One of the most impressive hotel i lived in Turkey. In thin place i can do many things such as seeing Turkish dance, staying in thermal valley or going to turkish bath. Also new room and clean food. So i would recommend this hotel even the distance walking to the room is a bit far.
I do not recommend it as a customer staying at the hotel at the moment. If you ask why, even a glass of tea to drink after dinner, you will grow with a lot of money for paid water.

How can this hotel be classified as a 5 star hotel? There are no lift/elevators to the guest rooms. No complimentary bottled water, amenities was basic small bottle of shampoo, shower cap and 2 small soap bar. Breakfast was also basic, hot meal in buffet limited to crambled egg, boiled egg, hogt dogs. Soup. Spread of vegies and olives, cheeses, breads. fresh fruit was not offered. Thete are swimming pools, Turkish bath and sauna. Not friendly to persons with challenges in mobility.
Very clean hotel to stay in. Front desk personnel could not communicate in English. Loved the thermal pool. Loved the vibe in the bar. Danced to Turkish music. Lively vibrant place. Pity we stayed 1 night.

We stayed on 26-27 July 2019 as full board. When we went to the hotel by booking a tour of Jolly, the receptionist Semra Han m said she couldn't see our booking. I don't know if the problem was due to the Jolly tour or the hotel. We were uncomfortable with this. Rooms are clean, staff are friendly, pool is great, garden is well-maintained, no problem in finding sunbeds, food is minimal but done daily, fresh. His observation is great. The desserts were very poor. Fruits fresh. After the meal they asked for our room number. Tea 5 pounds. Many Asian as holidaymakers even in july august. Sufficient parking space. It is + - 10 km from Pamukkale, you have to go by car. Unfortunately no service FULL all in.
