Our decision to hire Renewal by Andersen is one of the best we have made for our home. From Ryan Sims (the salesman and our first real contact with RbA), help throughout from our project manager Betty, all the way through installation by Vantha and Curtis, it was a top notch professional experience.
Ryan thoroughly explained why RbA is such a great company and why their product and performance are of the highest quality. We then knew we would purchase RbA as we would not settle for any lesser product. He also has answered any question we had along the way and checked on us during installation.
From the moment Vantha and Curtis arrived on day 1 through the end of day 4 they did an amazing job with their first rate talent to efficiently replace 16 windows and 2 patio doors. From the removal of our old windows, being careful with our landscape, containing the general mess all this causes ~ in the aftermath you could hardly tell they spent all those days in and around our house. Except, of course, for the end result: these absolutely beautiful windows that now grace our home inside and out. We could feel the immediate difference in the house temperature (yay!), revel in touching the cool windows, enjoy eating in our dining room even more now, all with the full confidence that should any concern arise RbA is just a phone call away.
