I've been meaning to write a review from them, and they've been pretty good! They were reasonable, and worked at a good pace. The longest you will need to wait is at least 2 weeks for repairs, because they often need to order parts. However, it takes less time and cost less than shipping it to a particular "PC Competitor." Worth the time, and wait! :)
