I was so disappointed when I stopped in. There was a younger guy there today with a baseball cap on around 4:30pm and I stated I wanted to purchase a cord for my IPhone. He said it will be $15. I said I just got my phone fixed here a week ago and only paid $7 for the cord. He said what is your name and phone number. I asked why he needed that information to sell me a phone cord. He stated, I wanna find out who sold you that cord because it s $15. I said Sir, I just need a cord because my phone is about to die. He ignored me and continued to look at his computer. He was so rude and I just walked out and went to 5 below and got one for $5. They did great work on my phone however Customer service is the way you make a customer feel and I felt horrible when I left there. I will never return to the store on Main Street in Lewisville Tx next door to T-Mobile. EVER
