5x made a new appointment: 1st x had to stop the delivery route because he was not fit enough, 2nd x could not finish the delivery route because it was busy in Amsterdam (oh, you mean that). It was not planned for 3rd x, nor was it planned for 4th x. (Despite frequent contact with Reviva customer service and commitments and apologies.) Only the 5th x was ship right at Reviva. And every time making sure that I or someone else was at home, and calling again and again why they weren't there anyway.
In the end it was solved by extra effort from Thomas vd customer service.
If you want to wait a long time for your ordered items and want to lose a lot of time, you have to go to Reviva.
