This is truly a place of peace and relaxation. My wife, Denizli, always stays here when she goes on business, and we especially want to stay here when we go with her. They removed the pool side last year, it was very nice. Looking at the valley in the back, a beautiful sunset can be watched. The staff is very friendly, we are very pleased, both in the front desk, housekeeping and in the restaurant part ... because it is very close to Pamukkale, foreign tours always stay here. The hotel is empty at noon and gets crowded in the evening because of tours. The thermal pool downstairs is very nice and clean. Boze is very good, I recommend you to stay here.

Star hotel in Pamukkale. The meals were varied and the pool clean with good quality. The conference room is spacious. Rooms are large enough

Nice hotel for family. Clean. The food was fine. The morning breakfast was also quite adequate.

We've been going for long years. Welcome, room service, restaurant service, farewell, etc. the quality of all staff, polite services continue as the first day. The location of the hotel is good. The hotel's bathroom shampoo, soap, etc. products are not very successful.

The Richmond Pamukkale thermal hotel, where we went for the winter holiday last year, was in a very nice location, the hot water, the sauna and the bath were clean and beautiful, the food was generally small, the rooms were always small. The outdoor pool is not very useful in winter, but the indoor pool remains sufficient. Access to the pool and cafeteria was very easy in the evenings.

The rooms are not nice. The facilities of the hotel are also beautiful. Food is not bad. It could be better.

Central air conditioning system hardship. The open-air restaurant is not enough, it can be very crowded.

One of the rare hotels in this region .. you should not go without using the thermal, spa sauna according to your arrival ...

Cheap hotel, food at restaurant reminded me of school dinners :( find a better place to stay. If you have no other options this will do

Richmond Pamukkale Thermal Resort was a very complete option to stay at in Pamukkale.

Located outside of the town, there wasn't really anything to go to around the hotel that didn't require a cab ride, but the experience at the hotel was enough for at least one night.





The buffet dinner was one of the better ones in Turkey so far. There were many options, and the food seemed fresher here than at other places. Breakfast was pretty blah though.

All in all, this is a solid option if you are in Pamukkale but don't want to be in the town itself. Which sounds dumb as I type it, but I guess it's something that people look for.

Reasonably priced Turkey 5-star city hotel in Europe, if not standard on the Std. F&B needs to be organized, recovered, HK housekeeping is good, mini bar stays in the classroom, the communal area adversely affects staff shortage after certain hours. I'm not sure it will be better in Denizli.

In this hot weather, the air is not cold, the buffet is simple, and the equipment and services should be less than five stars. The swimming pool is the only place to be praised.

Place is beautiful. I also had an air-conditioner problem in this hotel. They came immediately and sorted the fault. Was so happy being in winter and now we can be warm in our rooms.

Hotel clean, safe, rooms not very big but comfortable. The food is buffet and tasty .. The reason I give it 4 stars is that as a five star hotel you don't have a hot thermal pool where you can even go outside in winter. And the indoor pool has only a thermal pool and also has a cold swimming pool. Hamami is not bad, but the sauna is quite small. I would recommend the massage, but I would say price bargain. In terms of entertainment, there is a lot of expectation in your mind. If you like Taverna music no problem :)

There is no elevator, but there is luggage service. There is no trash can in the room, the toilet trash can not be opened, it is very inconvenient to manually cover.

I stayed 2 days for a business trip and I can say that the price is very good in terms of service.
I think it is difficult to find a hotel of this quality at this price .. the rooms are very clean and a peaceful place.

One of the best hotels to stay in Pamukkale Region .. There are 3 swimming pools including 1 indoor thermal 1 outdoor thermal and 1 outdoor normal. Hotel cleanliness is about the employees. The rooms are a little small. I don't know why there is a lot of toilet smell. They use a lot of air freshener smell to suppress the smell, and the smells are mixed together. Food varieties were few, they renewed all the time, but the potato and onion rings are pre-fried because it was stale. If you are looking for other kinds of thermal hotels, it would be more logical to choose the hotels in Afyon.

Stayed 2 nights as the cleaning was good. There was a variety of dishes but no food except for the brunches was not tasty. Even the cherry tomatoes were not washed.

Cay even 5 TL. Five years, nothing. Only water is given in the evening, no thermal water in the rooms.

It's become very difficult to find a decent thermal hotel in this region in the last few years. I stopped coming to Pamukkale for this reason. Recently we've discovered Richmond. Last week we decided to try it out for couple of days. We were so impressed, decided to stay an extra night. We definitely will go back soon. Clean, and classy. Great personal from check in to restaurant. Food was also very acceptable for the price. 100% I recommend this hotel.
