DO NOT TAKE GAME SYSTEMS TO GET FIXED. Took our in, was told it would take 5 days, after the 5 days still had not received a call. When I finally did get ahold of them was told it was the fan and they would replace it and should have it back by the end of the week. A week later still did not hear anything they said fan was just being shipped. Finally got system back it was not fixed at all. Told me to bring it back in. After not hearing from them again I called and they said they could not fix it and would refund our money and give the game system back. When I went to pick up the game system it was missing. They had to order a new system which took another week and we did not get our original refund back.
