Got a cheap enough quote from right choice insurance very friendly person that dealt with my policy had plenty of time to talk and go through things that were important to myself. Give them a call, might be right up your street. Safe riding all.....

The most disgraceful unprofessional insurance company ever to exist. PLEASE do not go with this insurance, they will make your life hell, once you have paid for your insurance policy, they will ring you to confirm if every little detail you put online are correct, Once you have confirmed with them, they will still reject your insurance and waste alot of valuable time & still hold your money for a few days which will leave you without insuring
Your vehicle. When you try to get through to someone you are waiting on the phone for atleast 2 hours, once you are on the phone, they will put you on hold and make you wait another 2 hours and after the wait, they will hang up on you and tell you it was an accident. Save yourself people.

I have been insured with many companies past 10 years but this one is one off worst company pleas guys pay bit more but get insured with someone else thay are robbing people's on name of insurance

Absolutely the worst company in the whole universe!! I cant stress enough how illegal they operate and literally put your premiums up for no reason! I urge anyone with these to check their excess as it will be like 1000 pound more than they went for scammers and robbers please never use this company!

Terrible. Firstly did not honour price quoted on net because I had recently moved address. Then after 4 months when I wanted to upgrade car was told it would cost over half my policy again on top. Or If I want to cancel its nearly 400 cancellation fee. SCAMMERS

I ve dealt with this company and they are rude over talking while trying to speak. Charges incurred are ridiculous I spoken with rcib and paid the same day but they tried prior to take payment prior to my wages wages going in the same day. More

I could give them 0 if there is this option. I spent all day trying to speak to the agent. yet once the call connected, the agent gave me a price much higher than the online one. Very bad service and no way to speak to any agent. I entered the payment details online then they deduct the money from my card and asked to pay double price and when I refused to they said we canceled your quotation and they refund the money. I had to call the bank to stop the pending payment. I went with wickedquote, was very easy and smooth. got a better rate in just 10 min.

I used RCIB last year and renewed my bike insurance with them today. Ani was really friendly and helpful, and she actually managed to save me money (lower premium and excess) compared with the cheapest deal I found on a comparison website. We all know that arranging insurance can take a while, but despite a few minutes on hold I wasn t kept waiting too long at all, and the whole process was nice and simple. Thanks again Ani and RCIB.

Disgusting rip off company. Full of simple sounding wide boys. If you get a quote from a comparison website and pay they then make up reasons why they need to charge you more. Even though the details are completely correct. Then if you cancel they have the cheek to try and charge a cancellation fee for nothing.
It must be the type of company that takes on job centre failures, or walter mitty types.
Avoid!

A bit slow to answer the phone - you guys must be super busy - but great value cover.

These idiots came up cheapest on a comparator site, I went with them and filled in the Web page, giving my bank details thinking it get instant coverage, so I could ride away with my new bike, after I submitted all this I received a email stating that I would not be covered until I receive a phone call from a member of the sails team,
This call never happened it was Saturday morning, the the email stated mon to sat, after midday I tried calling them from home, I was put on hold for 60 minutes until I ended the call,
Now three days later I still have not received anything at all from this appalling company, and iv tried calling them 10+ times, never get through,

I had the best service by Amanda. I normally change insurance every year but her advice made me stay with Right Choice. Amanda you a a star! I wish you a good health

If there was an option to give 0 stars I would. I really regret not reading the negative reviews before I went ahead with the car insurance. I paid almost 2K in insurance for my new BMW (I didn t want to pay in monthly instalments) and received an email to say I would be getting contacted shortly. I never received any correspondence whatsoever. After staying on the phone for almost 3 hours in total, and sending out countless emails, I have finally been refunded. 3 weeks have passed and I never received an apology or an explaination.

The customer service is non-existent, the employees all speak like uneducated chavs.

I have not posted a review before but felt that I should after reading the very negative reviews after Google searching this company for their telephone number.
I have been insured with this company for 4 years now. I have renewed every year and my premium has always come down. I have always been happy with the customer service.

Please do not use these I've just woken up off a night shift to find money has been taken out of my account with out my say so bank are now treating this as fraud my own bank have said it was as if I paid over phone even used my security number yet when I called them an asked how they did this the reply i got was theirs nothing you can do about it... some insurance company nothing but a joke

The only thing I can say to those considering to use these brokers is... Don't.

I understand they appear as the cheapest with regards to their quotes on many comparison sites, but it really isn't worth the hassle. They don't respond to emails or phone calls, you remain on hold for hours on end until someone answers. When they do answer (after 2 hours + on hold) they'll be rude and blunt, threaten to cancel insurance policies even though the information they have requested has been provided, they just fail to check their emails. Can you imagine if you genuinely had an accident or wanted to make a claim? It would be worse than the actual accident having to go through these people.

Don't buy....i make a mistake and buy online a car insurance with them, call them 3 days in a row to can turn on my insurance (because they dont gonna start your insurance until you dont talk with them).i stay 2 hours on the phone, no one answer, next day some one ansewer but told me they are to busy and some one will call me back ...no one call ! The third day i try to call them again,after 1 hour of waiting no one answered! DON'T BUY!waste of time!

The perfect con brokers company. Trust me never ever go with these brokers they will harras you left right and centre and ask you for the money which has never been owed to them. I had to involve solicitors and now they are looking into my case which will be definitely in my favour. They talk utter rubbish. I have never written a review in my life but feel this companies service is so shockingly appalling I have to let other people know to try and save them the pain I have had to go through over the last year. Just to explain why I actually went with these, it was all last minute and I had little other options at the time due to financial constraints. Not only has each individual I have spoken to been rude, uninterested and a little incompetent. The company are almost impossible to contact, and when you do actually get through to a receptionist, they put you back in the call system so they can charge you their high premium rate phone charge. Since my policy has run out I have been trying to contact the company for proof of my no claims, I have sent 4 x emails and tried calling on 7 different occasions and in all this time I have spoken with one person who said she will ask what she needs to do then she cut me off. I cant believe any of the positive reviews are real, it wouldn t surprise me if part of new members of staff training is to write a false review on the website, and thats just a couple of things.......TOTALLY SHOCKING.

Spent 80 minutes on the phone for their consultant to abruptly and rudely ask me why i 'even bothered calling them if i was going to be shopping around other insurance companies'. Sorry Alex i forget i wasn't entitled to know what i am spending hundreds of pounds on and shop around for the best value for money.

Shocking service. Waited nearly an hour to speak to someone. Already paid a deposit for my insurance for them to turn around and tell me they cant insure me. So this company has left me alot of money out of pocket as i purchased a car based on the quote given on compare the market. No hidden charges, or pressuring you in any extras! Will be staying with this insurer for a long time.

What a joke of a company it is. They charge me almost 600 pounds for cancelling my insurance after half a year as I didn't wanted to pay 450 pounds for changing the car I am driving (despite the fact that insurance for both of the vehicles is the same around 1600 pounds). Don't get fooled with their "cheap prices" online as the price they give you will also change after you pay the deposit :))) me for example I've paid 1600 for the insurance as one off payment and had to pay over 400 pounds extra because the quote that was online was different to what they got after calling the insurance company. My advice pay some extra money and insure your car with solid company like Churchill not with them.

Worst insurance form in the UK.
Increased my insurance premium as I did more mileage the year before then said. So went from 700+ to over 1000. Stupidly I paid it. Then I was deployed overseas, as I'm currently serving. The con artists then demand documents to be send or they will cancel my policy hard to do when your abroad. While overseas I was notified that I managed to pick up points for a SP30. Within days RCIB, "Mike Joseph from Romford" if anyone wanted to know, sent me a letter that I disclosed this information and that I now owe 235pounds to keep my policy and must pay within 7days.
So the financial ombudsman is now aware of the case.
Keep you on the phone for hours costing me an arm and leg now going out of my way to damage the image of this so called firm and making my way to meet Mike Joseph, the managing director and his con team.

I currently renewed my policy with Right choice and the advisor Dayne I had spoken to had excellent customer service and was really helpful. Dayne made my renewal simple and easy and would defiantly recommend others to use right choice.

Quick, simple, effective and well priced. Had no issues everyone was friendly and took next to no time at all unlike other insurance companies i have contacted
