We recently replaced five windows in our living room (we had failing Weathervanes). We hesitated a bit at the price, but decided to go for it. So glad we did. First of all, Renewal by Andersen stands by their product, their process and their people. One of our windows was mismeasured, and instead of giving us a run around, the company rushed a new order and made it right. The install team, Ryan and Dan, could not have been better. And most of all, we really love these new windows. They look terrific, they're much better quality and I'm noticing more warmth in the living room. Most of the companies we interviewed offered "day of" discounts, which can feel a bit pressuring, but remember you have three days in WA state to back out of a deal if you're not happy with it later. The sales pitch is high energy and enthusiastic, but I certainly didn't feel strong-armed into anything.
