Utterly bunch of d**KS, seems they need my old policy for my no claims bonus tried emailing them claim it was corrupt so it wouldn't open next they want my licence????? The girl on the phone didn't have a bloody clue,and kept threatening to cancel my insurance when I said I'd all ready had one heart attack because of stress and wasn't about to have another just stressing over poxy 2 bit insurance company she laughed never,ever,ever again USE THEM AT YOUR PERIL

RCI are literally the worst insurance company you could ever deal with!!! when I first took out a policy, they sent out paper work asking me to fill it in and send back....easy right? .......not the case with this company......I sent the paperwork back 4 TIMES before it got received!!! bearing in mind this is after they threatened me to cancel my policy after about 2 weeks and fine me!!!!.........my point is your paperwork/documents probably wont end up at the HQ and your probably end up losing something or being fined because its late........avoid this company at all costs!! Absolutely awful service.
Totally disgusting. Quick enough to take my money 5 weeks ago and still waiting to get everything sorted.
Asked to cancel and get a refund. Been told I can cancel but no refund will be given. Asked for confirmation in my policy where it says that and surprise surprise no reply.
Never in my 40 yrs of driving have I dealt with such an uproffesionable company with rude staff and no customer service skills.

Shocking ! my policy was 180 per month three months later they are adding almost 2 grand on because of previous conviction despite me being honest from the very start! saying they are cheap because they specialise in convicttions. so i paid 500 deposit and 180 per month for three months now they want 350 pound deposit again and 1600 plus the original 1800! do not go with this company they are a con!~

If I could give less than 1 star I would.... They aren't the right choice, they are the WRONG CHOICE. First, every time you have to call RCIB you'll be on hold for at least a minimum of 20 minutes before you get through. From the start, they didn't get my details right (including basic contact information). I paid for the policy upfront for the year - after a few months I had some non-performance enhancing "modifications" done to the bike. I'm rudely told that this is going to add a few hundred quid to my premium and my excess to double... double to more than the cost of the "mods"! Most people I've spoken to have said that non-performance mods aren't something they've ever been charged for! Plus one of the mods were sliders added to the bike to protect it in a drop, surely that if anything would reduce the premium. Not according to RCIB. So the plot then thickens when they just cancel my policy and inform me via the wrong email address so that I'm potentially left riding around without insurance. Nice job, well done. Zero f****s given about customers, especially once they have your money. (These guys are just the brokers, the underwriters are 'Markers Study'?).

The worst insurance company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. cancelled my policy after they changed the price after I paid for it though a comparison site, no information changed they they doubled the excess . 315 paid they offered me 135.88 back. Then told me I would have to wait 30 days to get my money back. Reported to ombudsman . And what every you do don't waste your time trying to call let them 20 minutes on hold to get hung up on, waste of time money and effort.

Right Choice Insurance Broker is the worst ever.

Online price was good and I paid online, but they called and tried to charge me more over the phone. They offered a new price on the phone which was expensive and not reasonable.

So I preferred to cancel my policy and found a new insurance company with cheaper price and more polite staff.

After cancellation they refused to send me cancellation letter/email. Still they did not refund my money.

They are the worst, absolutely not recommend them.

Do not use this company. They give you a cheap quote then try to up your price constantly. When I told them I wanted to cancel the policy they tried to tell me I owed them money! Finally got them to agree to giving me a refund and they tell me it will take 30 days to process. It's now 22 days and I've just rang to ask if it had been processed. The person lied and told me that its 30 working days (I checked my documentation and it isn't.) Then got put through to a snotty customer service person called Tom who was nothing but rude, but finally conceded that they had to process my refund in 30 days. Terrible company. Do not be fooled by the cheap quote.

Quite clearly a massive con and one of the worst attempts of a scam Iv seen, they couldn t even do that right haha your company is just laughable. Poor customer service, unprofessional and they try to cheat me by claiming that I had an accident which i did not to try to bump up their price by more than double. I have been with them for 3 years and they try this on me and makes my blood boil. They keep passing you on from one person to next, no one really interested in solving your issue.
The managers Lilly and Raffique are the real joke, no courtesy, customer care or try to resolve the issue. When it comes to get money from you they are fast and try to corner you with anything they can throw at you, but they don't care about solving their own issue, not even customer issues.

Because I had lost all the electronic details from my computer it took some time to find details. I had decided not to renew but Jordan was good and he won the day for you.

I've only had 1 phone call and two emails from them.. They didn't even let me know that I wasn't covered.. Still not heard anything from them. I've gone with someone else now.. Awful customer service. Rude staff speaking to existing customers downwardly and extremely long periods on hold trying to get through to them on phone (without being told by the switchboard) - unless you're a new customer.
Extremely unreasonable cancellation fees.
Hard to contact through email.

they are sometimes cheaper then everyone else but be prepared to wait on hold for 20 to 30mins just to speak to someone becasue they are always short staffed.

want to renew your policy? be prepared to pay a deposit again.
you work? will need full details, name of place you work full adress how long you worked there for.
or if your on benefits they ask what sort of benefits.
dont have no claim bonus? but had your license for long, they will ask you another 21 questions on why that is just looking for ways to get more and more money from you.
or if you do have no claim bonus well lets just say they dont care, be sure they wont save any bonus you've told them you have, so at the renawal your no claim bonus will be less then it should be.

Tried to call them 9-10times (with 40mins of waiting) nobody picked up. The customer service is ridiculous, there's absolutely no professionalism from their side. We wanted to clarify a few things before signing up for car insurance but they never responded to our calls, so we dropped the idea. They are not at all responsive, I don't think they are even interested to have new clients at all.
