These guys worked wonders on my Note9! I brought it in for a cracked glass and they were the best priced out of 3 other shops I called. The screen comes as a full assembly and is like half the phone. The first replacement was defective as it was missing the stylus lock. This was an official Samsung part. Not their fault. He replaced it again and a few weeks later I got the dreaded green screen issue that has been plaguing these phones. For no charge, he replaced the screen again to see if that was the issue and it was. Samsung has really dropped the ball but Rescuetronics picked it up for me. I paid them some extra cash for all the extra help in rectifying my issue because I was so impressed by the stellar customer service.
