I ordered a new phone on Saturday, April 20, 2019. I had to choose a date when it would be suitable for me. They apparently do not deliver during Easter so Sunday and Monday I could forget. Tuesday was also not an option to choose, maybe already full? Then Wednesday between 10 and 3. I received a message that my device would be delivered between 12:30 and 15:30. Around 3:40 pm I received a phone-call that the bus was broken and no one else could bring my package so a new order date had to be set. I find this very messy. The man on the phone was also very impatient and quickly said nice day, although I still had questions. The next one, everything went fine and she was called nicely when she was about to be there.
