Vince C. and Steven G. arrived at my home on time, and got right to work, completing the job, that had two days scheduled, in a little less than six hours.
My house was built in the 1940s, and they ran into several surprises which were handled quickly and professionally, leaving both me and my wife at ease after they explained the issues and their proposed fix.
The windows look great, are keeping the hot sun out, and we couldn't be happier. I am planning on staying with Andersen for my next windows after the next step in the remodel.
Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that it was over 100 degrees on the day they showed up, and although they did break a sweat, they performed at the top of their game.
