Excellent service. Clean beautifully decorated. Easily to use car park. Excellent restaurant with outstanding service. Just up the hill from Pikes Market. Located close to attractions. Welcoming concierge.

This is an excellent hotel located right in the financial heart of Seattle. Hospitality is amazing, the in-house restaurant, The Fig & The Judge, is great, and the rooms are spacious. The only downside is the freeway noise . This hotel is located very close to I-5 and I found the noise at night to be a bit much . However, for the location, service and room quality, and price, it's still a great option. I was able to find street parking right outside, though the hotel does offer valet.

I did not stay overnight at the hotel. I did have lunch and dessert. Everything was great. Food was good. Dining room was clean and pretty. The staff was very friendly, helpful and well groomed.

It was a beautiful sunny weekend in Seattle, that staying at Renaissance complemented. Nice property, good service, all as expected. Although I prefer less uphill walking, this turned out to be advantage in terms of better views.

Very pleasant stay! We asked the conceirge for recommendations for local nightlife and they were extremely helpful. They even followed up with us the next day to ensure that we had a reasonable time out on the town. Great service!

It was okay but the views weren't very good. A whole side of the hotel just looks at another building, so there is a high probability your view will be bad. It is also right next to the freeway, so you hear freeway noise all of the time. The service staff was not very good. They seemed confused and not very helpful, though friendly. The offerings were not that great. Food was okay but not a lot of options. In a serious beer town like Seattle, they should have much more local beer as well. Everyone does this now, but they missed the memo. Hard to get a cup a coffee during the day as well. Isn't Seattle a coffee town too? Also, it isn't near anything, and you have to walk far to get anywhere. Pretty minor, but the elevators were extremely slow, and my fan didn't work (so no white noise to drown out freeway). Too short of a visit, so no worries, but I would recommend a different hotel to experience Seattle. It was just bland and blah.

Thoroughly enjoy this hotel. Staff is friendly and efficient. The views are fantastic and the gym is top notch for a hotel. Parking is convenient but expensive as one would imagine downtown.

I stayed here for a week last week, I m a gold marriot member. The first room I was allocated smelt of cigarettes and I unfortunately suffered a mild asthma attack. Fortunately I had all the medication with me to recover, such as steroids and ventolin as I am from the UK. The hotel moved my room immediately to an allergy free room - which was much better.

Due to changes in my work scheduled I had to pack really quickly and left some of my clothing in the wardrobe by accident. I contacted the hotel as soon as I arrived back in the UK (24 hours after departing) to explain I had left items - neatly folded in the wardrobe, listed them, gave accurate descriptions and they have been unable to locate any of the clothing.

Based on the hotels inability to locate the clothing - or even let me know the items I ve leave behind at the hotel have been destroyed or (what normally happens is) you get contacted saying you have left items in your room... I wouldn t recommend staying here, purely out of mistrust.

Had a great experience. All the service personnel we spoke with were very friendly and knowledgeable. The only complaint, sort of anyway, was there was no pool. I stayed at the renaissance 9 years ago and there was a pool. I miss the pool, it had a great view.

I travel often on business and I stayed with wife and 2 teenage kids. We stayed on 27th floor, but not much of a view, due to adjacent buildings. The rooms are very comfortable with wall controlled cooling, a nice tv and refrigerator. I rate most rooms by the shower as the beds in Marriott properties are very consistently good. The shower was excellent! I am a Marriott Rewards member and used the app to check in and therefore the room keys were waiting, despite arriving after midnight. The location is on top of hills a little ways away from ballparks, space needle and Pike Market. We used Uber several times and it was convenient. The Concierge club is on the 28th floor and severs a great hot breakfast. Not quite as close to the Seattle action as I expected, but a great hotel.

Very beautiful hotel, with newly refurbished rooms. Rooms were nice and clean, but even though they were newly refurbished, they didn't have a modern design to them. Staff and service was only so so.

Hotel and rooms are nice and updated. Major construction is going on next door that woke us up at dawn! When we asked to switch rooms to the other side of the hotel they weren't able to accommodate us. Bummer. Ear plugs here we come.

Great rooms, helpful staff, very accommodating! Had an issue with my laptop at the bar, bartender called engineering to get a screwdriver for me to fix. Both her and the engineer followed through to the end. So dedicated. Thanks.

We've stayed here twice for ECCC. Pretty nice hotel, but a bit pricy even with the ECCC discount.

Decent views and a few places within walking distance to eat at. Not too far from the convention center to walk, unless the weather is aweful.

I went to a conference here and worked for a few days. The staff was friendly and super helpful. I lived the decor, it had a cool repurposed vibe to it. The location was really close to I-5 and nestled nicely right downtown.

Awesome hotel. Had a great night sleep! The room was nice, new and clean and the staff at the front desk were super friendly even giving me a free room upgrade when I booked online. Everything about this hotel was perfect. Be aware though parking is $40 and $48 for valet.

Nice hotel, until you get the waiter in the lounge that doesn't know the specials, drink options, or pretty much anything about the service industry. Some guy in his mid to late 20s, he is going nowhere, fast.

Excellent hotel and great service from all employees. Bed was very comfortable and shower was nice too. Breakfast was a buffet and free from >=platinum. Breakfast has bacon sausage waffles or pancakes fruit bread and sweets. Drug store one block away and an Amazon go store. Would definitely stay again.

Been to a lot of hotels, but this one is very nice, and they really work hard to anticipate your needs. The breakfast buffet was about the same as other hotels, but two important points this place does better: the bacon was crispy and the fruit didn't taste like styrofoam. Having umbrellasas on loan for balmy Seattle weather? Genius!

Rooms were clean, staff was friendly, lobby was classy, location is wonderful. The lounge on the top floor offers free snacks and has a bar for those of us who travel much too much. Recommended.

Used to stay there all the time for work. The facility itself is great. But the parking lot was free for a guest before, then they started charging for it. Very unfair considering the price they charge for a room.
