Lovely staff, clean rooms, easy to find location near the beautiful Seattle public library.

Nice place. Beds are super stiff though and have horrible duvet covers that don't actually close.
Love the book theme of the hotel. Our room was lovely and the service at the hotel bar was fantastic!
Hotel bar had great service, good selection of spirits and very positive atmosphere. I would gladly come back here.
Spacious room and good food. Room price is Good and food price was a little higher than expected. Room wifi is not free, the bathroom is very basic ( no steam fan just a vent, room gets stuffy pretty easily). Parking lot is tight and narrow, drove me crazy that I was driving in the left lane. Elevator access from car parking was decent. Overall won't choose again but if the others nearby are full I can survive.
Everything was wonderful. We were there for an event. I'd give a 5 star review but parking was way too pricey. We parked 2 blocks away for a third of the price.
Great place highly recommend it there rooms are great the people are great :-D
Great service, nice large rooms, good breakfast in the morning
Beautiful hotel with modern rooms, the lobby is gorgeous. We took pictures of their fireplace walls for inspiration! The staff here saved us from disaster when we had a booking at a terrible hotel nearby... they got us into a family sized room at 2am, brought us water bottles and were kind and beyond helpful.
The renaissance hotel was opulent and all the attendant s were professional and kind. Smooth clean sheets with fluffy pillows. Yup coming back.
Clean room but they charge and arm and a leg for parking and they don't warn you on the website it's not free with your room.
What a great experience. Rooms were fantastic, very friendly staff. We will be back, and you should want to stay here.
Absolutely beautiful view from the freeway side. That side also has the quietest rooms (double-paned glass). There was an awesome drag ball that happened to be here when I was staying. Made me happy. Sleek, modern hotel. Space in the rooms. Bar.
This place is the worst service I ve ever had! I m African American I work very hard and the way I was treated here you would have thought I was a bum on the street. First off I was checked into a dirty room by some ditz named Liesl the sheets looked like they had bed bugs. I come back down to complain and it was just shrugged off by someone name Corey I was baffled. I will never come back and spend my hard earned money in this racist pit hole. Mr. Marriott should be embarrassed by the type of service they are providing under his name. Anyone of color Do Not I Mean Do Not support the Renaissance Seattle highly dissatisfied. I m thinking about contacting Mr. Marriott himself that s how horrible my experience was...Never again!
No pool and some services are a little vauge in description, but overall a very pleasent experience with polite and accommodating staff.
Everything was great. Felt oddly comfortable. Wish the Starbucks was a full Starbucks but I can't really complain.
It was a very nice venue for a small event. It's not really set up for a multi floor convention, but it seemed the hotel staff and venue were top notch for small events. Did not stay as a guest.
Nice property. Lots of dining options within walking. Parking is a little pricey.
Attended professional event. Facility was clean. Meal served was delicious with several varieties of main dishes. Parking was easy underneath the hotel.
The valet, front desk staff, and everyone we interacted with was professional, courteous, and wonderful. Our room was spacious and clean. The only complaint I have which is why it's four starts instead of five was that the room was poorly lit. When you walk in and flip on the light switch only one small recessed light would turn on and that one light was for both the living room space and the bedroom. There was a lamp on the desk and night stand lights so this was not much of an issue. It was just strange to come back to the hotel, flick the light switch on, and only have one light turn on that barely lit up the room.
The hotel is situated in a great spot. It s close to pier, library, downtown. The view is beautiful from lounge floor.
Great staff. Rooms are nice, but beds could be updated.
I booked this hotel under the impression that there's a club lounge. This was not true. They compensated with free breakfast though. Nonetheless, I would have chosen a different hotel had I known about the falsely advertised club lounge.
Nice hotel. The concierge lounge on the 28th floor is one of the better Marriott lounges. The breakfast was great and so was the view.
Great atmosphere, the staff is always courteous and professional, and everything is easy to find. The food is top grade and they pay a lot of attention to personal preferences and allergies. Reba served most of our event and was amazing. Definitely recommend.
*No pool* or outdoor lounge area. I'm sure it's mentioned elsewhere, but it was a surprise when we asked after checking in.
Otherwise a nice hotel.
Renaissance Seattle Hotel is a great place to stay in downtown Seattle, nice rooms and friendly staff.
Great check-in, concierge, door men. Great looking hotel. Rooms are wonderful. Coffee makers in rooms. Definitely 5 stars in my book.
Staff are friendly. Rooms are clean. Location is right next to the freeway entrances, extremely convenient! Would highly recommend staying here.
I had a long layover in Seattle and was incredibly lucky to stumble upon this hotel last minute. The staff was super friendly, kind, and made me feel welcomed right away. If you're lucky to meet Brandon Martinez, who worked at the front desk at the time, he will make your stay even more incredible. Thank you for all the help again Brandon!
Also, the location and the amenities of the hotel are very nice too. This is probably one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at.
beautiful room and great staff. room was comfy during the stay. only wished the stay was longer
Excellent service, clean and comfortable room, great views
Very nice hotel in great location. Our room was quite small but who cares really. We spent little time there anyway. The staff was easy and nice and our booking included parking in a nearby garage. Simple and effective. We got a nice deal as well, so we are very happy with our stay.
It seemed like a really nice place. The waiters were helpful and the music was good. The drinks are very overpriced but that is to be expected
Good hotel. Great for business trips. Close to most downtown businesses.
Good as usual. Air con didn't seem to work and it was overly hot. Construction next door, but not too eaely.
If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HoteIRaven. com Booked a room here and they had the cheapest rates around...
The staff was friendly and the service was quick. The valet and the door men particularly personable and always Pleasant to us despite the fact we were wearing some pretty goofy costumes. The front desk staff were always smiling, and even the restaurant staff were quite nice. It's also worth noting that it's incredibly easy to get to from the freeway, which was nice for small town folk like myself.
Had a wonderful time at this hotel, and the service was excellent. The room is well kept, and I did not have any issues whatsoever. This hotel actually has a great location as well. I would definitely stay here again in the future.
Good hotel. Clean and very spacious rooms. Good location and parking in the hotel itself. Full breakfast. Business travel.
Room was nice but the beds were not very comfortable.
The food was great and had good vegetarian options!
Excellent service. Beautiful room. Everything is up to date. Restroom was really nice. The 2 things i didnt like were the fact that quality Wi-Fi wasn't free and parking was 45$ per night. For those reasons, i won't go back.
Supposed to be an upgrade, but was not. View of construction only and the construction had view of us...so closed drapes all day. Also the construction noise during part of the day. Didn't move us. Rude employee, which never happened in the past with any Marriott. The manager handled it very well so that was resolved. Concierge is okay.
Nice and accommodating. Came for a conference and felt like it was the perfect home away from home.
Service was astounding, they treated us wonderful. Beds were not as comfortable as is hoped but still very nice. Great place for our mini vacation
Had I very nice stay in Seattle on New Year's. The staff was very welcoming and really enjoyed the hotel. Our room was clean and had no problems getting anything we needed. The restaurant menu was very nice and omelet at breakfast was amazing. Even for New Year's the lobby seemed pretty quiet. Staff had no problems handling partygoers and other issues. I would definitely stay again next time I'm in Seattle.
Nice lobby and concierge. Didn't stay here but looked nice. Friends commented that you do get a lot of highway noise in some of the rooms so might be cautious there.
This hotel is really nice. The room is big and has lots of space with a long and skinny desk that is pretty cool. Also the TV is very nice, I think it might even be a 4k TV with how good of quality it has. Bathroom is average with a nice sink. The beds are really nice though, very comfortable with lots of room for two people.
Shower was cool in the middle of the day when I arrived, ortherwise very nice.
Nice hotel and bar. Good food. Part of Marriott group.
I attended the Hotel Concierge Guild Tradeshow. The Renaissance Seattle is an excellent venue to host any type of social or professional event. The staff was very engaging with all of the guests and the food was spectacular. I was a big fan of the pork belly! Stop in sometime and see for yourself. :)
Enjoyed the ambience and the decor of the hotel. Staff was courteous and displayed excellent customer service.
Fantastic hotel. Modern stylings, very clean. I feel like in this day and age wifi should be free in every hotel. The prices they charged were unwarranted, but this wouldn't deter me from staying there again.
Company holiday party always here and after two years of an awfully stiff matress(1 star) I don't stay overnight any more - otherwise very nice.
One of the nicest places I've stayed as a corporate hotel. Nice views, nice amenities, restaurant is great for breakfast.
Great newly renovated hotel in downtown Seattle. The club lounge (for Gold and Plat elites and open to the public weekend nights) on the top floor provides a breath stunning view of Seattle. The standard king rooms are big, comfortable and newly updated for a great modern feel.
Gorgeous views, clean rooms, friendly staff! Close to monorail and adventures. My only complaint would be the double beds instead of queen.
Really nice hotel. But wifi in the room costs $13 and overnight parking was $40 which I consider a bit much. Good location though
Hotel was amazing. Everything is in walking distance. Rooms are nice and big. The beds are super comfortable, not soft at all. Loved the hotel. Just know that it is a nice walk to Pike Market. There are loads of steep hills around the hotel.
Haven't stayed here's long enough to give a good review yet. Not a fan of rooms that can connect since there might be noise from the neighbors. But that's a pretty minor issue. Easy to find and get to.
Great hotel. Not much around for food it's a walk from the Pier and main attractions. The steep parking lot is less than ideal under the hotel not recommended for trucks. Height restrictions are 6 foot 1 if I recall and not good for low cars as it's entrances are tight. The bar inside has decent late night meals good drinks and rooms are good. Rating reflects entire experience. Hotel service itself is 4 out of 5
In spite of being told by staff that the restaurant was open, it was not open and no one knew why it was not open. If we can find it actually open the review will be updated.
Such a great hotel, friendly and efficient staff, great views ast the top, spacious rooms.
