Very nice guy on the phone but first of all the amount changed, I keep my bike in a fenced and locked back garden, very hard to enter but apparently this does not count as a locked facility because that only applies to army barracks and a few other unlikely scenarios. Then they said they would take the additional money out 3 weeks later, that didn't happen they took it out the same day. When I called up to check about this I was put on hold on three separate occasions for quite a while and they claimed they hadn't received my documentation (which is an absurd amount of paperwork for an insurance policy anyway) even though I read out the email address I sent it to which was correct and I was looking at it in my sent items. The people seem nice enough, you get the impression they don't particularly care about their job but can't say I blame them, they must have people complaining all day! A lot of hassle to save a few quid

I can t stress enough how much hard work it is to deal with this insurance company, I changed my mind on the policy after hearing the full policy, I receiver a txt to call them, I did, I spent 25 minutes on hold, I then got through to someone who told me that it s fine if I cancel the refund for the deposit will take 7 days. I m still waiting 4 weeks down the line, called today for the third time to deal with the refund I m currently on nearly 37 minutes and still haven t got through to anyone. Very poor service, I m glad I m cancelling because claiming from them must be a nightmare.

Really bad company brought me only stress really bad customer service.. putting you on hold, transferring you from ppl to ppl that are not helpful with no information about what they doing and for who are they working for...

Took a while to get through to them HOWEVER when I finally got through He(Alex) was very helpful and friendly ended up getting a good purchase from them so in the end I m all happy

Terrible insurance brokers, having worked for this company I have inside information of how ill knowledged and inexperienced most of the staff are. The management is ridiculous and base most of their decisions on assumptions.

Have been on hold with them 3 time each time for over an hour every time they hung up on me! when i queried why and how long the wait would be if i called again i was very rudely told "I am on a switch board i can transfer you now or you can f*** off" very nice response from a company wanting money of you! Very helpful on renewing my quote very little increase this year so did not see point in changing. Blane was very cheerful and pleasant. Did not give 5 stars due to a bit of a wait from the underwriting team, other than that very happy.

Absolutely the worst insurance company I have had to deal with. Took out a policy in August, paid the deposit over the phone, then last week (nearly four months later) they tell me I haven't made a payment for August. Anyway having been pushed from pillar to post to sort it out I'm waiting for phone call from them which I was supposed to have had at two o'clock this afternoon. At this moment in time I dont even know if my car is actually insured.

Avoid it.
1- They are brokers so they find you an unknown insurance company and they made a contract with another financial company for the payments which is not convenient.
2- It looks cheaper at the beginning. When you pay the deposit, you will spend at least 3 hours trying to contact them and you will be on hold for more than an hour.
3- They will increase the price afterward and you will be confused and worried about your 259 pounds you paid as deposit.

AVOID IT.

Complete nightmare. The renewal call took over two hours in total that's after calling for over a week trying to get customer service is all but impossible to get a hold off . However the customer adviser was helpful when i finally got through.

Hi I was served by Rebecca today she was so good and professional although my policy had risen. I still went with her proposal as I felt she portrayed great Profesionalism.

I called to activate my policy and found the process straightforward.

Got a quote of mustard.co.uk 2 days ago, rung up to buy insurance, guy on phone says i dont live at my address as name is not coming up and also he cant retrieve my quote.

Nothing more than a mess around sales rep put my payment terms in wrong since then i have spent hours on hold with these people 22 in 16 days with no offer or sign of any compensation. They are trying to charge me for there errors!!! messed up my payments every month since joining sometimes taking double causing me to go overdrawn when telling them they was not bothered at all instead tried charging me again for missing payment!!

Where to start?!
Joined this company in april, with a price i was happy with. On the phone money was added and i agreed. They took my bank details and stated dates my direct debits would come out. The first amount date comes i notice they havent took any money so i call them. The agent said not to worry as it can go out any point during they day. I get to work to recieve a text saying to call them urgently regarding my payment so I call while at work and they state that if i dont pay this amount right now they will add more fees. I get slightly mad and they tell me they never took my bank details when they did.
I paid it and sorted it. A couple of week passed and i recieved a cancellation text so i called them asking why and it was yet again my payment which i changed the date on. They had trouble seeing the date change as one department said it was changed and another said it wasnt.
Anyway! May comes and i recieve another cancellation text because of a non fault information only which i wasnt aware of. Fair enough. I was told they would take the premium off if i got an e mail from my previous insurer stating it was non fault, no costs were made, and it was information only. Once i got that to them they decided they now needed a letter head stating it. So after an entire day on the phone i got it through to them. After all this they decided not to do as promised and keep the extra 190 on top. So i was given new amounts to direct debit. I recieved another email with a different amount so i called them and was told it was incorrect and it was the previous amount stated. Today comes and they take the higher amount out that they previously confirmed was not the amount they were taking. So i call them and was passed from finance to customer care, back to finance, back to customer care. None of them could help me even after i stated i wanted to sort this out and i just need someone to sort it. With no department willing to help me I've gone to the financial ombudsman. Its been nothing but misinformation and helpfulness since the start. My advice is to AVOID.

DON'T get inshurance with them . I did the mistake last year and end up in the biggest paper work and photo work ever. Now I end up calling them every day to get my no claims discount. the are saying the send email 3 days ago and still nothing. people's who work there email are instant messaging in no way you send something just piss take!!!!!!!!

Most useless insurance company ever!! A grand total of 7 hours on the phone, our car is still in a storage compound! Long story short...
