This place blows the whole thing is ripped up and we where told nothing about this when making a reservation. Showed up to a hotel under renovation.. pool is ripped out hey its over a 100 degrees really?? Highly overrated my whole crew is extremely disappointed this is a corporate event it was supposed to be a recognition for hard work not feeling very appreciated.. complete bait and switch.. we have lots of people here this isn't going to end well too many people very upset wonder why we all flew out here. The kicker is some of the customer service has been really bad smh.. just do yourself a favor stay away from this place until they complete the remodel. OK so let's make the best of it we are here right. Looking to cool off takes place at the tennis court pool which is a bit of a hike. Once there it's a hole with water in it, think back yard rectangular vinyl lined pool with brick pavers around it. Seriously hot on the feet have your flip flops sitting next to where you enter the pool you will need them to get back to your Lounge. Half of the golf is closed sorry golfers. On the up side very few people staying here so it quite! Relish Burger Bistro makes a mean burger imo best eats on the entire resort. Parking is easy lots of spaces. Morning sunrises are priceless from the base of the mountain. I hope it's amazing when they finish the remodeling until then I'll be staying elsewhere.

A beautiful Oasis in the desert. A grand entrance with an amazing water feature. The high tea was elegant with a wonderful person assisting us. Wanda had complete knowledge of the teas and items accompanying for our tasting pleasure.

We went to the Phoenician to play a round of golf. The bag check and golf shop was quick and easy to check in. The course itself was in good condition. The price to play a round of 18 was reasonable. There was a cart girl out on the course. The only bad thing is that they are working on the resort and re-doing the course so you had a bit of a drive in between some holes.

Our stay at the Phoenician was excellent. Very nice clean room, with built in Chromecast and the free WiFi was awesome. Had dinner at Mowry & Cotton, and the food was very good. Recommended the grilled shrimp and lamb tacos. The resort has a lot of different things to do, couldn't try all of it but would like to stay again soon.

Amazing concierge service, food, and luxurious accommodations. Breathtaking view off the patio/balcony from my room; located on the 4th floor. Pleasant staff members who stayed on top of keeping the room tidy, SEVERAL times a day.

Very nice resort with great views. The rooms were large and luxurious. The deck was spacious and provided a tranquil area to start the day. They had nice walkways around the resort and through the hills. The staff was friendly and ready to help.

The new renovated resort is one of a kind. I've only experienced the best at this hotel. It's located in an awesome location. Lots to do at night and at the same time it's very close to all the locations within the Scottsdale downtown area.this is definitely my place to stay.

My wife and I stayed here over the New Year weekend and our stay was even better than the last 3 or 4 times we were here. The service is professional yet not invasive. The addition of the breakfast makes this even better. Can't wait to go back. Thank you.

We came for 4 nights of pampering and unfortunately experienced terrible service the entire stay. My sister paid extra for a casita, but had a terrible view, a fire pit we couldn t get to work, and they didn t clean her room
2 of the 3 days (the third day the cleaned because she called to request cleaning). Housekeeping didn t clean my room the 3rd day and turndown service left melting ice cream sitting in my room. The pool area at the end of the day was filthy and doesn t get cleaned until morning- overflowing garbages, towels and used food and drinkware all over the place.
Food service took well over an hour at all 3 of the restaurants as well as room service. The food quality was inconsistent. My nephews chicken was raw in the middle via room service. I ordered a whiskey old fashioned at dinner one night and I m pretty sure they used a salt packet instead of a sugar packet. There was zero service at the pool, they were way understaffed (and pool area was only about 1/3 full)- one bartender was swamped trying to keep up with serving the entire pool. The hotel is pretty, but perhaps a bit outdated- and not at all worth the price due to the bad service we received. Truly one of the worst hotel experiences I ve ever had. Super bummed as we are two busy moms with young kids and don t get a chance to get away frequently- this trip was a flop.

We were there for our annual meeting, it was a fantastic stay, the resort is beautiful with several activities on site for guests. The bed was very comfy. Definitely going to go back on a non work trip and really enjoy my stay next time.

I visited the Phoenician as a guest of one of their third-party vendors. The Phoenician is beautiful, great pools, great entertainment. However the willingness of the Phoenician staff to help the third party vendor was very lacking. One of the vendors coworkers was out that day comma so there was one person managing all of their equipment. At the end of our activity, the third party vendor was looking for someone at the Phoenician to assist with her equipment, and none were willing. After waiting 20 minutes on a golf cart they said she could borrow, another employee said they are not available to help third-party vendors with the carts. Instead, after being denied a third time to receive help, the other guest that was with me ended up assisting the third party vendor with the equipment due to the lack of help from The Phoenician staff.

Got here just as Ducey closed Az again. Make sure you are adamant about what view you want room to have. Pool side service was chill and amazing. All staff give you the 5 star service. Check out the Tavern to eat as well.

Was wonderful, just wish the information about the main pool being out of service was more clear, meaning I would have liked to know that there was no hot tub available or pool side service, etc

The hotel, staff and facilities were all very nice. I decided to upgrade to club level which added internet, afternoon tea, free pressing and a full service happy hour in the club. Also 2 hour free usage of a boardroom daily which we utilized each day.

Hands down the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Service, staff and amenities were all excellent. The pool area is massive with a spot for kids to play too. We were able to rent tennis rackets and play on an amazing tennis court with top notch equipment.

I would never go to a place strictly because of a hotel but I'd seriously consider coming back to Scottsdale just to stay here again.

The Phoenician Resort rated 3-1/2 stars is home to a well-regarded championship golf course. Contoured out of the surrounding Sonoran Desert, The Phoenician's desert and resort-style layout includes wonderful desert and mountain views, as well as Arizona s only sand-island green.

The Phonecian, Luxury collection resort has been o...

The Phonecian, Luxury collection resort has been on my bucket list for a while. Located in Scottsdale Arizona, its a very exclusive luxurious resort with plenty of amenities, beautiful views, great dining, and amazing rooms. It will be about a 30 min drive from the airport, but not far from many places in Scottsdale if you do want to leave.

There's a guard shack to get in, though it can't be hard since ubers get in all the time. You drive to the end for reception, passing by a massive sports complex on the left (which I didn't get toenjoy but looked amazing). Reception is in a beautiful lobby overlooking the resort that compares closely to any Ritz, St. Regis, or other 5 star property. Think swanky furniture, mood lighting, and luxury touches. Check-in was quick and easy, and off I went to my Casitas suite (thank you suite night awards).

The suite was absolutely amazing with a kitchenette, dining table, living room with plenty of seating, 2 Full Baths (seriously, with 2 sets of soaking tubs and showers), and a humongous master bedroom thats bigger then most hotel rooms. Patios overlooking the pool complex completes the room. Frette slippers were just some of the finer touches you don't see even at most 5 star resorts.

The pool complex was amazing as well, and since this was winter not crowded at all. If you're in the casitas you will have to walk through them to get to the main complex again (highly recommend dining at Mowry & Cotton)

This is not a cheap property, but worth every penny. Needs to be on everyones bucket list.

I just held a 2 day conference here. The view from the lobby bar (Thirsty Camel), the lovely piano playing from Allen, great chat from Chris, all pushed me over the edge to pick this place.

Fantastic rooms, gorgeous pools & cabanas, insane spa, and top notch convention center. Smiles and happy greetings for everyone.

Our attendees were blown away.

Wondering if our room was the nicest. Check out the Casita suites. They're crazy nice.
