Very nice guy on the phone but first of all the amount changed, I keep my bike in a fenced and locked back garden, very hard to enter but apparently this does not count as a locked facility because that only applies to army barracks and a few other unlikely scenarios. Then they said they would take the additional money out 3 weeks later, that didn't happen they took it out the same day. When I called up to check about this I was put on hold on three separate occasions for quite a while and they claimed they hadn't received my documentation (which is an absurd amount of paperwork for an insurance policy anyway) even though I read out the email address I sent it to which was correct and I was looking at it in my sent items. The people seem nice enough, you get the impression they don't particularly care about their job but can't say I blame them, they must have people complaining all day! A lot of hassle to save a few quid

I can t stress enough how much hard work it is to deal with this insurance company, I changed my mind on the policy after hearing the full policy, I receiver a txt to call them, I did, I spent 25 minutes on hold, I then got through to someone who told me that it s fine if I cancel the refund for the deposit will take 7 days. I m still waiting 4 weeks down the line, called today for the third time to deal with the refund I m currently on nearly 37 minutes and still haven t got through to anyone. Very poor service, I m glad I m cancelling because claiming from them must be a nightmare.

1- They are brokers so they find you an unknown insurance company and they made a contract with another financial company for the payments which is not convenient.
2- It looks cheaper at the beginning. When you pay the deposit, you will spend at least 3 hours trying to contact them and you will be on hold for more than an hour.
3- They will increase the price afterward and you will be confused and worried about your 259 pounds you paid as deposit.

Joined this company in april, with a price i was happy with. On the phone money was added and i agreed. They took my bank details and stated dates my direct debits would come out. The first amount date comes i notice they havent took any money so i call them. The agent said not to worry as it can go out any point during they day. I get to work to recieve a text saying to call them urgently regarding my payment so I call while at work and they state that if i dont pay this amount right now they will add more fees. I get slightly mad and they tell me they never took my bank details when they did.
I paid it and sorted it. A couple of week passed and i recieved a cancellation text so i called them asking why and it was yet again my payment which i changed the date on. They had trouble seeing the date change as one department said it was changed and another said it wasnt.
Anyway! May comes and i recieve another cancellation text because of a non fault information only which i wasnt aware of. Fair enough. I was told they would take the premium off if i got an e mail from my previous insurer stating it was non fault, no costs were made, and it was information only. Once i got that to them they decided they now needed a letter head stating it. So after an entire day on the phone i got it through to them. After all this they decided not to do as promised and keep the extra 190 on top. So i was given new amounts to direct debit. I recieved another email with a different amount so i called them and was told it was incorrect and it was the previous amount stated. Today comes and they take the higher amount out that they previously confirmed was not the amount they were taking. So i call them and was passed from finance to customer care, back to finance, back to customer care. None of them could help me even after i stated i wanted to sort this out and i just need someone to sort it. With no department willing to help me I've gone to the financial ombudsman. Its been nothing but misinformation and helpfulness since the start. My advice is to AVOID.
