Love the remodeled resort !! They have everything you could need on site !!!! The restaurants offer amazing food !!

My wife and I were married there 10 years ago. We still visit often and have stayed there alot because it holds a special meaning for us. We live within 3 miles of this beautiful and one of the finest resorts in the world. The people of the Phoenician make it that way.

Excellent hotel, nicely furnished rooms, do take note of the ongoing renovation on an entire stretch of rooms by the pool.

The afternoon tea was great. Plenty to eat. Wanda was a hoot!!

Older exterior but rooms are remodeled and outstanding. Service is great. Definitely recommend.

Room was nice but Expedia didn't tell us about renovations, so the big pool was closed, as was the main check in, resulting in a very long walk to our room every night.

This course is probably the nicest I've ever been to. The course is absolutely immaculate, with workers constantly tidying the course and even the surrounding desert landscape.

The course isn't too difficult though, and has more par 5 and 3 courses than most other courses, which I really enjoyed. Beware though, the greens are very fast!

I also have to recommend the Relish restaurant that is above the pro shop. Their wings and 5 layer dip are excellent.

A beautiful beautiful place. The service was outstanding.

Great golf course. Played for $44 in the summrtime. Course was in great shape considering the hot weather. Will definitely be back.

My wife and I stayed here over the New Year weekend and our stay was even better than the last 3 or 4 times we were here. The service is professional yet not invasive. The addition of the breakfast makes this even better. Can't wait to go back. Thank you.

Beautiful resort in a great location! Did not stay there, just a meeting then dinner and drinks. Would definitely go back! Resort just underwent extensive remodel and it looks great! Still some construction so you can't drive through the resort but that should be done soon.

This place is the epitome of luxury! I have stayed at several 5-star hotels and this one is a 10!

Great service, everything is very expensive and other places to eat and shop are at least a mile away.

Amazing Hot Tub. The rooms are incredibly Comfortable, Clean, and Cozy....

Everything great and very helpful and caring front desk staff.

However some members of the valet crew during the night shift are simply ill mannered, rude and too self centered and therefore don't deserve to be working on such nice resort.

A luxurious place means a luxurious place in every aspect.

It is truly a shame that stupid behavior of very few employees should affect the reputation of such a great resort negatively.

I have refrained from giving the resort one star, simply because of all the previous positive interactions and because I feel that I need to be fair to all the good personnel of this resort despite this particular bad experience with a couple of disrespectful valets.

Golf course was pretty scarred up other than that fantastic service from employees

Expensive for the quality of room. Pool is decent, scenery could be better. The restaraunts is wonderful but very expensive.

Really nice property. Great staff. Lots of pools. Excellent gym. Most amenities are open 24 hours. Rooms are great. Very spacious

The resort is lovely. Its huge, but easy to navigate. The staff has been incredible as well.

Just a fantastic place to visit. Facilities and rooms are great, views are spectacular.

Had dinner at the steakhouse. It was amazing from the service, to the atmosphere, the food and drinks.

Our tea experience was amazing. I highly recommend it!

I was visiting this resort for company s event and very happy with comprehensive facilities. Also it s right front Camel Back so it s convenient to take a walk there during spare time.

The gym they removed all the free weights and locked them in the yoga room.
Stupid logic. Management needs to fix this.
Losing a star.

We even called ahead and the front desk said gym is open and operating as normal except for masks. This is not the case.

Hotel nice condition and beautiful grounds.
But decor Is feeling dated.
We stayed 1st floor in main building and the bathroom was really tight. Strange configuration with the massive tub.
Beds were firm. We prefer soft but that personal preference.
Overall service was adequate but didn t feel 5 star. Kind of felt like people were going thru the motions - 4 star for sure but ignored us rather than making that extra effort.
Room AC only went down to 67. So we called front desk. They sent technician that got it down to 64 with a special hack. Even then it still felt warm. So not sure what was going on. But appreciated the effort.
Cotton and Mowry was pretty good for dinner -nice service.
Overall a solid 4 star experience is now a 3 because of the gym experience.

We made last minute reservations for the Fourth of July holiday. Had a great time. Rooms are amazing, view is amazing and my kids LOVE the pool and slide! We are already planning to go back in a few weeks!

Checked in, beautiful place. Went to get a bucket of ice and couldn't get back in room. Door lock broke. OK, things break. Three long walks down to the front desk, and an even longer wait in the hall and security replaced the lock. Took an hour and a half to get that done. Said he'd have new keys sent right up. Several phone calls to the front desk and two hours later, they finally arrived. Three and a half hours to gain room access. Couldn't even go get dinner because I wouldn't be able to get back in the room.

It's an amazing property, ... probably the best in Arizona and one of the nicest you'll find anywhere. I attended a unique event and was blown away by the service. Cheers to Concierge Auctions in choosing this location!

This is my favorite Resort, but I will not be biased when I say it is the best place to stay in the Valley. The service, the amenities, the property is absolutely Fabulous/ Excellent. Check out the spa for pampering it is well worth it, and be sure to relax in the meditation after a massage. The bars Thirsty camel and club house Relish give you a little bit of lively entertainment. You will be in aww at the Steak house or Italian restaurant with the presentation of the meals they serve. Please stay a night or 2, for Romance you will definitely get a spark back, and if only for relaxation you will be fully relaxed and rejuvenated after a stay at the Resort!! The pool is fabulous and they show movies poolside on summer nights. Ladies try the High tea, it cannot be beat by any other resort in the valley. PS. The grounds are so immaculately kept you want roll around in the grass.

Evening tea is awesome. Great tradition my family and I do every year.

Despite this hotel being huge and difficult to navigate the staff is very accommodating.

Amazing experience! We are still here but I have to review it. The hotel is gorgeous and spotless, the staff is unbelievably friendly and we have gotten great service from all of them. Last the pool(s) are clean, relaxing and have beautiful views. Yes we will be back when we visit again!

Beautiful property with great amenities. Pool area was large and the service out there was great. Several different pool areas including an adults only area and a splash pad for children. The main restaurant was closed for the summer for renovations, but dinner at Mowry and Gotten was good. Self underground parking was available for a fee or you can valet. Room was nice with a balcony and view of the pool. Looking forward to staying here again.

Amazing modern resort with excellent customer service and large rooms, good restaurants onsite, pool, tennis courts, golf course, and very close proximity to great areas for dining and nightlife nearby.

Canyon Suites are gorgeous. The staff were very kind, going above and beyond to ensure my visit was memorable!

You would think for luxury hotel there be more personalized service. Felt like a Marriott with a little bit higher decor

The hotel and facilities have been updated the past couple of years even though the resort was already spectacular.
The staff is very competent and friendly and have become our friends over the years.
The spa is absolutely beautiful.
The new health club facility is exceptional.
The pools are gorgeous.
The redone golf course is a beautiful facility.
J & G Steakhouse is an excellent upscale restaurant.
The Phoenician Tavern is a nice restaurant on the golf course which replaced Relish, the previous bistro.
Mowery and Cotton, the newest restaurant is the only disappointment at the resort.
This resort is a must almost every year for us.
I highly recommend staying at the Phoenician.

Breathtaking views, impeccable service, newly remodeled suites. The staff is so very accommodating! They will start building a new spa with pool and work out room in May 2017. Definately a wonderful experience!

Beautiful hotel, great grounds to enjoy fabulous weather. Well located at foot of Camelback Mountain.

Amazing resort. The best customer service and delicious food.

We visited the Canyon Suites for 4 nights. The room was very nice and spacious. The biggest disappointment for us was that the hotel didn't live up to it's commitments- some of the promises the hotel made turned out not to come true (papers in the morning, where we could redeem breakfasts, etc.). The grounds are nice though most of it is under construction. Food at the hotel restaurants with the exception of the steakhouse was disappointing. The free breakfast at the canyon suites was underwhelming as was a .8 mile radius for the shuttle.

They do tea on the weekends. They serve your choice of tea and little finger food to go with it. It all cost about 56.00 total. Really chill atmosphere and very relaxing

Wonderful accommodations throughout the property with a helpful staff. The only downside to our stay is that our room was near the loading dock and the noise was pretty incredible most of the night into the early morning hours. It made it difficult to truly relax and enjoy our stay. The only reason for removing a star.

The design of the building is lovely and looks modern and contemporary. The service was up to the par with the ritzy country club look. The staff was super friendly, I had trouble finding the bathroom and the staff could see i was lost and showed me where it was.Very nice club.

The most beautiful vacation spot in Phoenix. Landscaping is beautiful.

I would highly recommend this place if you can afford it. This place has some great restaurants that we had great food at each of them that we tried. The gym has very high end equipment and plenty of room to enjoy. Tennis court, walking trails, cactus garden, great security and very beautiful gardens. The room was spacious and amazing house keeping.

Didn't stay at the resort, was just there for a tennis match. The courts are new, and are excellent!

Beautifully done with the recent remodel! One of my favorite places in all of Arizona.
