and calls you back when they say they will) and they always seem able to get me a cheaper quote year on year.

I was dealt with by a little legend by the name of cheryl, I cancelled a policy the day before because of a small miscommunication which she fully understood and she went to work quickly reinstating my policy exactly how it was in the beginning without any extra charges. As far as customer service goes cheryl is top stuff. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Absolute shambles of a company. Horrendous customer service (if anyone bothers to answer the phone). Extortionate fees and charges which are not explained yet you re expected to pay. No one knows what s going on with your account, so you ll explain your query 3 times before you start to get anywhere. Honestly do not bother with them. If I could give zero stars I would.

This is One of the worst company I have dealt with in my life.
Refuse to give my money back after they cancel my policy and threaten me that if I claim my money through my bank they will put my name on National insurance Database for policy cancellation but If I don't claim my money they will not do anything . Will be taking them to small claim court.
If you are going to by policy from RCIB through Comparison site becouse it's cheap on sites , then be ready to pay extra when they call you for validation and if you refuse to pay extra they will cancel your policy and will take 25% of your deposit.
Please please stay away from this Broker

Absolutely awful company, you're on hold for ridiculous times in non-peak hours. Have to them wait to speak to the finance team. They all need training in manners and customer service. Couldn't find anything on social media about them. Honestly go with a different company that care more.

They Rip you of massively with the finance price nearly doubles at the last second when you get quote then your stuck in contract its a scam

One of the worst insurance companies in have been with, They said all the right things for me to take out a policy with them soon as my first payment was taken it was all downhill from there. After 3 months I cancelled with them even when I cancelled with them that was hassle I was told by email and phone call that I don't have any further payments or cancellation charges and now I'm receiving txts not only to my phone but to my partners aswell although I hadn't provided them with that number and they are trying to tell me in owe them money. Stay away from this company of you have any common sense the worst part is they were one of the best quotes on compare the market

Rubbish company, money makers, no customer care, no response to calls, waiting times more than 30 mins on call, no relevant answers from customer care staff.

Avoid at all costs, I m still owed money from months ago, have never come across an insurance company like it. The quote was nowhere near what they wanted to charge me, they wanted so much information including driving licence (never been asked for that with anyone else) and then if you aren t quick enough to send (we have lives to live) they threaten to cancel, absolute joke of a company who should be shut down. I m very wary of the good online reviews as they are to nice and that definitely wasn t my experience of these people

I was dealt with by Sean today who was very helpful and I ended up with a satisfactory conclusion with my home/contents insurance policy.

Brilliant service - took a long time to get through but once I was through, I was helped to get the lowest possible price.

This is the worst company I have dealt with. Having took insurance with them 3 days ago it could not be made valid until I got a call from them to authenticate. Having not heard anything for two days I tried to call them, I then spent 3 hours on hold for the company to then close for the day. I called up first thing the next day and was again on hold for hours. Once I finally spoke to someone I was informed that because no one had called me for days the original quote was not valid and they had to cancel. They would have tried to quote me again at a much higher price, it is a massive scam. I have heard lots of similar stories about this company. AVOID!!!!!

Very rude on the phone.Basically I had to call 3 times to insure my second car with the same company.First 2 times they said it's not possible and hang up and the third time didn't answered anymore.waste of money and time

Found these guys on compare the market, thought it'd be a simple process to insure my car.... YOU WILL HAVE A 45 minute conversation to set the policy up afterwards!! Ridiculous!

I made a big mistake insuring my car with these incompetent clowns. Please avoid, it's just not worth the meagre savings.

Kept chasing me for a cancellation payment, when I finally decided it was easier to pay it rather than have them continue to annoy me they kept me on hold for 25 mins waiting to pay. I gave up and tried again later that day. Same thing happened.

What a absolute con artist of a company please for your own good do not insure anything through these guys I ve reported them to trading standards just type in google. they will take your money and then cancel your policy asking for more money, they got 350 out of me for 2 weeks insurance.

Please stay away, I am having a very bad experience from this company. I requested them to cancel my policy, Next day after the purchase, But It been the Fourth day, I keep calling them and have no positive response. Instead of cancellation, I received a notification from the finance company. I have made almost 10 calls and been put on hold for ages and then everyone on the phone told me, they can not send me an email because they are not allowed to send Emails externally but they will send Email to their internal cancellation department & someone from the cancellation will contact me. But its fourth day today, nobody contacted me. It seems they are deliberately prolonging the time to charge me extra.
I would not recommend to anyone these brokers, very unprofessional and don't care about how do you feel even these time of crisis. I am jobless from last 3 months and I have explained it to them but they don't care.

Exactly as the person below states. They move the posts once you've paid online and when you speak to them (after you've bought the car and paid online) they change the price. Also called today to change my car and the women I spoke to was shockingly rude. Will not renew with them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Absolutely poor service.. I got insurance with these nearly 3 weeks ago. It is still not set up. They've cancelled it twice because they said i never sent them the documents they needed when I did. Then told me they wont insure me as my car is down as written off after paying for a hpi check it turns out that was a lie. Been told someone will call me back and im still waiting but appapparently their systems are down. Complete bollocks if you ask me

1 year down the line the inevitable happens and my car gets stolen. What an absolute farce they was with the stress of the situation. Not one ounce of empathy. From going backwards and forwards to try and resolve the situation, the car was recovered and my claim had not materialised. All good...

The momentous day then arrives, my car insurance was finally up and I could get away. Happy as Larry, I scour the internet for the best deal. I find another insurer who was willingly giving me the best deal, no ifs, buts or maybes, and I purchase insurance happily.

ONLY TO BE TOLD I HAD MADE AN AT FAULT CLAIM WITH THE PREVIOUS INSURER MEANING MY PRECIOUS 9 YEARS NO CLAIMS BONUS WAS INVALID.

I repaid my car insurance in full, a year later I am getting an email that an amount will be collected off my bank as they had some services changes and now I have to repay some money! Gave me one quote then held my money for 5 hours so I could not get insurance with anybody else and left my vehicle uninsured because I had to wait for a callback from there sales staff who uped the quote and lied.
