Wrong Choice!!! This broker is not right Choice. Stay away. They are thieves... I was warm and ignored the feedback. They empty my account 2 months after cancelled the insurance within 20 working days. Please guys are fraudster.

Disappointing and tiresome to have to answer every question on the phone that I had already answered when getting the quote online. Spent close to an hour on hold when I called the company as they had to go through all the questions before they could process payment. What is the point of having the online form filling if someone is then going to ask all the questions again? Took far too much time to do something that should be simple and has been simple in the past. Poor customer service.

I would not recommend right choice to anyone. They have been taking money out of my account for my ex partners insurance policy. I have nothing to do with the policy and they have got hold of my card details from a one of payment and keep taking upto 400 pound at a time. I have put a block on this by my bank but they are not co operating at all to try give me my money back. The staff are very unfriendly and quite rude and don t have time for you unless you have a policy or wanting to set one up. They were quick enough to take money out of my account without authorisation from me but they are not quick enough to realise their fraudulent mistakes and return the money back to me ! How I have been treated is absolutely disgusting I would not recommend to anyone unless you want your money drained !

Important omissions were made regarding the "driving experience declaration" which appears to be both meaningless and unenforceable, but nevertheless SHOULD be explained as I have never encountered anything like this before. There should also be more mentioned about proof of no claims because you seem to not accept all the things that other brokers actually do. This is no way to run a business.

Took out a motor policy with them 2 weeks ago agreed a price paid. Then a week later stole money out of my account. Trie calling and emailing to resolve issue. Spent 2 hours and 45 mins just ringing on several occasions for no one to pick up and sent 4 email to as which have never been replied to. Complete waste of time

Took out insurance with RCIB on my motorbike today and was extremely satisfied with the service I received. I didn't have to wait long to be dealt with and the consultant, Robbie was very helpful and informative. Very happy customer and got a great premium for my circumstances to! Would recommend.

Stay clear from these guys, all they want to do is sign you up quickly so they can ask for ridiculous documents that your previous company wont provide you so they can bump the premium up. which usually is another 3-400 pound a year, and if you try cancel your hit with another 3-400 pound cancellation fee... absolutely ridiculous.

Just embarrassing and therefore lost my confidence. Having first filled in the GoCompare site and then get taken to the Right Choice site where I had to amend or re-enter some fields again, I then get a call going through every single field/detail again - including some where their records were different from what I had entered because their fields had gone to a default. I went thru the whole 20 minute confirmation process (never done with any other insurance) and then had lost so much faith they knew what they were doing, I cancelled the insurance when they asked me if I wanted to proceed and all amends after that point would cost fees. I said "no". Somehow I doubt I'll ever see my money back - but at least I'll be insured by someone I can trust. Sorry Right Choice -

I phoned today to query my renewal policy for my classic car. I spoke with Lily who was very helpful and friendly. However, bearing in mind that the company already had my details on computer, I still had to go through checking the whole lot again so that they could get a new quote from a different company. In all I was on the phone for 1 hour which I think was excessive. Lily was very polite and apologetic being as helpful as she could. RCIB, you need to try and streamline this procedure

If you have no issues and never have to make a claim, then they're fine. If you have to make a claim, it will be impossible to swap your insurance to another vehicle. Also, it can take 20+ mins to get through to them on the phone and they aren't always helpful. It took two phone calls and an email to get proof of no claims off them.

Absolute waste of time. This company should be banned from trading. Do not go anywhere near them if you want to save yourself a load of hassle. Should be called Wrong Choice. An absolute bunch of con artists. They come up with the best car insurance quotes on almost all major comparising sites and by the time you go trough their validation process, you can ensure around 30% premium increase after a few additional, made up questions.

Wrong Choice insurance. After filling in the online form for 10-15 mins, making my payment, I got a call to confirm things which involved answering all the same questions again from a rather rude person which took ages. What a waste of time. At the end of it, the premium they wanted had doubled. I cancelled immediately and found insurance somewhere else (the Post Office bizarrely) for the original price. Avoid is my advice.

This was by far the cheapest quote I was getting, I was a bit hesitant at first due to some negative reviews but gave them a call anyway. I was lucky I had a brilliant customer service advisor called josh who dealt with my policy in a professional a d efficient manner. Josh addressed my hesitation and made me feel at ease with going ahead with the policy. So far so good it's been very smooth. Thanks Josh!!!

Right Choice??? If you've chosen to use this company then you've made the WRONG CHOICE!!!

Took me MONTHS of sending forms to and fro to get fully registered with them, they kept sending the same unamended forms back even after I had amended them and asked for a re print. No joke this happened AT LEAST four times. So frustrating to keep receiving the same mistakes over and over again, to then be given the impression that I'M in the wrong...

After we had got past these initial problems (just as well too as I was seriously at the end of my tether) I moved to Dorset from Surrey and changed my job from nanny (requires business use) to Domino's delivery driver (does not require business use as am covered by Domino's own business policy). Person on the other end of the phone (let's call him Bill) put me on hold for five to ten minutes while he checked if they could cover me, I only want commuting and social cover! He says they can't cover me, so I ask to speak to the complaints department. He says I have to speak to his manager, then fill out a form before speaking to the complaints department. No real reason for this as far as I can understand, but I said if I have to fill out one more form for this company I'm going to be suicidal. Just put me through to someone I can complain to! Bill puts me on hold while he connects me to his manager. After about three minutes of listening to the classic 'beep...beep...' Bill picks up the phone and says that I can't really complain through them, and if I want to make a complaint he needs to put me through to [the company that looks after this company]. I said Bill, I don't know why you've taken me off hold, you've already said you're putting me through to someone I can complain to, so I don't care who you put me through to I just want to speak to someone who's going to listen to me because I've had enough of this terrible company (or words to that effect, I wasn't rude).

So he reconnects me.

'.....beep....beep....'

Connects to LV insurance where an answerphone tells me they are now closed, then hangs up on me. At quarter past five on a Thursday. Ok then!

I received an email from Right Choice saying that my card had expired so they needed my new bank details to issue a refund. I have so many issues with this.

First, who in their right mind would send their card details by email? That's crazy.

Second, they shouldn't need my card details, just refund it to the bank account the direct debit came from no..?

Third, over the phone they didn't take my card details, just my bank account and sort code numbers (which they must have already had) so the phone call was a complete waste of time.

Fourth, I was transferred to four different departments before my call was dealt with, wasting 15 minutes of my time on hold!!!

Fifth, I could hear the chavvy girl who eventually dealt with my call swearing away from the phone.

Seriously unprofessional service from this company.
Right Choice get your act together.

Everyone else, avoid at all costs.

Brokerage fee's, amendment fee's, cancellation fee's - be careful. Don't fail to read the terms and conditions as I did as they sting you. Customer service is pretty shocking too on the back of it. They come up as the cheapest for a good reason. Oh an unlike any other insurer, you have to provide a LOT of paperwork compared to other insurers that do it all automatically. Avoid

But they don't want to refund me the full amount, only some of it, claiming they have to charge some fees and the days passed by with insurance (which I'm not interested in).

Any reviews giving 5 stars is deffo fake I worked for this company I would never let any of my family members or friends take out insurance with them if I m being honest I would completely avoid! Rather then trying to save money because we protially are the cheapest insurance brokers available on comparison websites, pay a little extra and get proper insurance company to insurance you I promise you In the long run you will thank me!

This 'company' are quite simply appalling, they lure their customers in with cheap prices and when the quote is later discussed and they are aiming to lock you in they suddenly quote a ludicrously more expensive price. Their sales advisor lie on the phone as they stated that because I had been living out of the country for 2 years my premium was more expensive as I couldn't prove that I had possessed a valid licence during that time - something that is totally irrelevant and untrue. Luckily I did not sign up to a policy with them but they are currently insisting I did thus I owe a cancellation fee - remember all calls are recorded so if you have any issues request these and take them to the ombudsman. I will NOT be paying the 'cancellation' fee and will happily take this further to see how these cowboys stand up in court.
