Iphone ordered from Tele2 Netherlands which must be delivered by you and everything goes wrong!
The first delivery date seemed to go well in this respect, the driver neatly called and showed up. However, without a device due to a defect. Package was lost. Then you called because I was not called what I was told. I was put on hold for 1 hour, after which I was helped very badly. Package was lost and simply had to wait for an email for a new delivery appointment. Finally I called back in the evening but again myself. It turned out that the package had already been found and therefore a new appointment planned for Sat 21 Sept. The delivery person would arrive between 16:19 and 17:30.
2nd delivery appointment nobody called and nobody showed up. Tried to call and stood on hold for 2 hours. It was my turn almost and the connection was broken. In the meantime you were no longer available.
Sept 22 himself immediately called again at 9:00 am and was told that my package was, surprisingly, not sorted and therefore not on the bus. But nobody tells me this, and I am at home all day waiting for a delivery person !!!! New appointment scheduled for Mon 23 Sept. between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM. I just look online and there is delivery between 14:00 and 19:00. I have delivery to my work address and am not present there until 19:00. I am very dissatisfied with your service and delivery attempts !!! I was also very clear about this by telephone after 2 errors and had hoped that it would now go well !!!
Worthless, really worthless.
Attempt 3 again not sorted so again no phone !!!!!! Take on decent staff because I am not allowed to finish talking when I call, no hangs because I flip considering it has already gone wrong 3 times for the same cause !!!! Get your client out and come up with a solution instead of throwing the phone down.
