Beautiful resort, wonderful staff, but rooms weren't ready for check in as requested. After 4 hours of waiting and checking back, my room still wasn't ready. Our staff booked numerous rooms and was told when we could check in but for some reason some rooms were just not ready.

Extremely loud couldn't sleep all night. Called front desk and all they said was there's a private event we can't tell them to keep it down. Obviously they don't care at all about the guests once they have your $. Will never stay again.

New rooms are so cool, mid century modern is on point. Really big and spacious as well. Top recommended in the area! Oh and the pool has a sand beach!

We have been here 3 times . And everytime we go is a great time. We are definitely going back. Labor day to be exact! This is are go to spot everytime we want to get away.

Went to an event tonight,Opera Under the Stars, there. The staff are professional, nice and accommodating. The food was excellent and the Entertainment was the best.

We love the Marriott & this is one of the best one so far. Frida, who helped us checked in was VERY friendly & tried her best to even get us a better view without us even asking! She was the sweetest! We booked the room for one night since we were gonna take our daughter out for a tour around Palm Springs, but fell in love to what the hotel had to offer! BREATHTAKING! Pools, pool bar, sand beach, bomb fires, fooseball, & corn hole. We ended up staying in the hotel & didn t even leaving one bit & ate dinner at their Pizza restaurant which was really good as well. Pool is perfect for kids. All the pools are 1-3 ft deep. Wish we stayed longer but it was so worth it ! Most definitely coming back.

While visiting the facility for a professional conference event, I was amazed by everything. The buildings, grounds, amenities, etc was all amazing. I hope to attend future functions here and maybe stay to enjoy the further amenities.

Checkin was slow... No dedicated line for elite members. No mobile checkin.

Drinks we're good and made quick. However ordering any food to be brought poolside was twice the wait. Overall still a great time here!

What a beautiful resort. We always have a great time out here in the desert.

Great resort very friendly helpful staff place is immaculately clean the pool is fantastic and it's a very kid oriented resort I've been going here for 10 years before I had 4 kids and now I take family vacations here every year I recommend this resort to every and any walk of life.

NEEDS TO BE REMODEL "" BADLY /// HAND PRINTS AND STAIN ON THE FRONT OPENING OF THE ELEVATOR, CK IT OUT LEADING TO THE POOL IN THE BACK...THE BED AND PILLOWS WERE GREAT "" I WILL SAY THAT...ALSO I WAS TOLD THAT CK OUT TIME IS AT 11 AM AND $ 25.00 WILL BE $$ CHARGE FOR EVERY HOUR AFTER THAT , NO FREE EXTENSIONS....1ST TIME I HAVE HEARD OF THAT...ALSO POOL WAS NICE , BUT THEY CLOSE THE GAZEBO BAR AT 5 :30......MISTAKE LEAVE IT OPEN AT LEAST UNTIL 8 PM....WHY NOT , ONCE CLOSE I SEEN THE MOOD CHANGE INSTANTLY..THEIR MAKING MONEY WITH PRICES ON THE DRINKS, LEAVE 2 BARTENDERS, IT WILL PAY FOR ITSELF..WHY NOT NOT TRY IT FOR WHILE .

I spent one night at this property. At the time of writing this review, December 2018, the hotel is undergoing renovations. My king room was large, with a spacious bathroom including a double sink. TV was large, and the room included a refrigerator. Due to the renovations, the fitness center was closed. The hotel will transport you in a golf cart to the nearby Hyatt hotel to use their fitness center. Breakfast at the hotel was a nice buffet, with very friendly servers. Would stay here again; definitely ask for a room with a mountain view.

Pretty chill here. Pool is good. Kinda expensive for the taste. Service was meh. Got carded despite not even having alcohol on me. Not sure how that's legal.

Beautiful facility with many wonderful amenities, friendly staff, and comfortable rooms. Well equipped fitness center, and the Sirocco Pizza restaurant is amazing.

Room was clean and spacious. The pool was great, and poolside service was excellent.you can rent a cabana by the pool to have a shaded reserved spot for you and your family.

The spa offers plenty of options to pamper yourself, nice and clean atmosphere throughout the facility.

Property is outdated. It's pretty much stuck in the 90s.... service is absolutely horrible.

Very clean, great service including allowing us to check out a little bit later. Beautiful pool area. Food was great for both breakfast and dinner buffets. Breakfast in particular was a great deal.

Honestly gorgeous place but the service was by the far the worst I have ever received. The restaurant Cava served our party, the food was good however the service was completely unacceptable, we waited over an hour and half for appetizers, had to ask multiple times for steak knives and we were treated very rude. The pool bartender the following day was rude and spoke to me like I was an idiot when I asked for my bill. We went to the lobby after the company party for drinks and everything shut down extremely early. I expected so much from the appearance and the price and was left disappointed.

Beautiful resort both inside and out. The room was not as nice in terms of decorations as the rest of the resort and the towels provided in the bathroom were really rough and hard to use, but the bed was extremely comfortable. Service was top notch as you would expect from a nice resort.

You can call it a hotel or a resort. Very good. Can facilitate to anybody whether young and trendy, elderly or even families of young kids.

Great amenities and amazing pool and gym. Free golf is included with the resort fee. The rooms are awesome, only weird thing is the closet goes from the room into the bathroom lol.

Without a doubt the nicest resort in the valley. Was in the area for a few days of work with a small amount of relaxation time. Couldn't have picked a better spot! The "real" sand beach at the swimming pool is very cool and I know my daughter would love building sand castles there based on the other kids I saw doing the same thing. I will definitley be taking my family back for vacation in the near future!!

BTW, I was ok with the resort fee mentioned by the other reviewers as it was clearly noted at the top of the page when booking my reservation. Plus it included WIFI, Self Parking, some great fitness classes, and free use of a bike which I enjoyed using one morning for a sunrise ride.

The property is lovely, our room clean and newly decorated, that the best I can say! Now for the bad-
We were not made aware of the housekeeping policy when we checked in and that's a real problem when you throw your damp dirty towels on the floor expecting to get fresh one by the end of the day. Thank goodness we found a housekeeping cart to get some clean ones!
The trash piled up from room service since there was no one to collect it, made you feel like there was no luxury to the room! I felt bad for the housekeeper that had to deal with 2 days of our room service trash when we check out!
Food service is a mess! limited room service menu, with only one healthy option! Lunch is only available by the pool and the wait for service was unacceptable! There was no attempt to socially distance the lounges. There were dirty towels and cups everywhere!
We made several attempts to see our bill during our stay which is not available online or through thein room TV. After the 3rd attempt to email it to us failed they had someone bring us a hard copy. And a day after checking out we have yet to receive a final bill!

The whole family enjoyed themselves. Going again next year!

Very nice facility. The food at the various restaurants was mediocre at best.

WOW it was a experience! We visit this hotel almost every year during the same time in August. Family loves the heat! This time, the CALA (Cocaine Anonymous Los Angeles) was overwhelming and interesting should I say. Leave it that.... The Marriott website should inform guests of conventions. Because of the convention, other hotel services lacked. Example, on our 2nd day, our room was not serviced. Next year, we will verify what convention is visiting.

The room was big, and nice. The service was good - infused water in reception, water dispensers everywhere, a couple small issues came up that they handled like pros. The location is good; we visited Palm Springs and the Saltan Sea on our trip, and it was centrally located between both in a safe, friendly area.

This is an amazing place and has beautiful grounds! I particularly loved movie nights at the pool. I wish the pool bar had stayed open as long as the pool, though.

We love this hotel. We come once a year for our churches annual marriage retreat. They recently upgraded their rooms with Smart TVs which is a fun feature. I highly recommend.

The family & I enjoying going to this hotel for dinner at Sirocco Pizza Company. Service is wonderful and the pizza is one of the best in the valley. The hotel itself is beautiful and very family friendly.

Beautiful BIG resort with an incredible pool area and nice hotel rooms. The food was pretty good if you have a money tree in your backyard cause one bowl of butternut squash soup from room service cost $35! So thats why I took one star off, the food prices are too high. Otherwise the golf courses in the area are amazingly well kept, watered, and just gorgeous. All in all I really enjoyed my time at the Rennaisance Indian Wells

Been coming here over 25 years for our Anniversary. They always take care of us! Even during Covid times they made us feel special!
