Great place/service. I just wish they had almond or soy milk for coffee and free washers and dryers like Marriott properties

This is the second time I've stayed at this location. The first time my room had been smoked in and I received a different room with no hassles.
This time, we arrived at 4:30 after a long day at the zoo. Check in started at 4, however I was told the room wasn't ready yet. And it would be ready shortly. So my family and I waited in the lobby for over an hour before the staff gave us an upgraded room at no additional charge.
The staff have always been really good here, but to have issues both times I visit simply cannot warrant more than an average rating.
We will likely look into other places on our next visit.

Room was very nice, HHonors membership and app allowed us to pick a nice spot away from the elevators and traffic. Front desk staff was very friendly upon check-in. The breakfast provided was very underwhelming though. Pretty limited selection of yogurt flavors, beverage selection was primarily coffee or orange juice and the hashbrowns were pretty bland and flavorless. I realize for a "free" breakfast you really can't complain about much, but when the room was nearly $200/night, you're ultimately paying for that breakfast.

Great night stay. Enjoyed the evening social hour drinks and snacks. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Exactly what is expected of Homewood.

Lovely rooms, pleasant staff, and Monday-Thursday they have a reception with food for free. The hotel is near a lot of bars and restaurants. The shuttle will take you within a mile or 2 radius of the hotel to anywhere you would like.

Excellent stay. Hotel was clean and breakfast was good. Staff very attentive with a Chick-fil-Aesque my pleasure.

The room was awesome... Loved the layout and amenities. Was a block away from our concert at the Slowdown which made it very convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

I recently stayed and was overall very pleased. The rooms were nicely decorated, clean and modern. The staff was very helpful and nice. I also like the breakfast option in the morning. I will definitely stay again.

Went for happy hour with a guest. Drinks were good and food was decent.

We stayed 3 nights and had a wonderful experience the first 2. On our last night we found a bed bug on our pillow!!! Took it down stairs and the guy working was like I don't know what they look like but it probably is one. We loved how the hotel had shuttles to everywhere but we won't be back.

I travel a lot. Although this hotel is not a Hilton the location was convient. The people we're very friendly. The room was clean & well kept. I would stay here again if I return to Omaha.

Angle of the TV to the bed was ridiculous. I had to turn the entire stand to be able to watch TV at night. Also, food was not like expected, more like snacks.

The look and feel of the hotel is great. It looks great and I'm very comfortable. It feels like home. The view is good.

Really enjoyed my stay. Only thing that would make this place better would be if the pool had one of those basketball hoops.

This hotel was nice, it is in a complex with a Hampton inn , they share a breezeway and parking lot, there several other hotels in the same block. There are many restaurants and bars close by . The airport is just up the road a short bit and the stadium is very close .

Great location! The room we stayed in was spacious and clean. The housekeeping staff was so friendly and even gave my toddler snacks. Everyone at the hotel is friendly. Simple but yummy breakfast in the mornings. Nice evening social during the week with drinks and food. I'll never stay anywhere else but here!

This is our go hotel when we stay in Omaha. The staff is always willing to help oit any way they can to make us feel at home.

Great location in Old Market. Not close enough to walk to restaurants and shops but within 5 minute drive. Day staff was pleasant and rooms were clean. Our room wasn't stocked with shampoo and conditioner and soaps. Plus the fitted sheet kept coming off at night. Morning breakfast was OK, nothing exceptional.

We checked in online ahead of time with the fantastic ability to choose our room. We picked an available corner room and looked forward to a little extra space. Upon arrival in our room I couldn't believe how much extra space we had, the room was huge. The pool was nice and warm and the kids loved it. Breakfast was okay, would have loved some non acidic fruit options. The only thing that left a bad impact on me was waiting for our room to get cleaned. They never showed up even after a request after 3pm to make sure we received extra bathroom towels.

Frequent Hilton's locations. This one the best by far. "Tori" was the best. Any concerns that occurred she was right there to correct them with a smile. Also "Candiace" was the most pleasant shuttle transfer driver I've encountered in a long time. When you travel as much as I do you appreciate good service. Totally please.

Suites are very room, with excellent amenities. It does help to have a kitchenette. Service is good with food service morning and night.

We made a 7 night reservation at the Homewood Suites, received a confirmation number, AND prepaid with our credit card 6 days before our arrival. Imagine our surprise when on the day of our confirmed arrival and while exiting the plane in Omaha, I check my voicemail, and I have a message that says "we will not be able to accommodate you". I called the hotel, and the person that answered said they had overbooked and since we made the reservation through Priceline, they had deleted our room. No Apology, No suggestion for another hotel. Just a snarky "Sorry, you will need to find another Hotel". We are now left with a 7 day trip in Omaha with no Hotel and very few Hotels available (due to the College World Series in town). We found another hotel (9 miles away), and ended up missing a scheduled event. Thanks Hilton for easily the worst Hotel Experience that we have ever had. I am 57 years old and have traveled extensively in my career as a CFO for a billion dollar company, but Never Again at a Hilton. Priceline did honor their guarantee; at least they are reputable

I enjoyed the hot tub, had a good peaceful night's sleep and woke up to a delicious hot breakfast before starting my day. Great for a longer stay.

This place rocks. It exceeds expectations on all levels and its location cannot be beat. While not located in the "Old Market" area, it is definitely within walking distance (1/2 mile). If ever back Omaha way, this place is definitely first on the list.

The rooms are great, the staff is friendly and helpful, and everything is very well taken care of.

Really nice hotel. The free beer and wine was lovely. Breakfast was a slight step up from the usual. The indoor pool and hot tub was lovely. Our 2 bedroom suite was amazing and we had the best sleep we'd had in weeks. We weren't able to check in when we were supposed to, but they comped us admirably with a free night's stay and goodies for the kids.

Great hotel! Staff and customer service is A+. This hotel offers free breakfast and evening food and drinks every Monday-Thursday. The business center is nice. Nice pool area, and they even offer an outdoor patio area with grill. Great value for the price.

This is one of the best Homewood Suites I ve ever stayed at , you got great hotel staff that are friendly and make you feel at home here. I will defiantly come back to this hotel if I come back to the area. They have a five buck coupon if you don t have your room cleaned that day that you can use at the pantry. They also have a shuttle that will take you within a 3 miles radius.

Friendly staff, and excellent housekeeping staff! They even folded the blankets in my baby's Pak N Play and arranged all the kid's stuffed animals neatly on the beds.

Were very happy with our room and stay. The suite was updated and very clean. The beds we're very clean and comfortable. The breakfast and coffee in the morning was delicious. Everything was perfect and comfortable for my family of four.

Lukewarm shower Sunday morning, hot shower Sunday night so need to make sure there is always hot water for all guests; good location, nice pool, friendly & accommodating staff. Excellent value for the price!

terrible book from 12:00 pm and when I arrived at the hotel I had to wait because the room was not ready besides my english is not so American just they did not understand me but not at all so almost everyone understands me the water of the poscina friiiiaaaaa just horrible

The location is near all the downtown attractions, with many things in walkable distance if you're so inclined. The building itself is pretty nice with indoor and outdoor public spaces. The suite wasn't fancy, but is clean and comfortable with more to offer than a typical hotel room (kitchenette, dining table, and sitting room). I would stay here again and recommend this place to others.

Luxurious suites nestled in downtown Omaha with easy access to all that downtown has to offer, both business and pleasure. Beautifully maintained busy place, yet a quiet setting within walking distance of local eateries and entertainment and shopping.

It was a great hotel it had a nice pool and it had a great breakfast in the morning.

Front desk was awesome when we checked in! Super friendly and was there to help us. Room was clean but a hanger sitting on a chair from the previous night. Breakfast was another story, the workers was yelling at the guests who was trying to get something to eat. About as rude as you can get. I could not believe what I was hearing. Will probably not come back due to our experience with breakfast

Stayed one night, it was a very nice place to stay.

I've always enjoyed staying here, however, like the Hampton did next door, they've recently begun skimping on amenities (must request conditioner, mouthwash, etc) and charging for parking. Otherwise, it's an acceptable hotel but I will likely find another hotel just as I've stopped going to the Hampton next door.

Nice hotel and a place where I like to stay in Omaha. I was disappointed to find that parking used to be free, but now they charge $10/night.

Favorite place to stay in Omaha. Easy to find, Close parking. Great service. And really comfortable bed. And the price is pretty reasonable for a suite type room. Love the evening reception. Food is always just right. Good service too. Very friendly staff. NO PETS thank God. I'm allergic to animals. Seriously consider this location for your next visit. They will not disappoint.

Staff are friendly. Beds comfy. Rooms are smaller than expected, but it has everything I need. Breakfast was excellent.

Great people, great room within walking distance of TD Ameritrade Park and the CHI Health Center.
