Location is 15 minutes from St. Augustine, though shuttles are provided. Rooms are small with two double beds instead of Queens. Very clean, service personnel are helpful and polite.

The area is super clean.. The drive into it is like a scenic route. I went for a crafts fair.. I can't tell you about customer service because I did not ask anyone for help.. But overall it's a really nice area..

The toilet paper is one-ply, the towels are rough, and you cannot use a luggage rack youreself, you have to have a bellhop do it for you. The beds are small, and even though we reserved 6 months ago, we were not given a room with a balcony. The building itself is gorgeous, the lobby has breathtaking views from the upper floors and two beautiful waterfalls. The staff are all very nice and helpful, and there is a program for special needs employment. It's just way over priced for having almost no amenities in the room.

Our first room we stayed in.. when we opened the door the scent of mold or mildew hit our noses immediately. Then the next morning while taking a bath the tub wouldn t hold the water in it. Also there was rust all around the tub and black mold under the soap dish. When we went to talk to the front desk they were more then happy to change our room. They sent us up to another room and it had the same issues. Then they had us try a king suite. The tub did hold the water in which made staying with our two babies under two a lot easier so we chose to take that room. But later on my husband was still concerned with the mold smell. Come to look at the ac and there was mold all over it in the vents. The hotel it s self is not kept very clean at all. It could use a good vacuum as well. I honestly thought Hilton was a good hotel brand! We would have had the same quality of hotel at a lesser brand name. The staff were all super nice and the breakfast selection was delish as well.

It was the perfect environment to catch up, watch basketball and share our new year goals. It was quite when we first arrived until a convention group showed up. Darnell did a great job making sure everyone was taken care of. All of the staff was super friendly and welcoming. I learned about future networking events and look forward to returning!

My wife and I stayed here with our dog for a weekend mini vacation. The customer service at check in and the bar was great. The room was not as clean as expected, there was a bottle left in the room from the previous guest, some sort of stain on the table, and cockroach in the bathroom. Overall the property was run down and needs refurbishment. The restaurant was closed due to Covid which I think is a good safe call but no room service which seems like a profitable opportunity for the hotel, the website still says these are available which needs to be updated. The bar was open but the menu for food was mostly reheated items with little flavor and a very simple wine list with common wines you can get at the store cheaply. We got everything to go for Covid safety, also the other guests and staff were not good at wearing masks. I recommend updating the wine list and menu with better choices for both food and drinks, also add a cocktail menu. Though the grounds were ok, there are many missed opportunities for improvement. The back area has nothing to do but a pool. It would be a great area to lounge with better seating and some sort of covering during warm days, take advantage of the golf course view. Also the surrounding empty shops are depressing. A good cigar lounge near Caddy Shack would help. Overall an expansion into enjoyable amenities for those not playing golf at the time is needed and a fresh clean look would do a lot for the property. Not a great stay and I hope they take advantage of a possibly great hotel.

Amazing hotel, but unfortunately very expensive in extra charges. Wi-Fi costs 10 bucks a day if you're not a rewards member. Water costs 5 bucks a bottle, and High speed Wi-Fi costs even more. It's a great hotel, but very expensive

Possible mold in the room. I dont have any known allergies and have never had a physical reaction to anything before, but once in my room, I broke out in a bad rash, my eyes became bloodshot, my throat started closing up and couldn't breathe while becoming light headed with a splitting headache and arms started to tingle. On the way to the hospital, I started feeling better.

After 30 minutes from being inside the room, I was fine. Once back in the room I had the exact same symptoms within half an hour. The doctors suspected mold and I had the hotel change my room. I didn't have any more problems in the new room, but friends had a known mold reaction on another floor the same day and also had to change rooms.

The staff was friendly but I won't be coming back after this experience.

Really Really disappointing. When we walked in two guys practically ran us down trying to be friendly staff but were overbearing. After that we could hardly get anyone to help us! Room was semi clean but found toenail clippings and other crap on the floor, gross. Bed was very uncomfortable, everytime my partner rolled over the bed squeaked and i felt it. No bath, only a shower and it leaked all over the floor! Toilet paper was so thin it disintegrated in your hand. Room was EXTREMELY humid, like growing mold HUMID and the air only works if you're in room so every time you came in it was like walking into a moldy smelling sauna. WiFi was extra! Its 2015! Also it only worked late at night. We ordered room service and the coffee pot was some weird whitish dirty looking contraption that leaked all over the place so we barely got 1 cup out of it. The Eggs Benedict was very over cooked and way too salty. Had a strawberry smoothie but it was warm!?
Maybe I am too picky. But from the reviews I just thought this place would be nicer. Oh and you have to make reservations to eat at the hotel restaurant. No one told us that so after a hot day of shopping we came back about 5:15 hoping to eat and were told they were all booked up until 9! If we had known it would be like that we would have eaten out instead of coming all the way back to the hotel.

I had the worst hotel experience ever! There was human excrement on the shower curtain. I went to the front desk to request a different room and they told there weren't any other rooms available for the night. I asked about other nearby hotels and they told be about a couple but said they could not refund my room because I booked through a 3rd party. Needless to say I was upset. I went upstairs and looked for another room on my computer and found there were rooms available at this hotel. I went back down to show the desk clerk that I had discovered their lie and that their unwillingness to help a guest was unbelievable. The manager would not even come out to deal with me. They finally gave us another room but no apology. There were other guests checking in at the time which indicated they had just booked their room 10 minutes earlier. Once I settled into the new room the manager called to see if I was satisfied with the new room. I let him have it and he lied some more basically saying that at the moment I was down there they had no other room, but when I came down the second time, a room had just become available. A total lie. Just to confirm I tried reserving more rooms online. They let you do up to 3 at a time and I was able to do so without issue. Kasim, the night manager is rude and a liar. The worst service ever. The hotel is also dated and located in essentially a ghost town. Terrible experience overall.

Yeah, the rooms are big... but meet to iron? Sorry, the ironing board doesn t have a cover. Want some coffee? Unless you buy Starbucks downstairs, you gotta suffer through the bad coffee in the room. Wanna get to your room? 30min line to check in. Oh, and this is being posted over 4G, because you gotta pay for the WiFi. Not impressed at all.

The hotel lobby was beautiful. The rooms are smaller than expected. Far away from St. Augstine downtown area. Usually there is a shuttle but must make reservations in advance. They were very confusing, declined to take us downtown because there was no more room, but eventually made space for us

Very nice and extremely helpful staff! My friends and I had a great time staying over the weekend. Room was comfortable and the bathroom was huge. Internet was fast and the TV had YouTube and Netflix at a simple click.

My husband and I were excited to come here for a night during a drive south. I've returned upstairs after a very poor conversation in the lobby with the "manager" who had not been informed about my concerns, didn't care, was dismissive and rude and best of all, kept me waiting in my robe in front of a huge line of guests for over 10minutes.

I had called down due to being awoken twice by loud children nine out of nine floors down. She informed me "it is a public place so they can't do anything." I informed her we'd spent over $300 since checking in a few hours ago and that the job of a hotel is a good
Nights sleep. A lobby is not a public place; this is a private hotel. She told me that I would be arrested if I did the same the same thing disturbing other guests. So an interesting double standard.

We travel constantly and I've never been treated so rudely. A four star rating here is an absolute joke. Save your money.

This place is great for a weekend getaway. You like to play golf, this site has great playing grounds...I recommend this hotel to all of the ink lovers who attend the Jacksonville Tattoo Convention. Always satisfied when visiting.

Odd circle to get to the location around the golf course. No microwaves in building, was going to bring food with me. Not a b&b. Staff was helpful when questioned. Didn't seem to be any trash cans inside the lobby area?

Ok let me start out by saying I have not stayed at this location yet... However I do have reservations to stay there on 11/11... I am deciding if I will keep the reservation or not... This review is solely on what happened when confirming my reservation... So here is my experience of the hotel and reservation specialist... I booked the room on a 3rd party site.. I called the hotel directly to confirm... I was told "Im sorry but I do not see a reservation for you on that day as it is too far out for our systems" "I will need to transfer you to our reservation specialist and they will be able to assist you".... I say of course... I get transferred to a representative named Jeff... He finds my reservation and proceeded to tell me that he is unable to confirm any details about my reservation other than the date of check in. I needed to confirm the type of room that I booked as my email confirmation told me to contact the hotel to verify all details of my booking... I have never traveled or stayed in a hotel before So I feel that I am getting the run around from a 4 star hotel which I would assume they would have a better customer relations goal. At this time I am very disappointed and a little discouraged. This is a very important and special trip for me and it is already giving me a headache.

It was a very clean and beautiful community. Once inside you'd never know it was next to the interstate. We participated in the Health and Wellness Expo and everyone involved was very friendly and helpful. Can't wait to be involved in future events!

The convention center was an excellent venue for EXPCon 2017. The modular spaces were useful. However, the event halls were absolutely freezing to the point of being unbearable at times. Other than that, everything about the venue was great

Really cool place and very nice room's and service. It's right next to the golf Hall of Fame. Literally waking distance. The views from the room are nice and there is plenty to do if you stay in at the hotel. Gym, bar, business center, etc. Definitely down to go again.

I needed to change rooms due to noise from the event I was attending. They were very accommodating, even though the hotel was fully booked. I got a new room and assistance moving my things from one room to the next. Service was quick, considerate, and polite.

Beautiful area, even if you just take a stroll or drive around. I went for a large Naval Dining Out formal event and the place was beautiful and provided the right venue for approximately 900 people. The Imax theatre nearby there is awesome too.

Loved the place. We had a hiccup with our air Conditioner, but the technician RAY came to our rescue. After realizing we had to be out of the room so he could service the unit, he quickly found us a near by room, so we could move all of our stuff into it. We dont know what we would have done without him. We were there 9 days. Every time after that Ray, would approach us and make sure we comfortable and enjoying our stay. As well as the manager. I believe her name was Jenny. She greeted us daily with a smile, and made my kids and myself feel special and welcomed. The room was perfect. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Facility was top notch. Employees were knowledgeable and friendly. So thankful Ray took care of our room hiccup.

Very bad Experience. Great Hotel, Very nice Personal but we booked weeks before and paid full. When we arrived, our rooms were not available and the hotel was completely sold. We could only have access to a room of the 2 that we had reserved. The rest of my family had to go to sleep at another hotel until the next day. Be careful when you book at this hotel because the rooms come over and you can arrive and not find the room for which you paid available.
