It was an amazing resort stay and we'll worth every penny. I wish there was late check-out but that is really my only complaint. Being able to use the pool area after checkout definitely made up for it.

The hotel is a bit dated but it's still perfectly fine. There are some really nice views and the pool area is pretty nice. There are a decent number of restaurants on property but we preferred to have dinner elsewhere. It's also very close to Indian Wells which is very convenient.

We had dinner at the SPC restaurant. Service was delightful, food was delicious. Their appetizers were fantastic (the calamari was an especially big hit) and their dessert was lovely. Salads are very small dishes, not full meals.

The hotel is very nice and I love its comfort, pool, and room luxury. Very clean and welcoming! But that is not why I am rating this place one star. The reason for this review placement is actually because there is no proper hotel security for its customers. My vehicle was broken into the morning after the first night and they are not responsible for it. I can understand the reasoning behind this, but customers should not have to worry about their vehicles getting broken into during a vacation! It ruined the rest of the trip out to Palm Springs. Even if it could've been worse, thus could have been prevented if the hotel had proper security measures to prevent this from happening. If you have money to make a luxurious hotel like this, you have the money to prepare proper security measures. Thank you for reading and have a nice day.

Very disappointed in the "resort fee". We haven't even stayed yet and the fact that my bill will increase by $60 makes me want to go somewhere else For what? This is a unethical way of increasing profit and you have ruined my experience of this hotel before it has even started.

This our favorite resort to stay at. The property is very nice and well maintained. It is a very family friendly place and you'll usually find lots of kids playing in the pool, which is huge, but not deep. I believe the pool is only 3 feet deep, but very spacious. Excellent restaurants within and the room service is great. Try the pizza. Adult drinks a bit pricey, but that is to be expected in a place like this. You'll find really good deals if you a able to go for a couple of days mid-week. We go there several times a year.

Very nice and relaxing place. They have been renovating the place all summer, but from what I hear, they are nearly done renovations...

The pool appears larger than it is, but it is perfect for people with children due to being shallow.

There isn't much of a night life here and that's ok.

The balconies are great.

Attended a 1100-person luncheon in the rear ballroom and found the food and service excellent. The meal was a very tasty chicken breast with red peppers and a lovely kale salad wirth mini heirloom tomatoes. Tasted very fresh and all were complimenting the chef as we ate. The facility was spotlessly clean; the restrooms convenient However, it was very cold in tbe ballroom and many were complaining about that as we were leaving. But overall a perfect venue with very convenient parking, well managed by numerous staff. Great work, Esmeralda!

I worked an event there, a competition for chefs. They allowed us to use their kitchen to prep in and helped us when needed. Then held the competition in a private banquet room. Organized, neat and helpful.

I did my best to reach out to management multiple times, and was ignored. I had no other choice than to write this review.

The culture of a hotel is a reflection of its leadership.

The entire culture of this hotel is extremely unwelcoming.

We came for a large conference, and brought the hotel hundreds of thousands of dollars in revenue.

During the conference there were times when there was no toilet paper or paper towels in the conference area rest rooms. The bathrooms were filthy at times and extremely unkempt.

The service at the bar was also extremely unwelcoming. I witnessed male bartenders and male management arguing and raising their voices at women in our party over their own negligence in getting our orders incorrect, multiple times, and accusing us of trying to get drinks for free.

My room had numerous issues including sink drainage issues, a/c issues, sheets not being clean (despite multiple requests), and other reasonable follow ups to requests totally ignored by management.

Upon checkout, rather than asking how my stay was and taking time to listen to the concerns I brought up, the front desk manager, I think his name is Andrew, started raising his voice at me and everyone in the lobby was looking and in shock.

It s not ok to raise your voice at someone especially if you re a man speaking to a woman. I walked off of the property feeling deep despair and totally unwelcome.

I do not have a reason to return to this property nor recommend this property to anyone, let alone large billion dollar organizations like ours nor the even larger multibillion dollar institutions we do business with.

I wrote this review in hopes to prevent others from having to go through the same experience.

If we are bringing in several months worth of revenue to your hotel in three short days, we deserve toilet paper, not to be yelled at, and to be treated with the dignity and respect that we all deserve.

The location was absolutely perfect. Close to shopping and Starbucks. The rooms couldn't have been any more luxurious. I had a very much "at home" feel. The services were prompt upon request. We were treated so well. The best part about the hotel was the pool area. Great for adults and children. Definitely recommend.

The two Front Desk Lobby Persons (one male, one female) on Saturday night around 9 PM, Aug 27 assumed that I smoked when I simply asked for matches (It was to light birthday candles), and said they do not provide them because of their non-smoking policy. I went to the Concierge Desk and he provided me with some from his desk drawer. When I asked him if they also provide them at the Front Desk Lobby, he confirmed my suspicion, when he said that yes, they definitely do. I don't even smoke. I politely asked for them (If management is reading this, you can check your CCTV), and I was just treated so unkindly. Unacceptable service. The amenities were decent but Service makes a big difference to me when thinking about giving 4 or 5 stars. These two individuals failed to meet expectations. Their Front Lobby position make a big impact on the hotel experience, and, unfortunately, caused me to be cautious about ever staying there. I will come back to visit again but I or anyone asks them a question, they provide unassuming, friendly, and professional service.

Beautiful hotel with a great pool. And a nice wading pool for the kids with a water fall area. Rooms are huge and the bed is perfect. Just a short drive away from the zoo, and pretty centralized to all the things to see in Palm Springs. Staying here again whenever I can!

The wife and I stayed here for a couple days for our anniversary, we had a great time and everyone was helpful and nice. We recommend the couples massage room package, with it you get access to the spa for an entire day which has an outdoor private jacuzzi that's simply amazing. Downside is that the restaurants and bars absolutely gouge you on prices, like you walked into a movie theatre that sold alcohol. The main pool area was ridiculously crowded so my wife and I just avoided it for the most part.

First flaw, the design of the hotel! One elevator for each floor only. Place is gigantic so when you are out of the elevator, you gotta walk, walk, walk ..walk ..did I say " walk " to get to the room. Now imagine if someone is on a walker or with a sprained ankle. Second flaw, not enough staff but they charge full for the rooms. Rooms are nice. Those staff who are currently employed , wonderful. Gentleman / sales associate/ maybe he is the manager of the boutique, wonderful. Pool is nice.

Great property. I was there when they were in process of making some upgrades, so a few inconveniences. My room was amazing, fully updated. The service was top notch. Was staying here while attending a conference at the Hyatt across the way. Bellman has no issues taking me and back and forth on the golf cart. Was treated like a king and can t wait to go back with my family and let the kids enjoy all the family friendly amenities.

Rooms are beautiful and large. The decor is very very nice. Newly remodeled, very clean, and covid conscientious. The staff was amazing, kind, helpful, respectful, and hard working. The pool and our cabana made our stay even more special. Loved the place and would highly recommend.

A classic desert resort with great proximity to some of the best golf in the valley. Local amenities include a fantastic pool complex, fun indoor/ outdoor bar, 24 hr gym, and great dining options complement the large and comfortable rooms. One downside of the resort is that the atrium architecture echos the bar's noise around the hotel and can be a bit disturbing if you're looking for quiet. Also the window shutters used for privacy don't blackout the sun, so expect to rise with the morning light. I was there for a conference, and would say that the staff was top notch and on top of the game.

The hotel is conveniently located off Highway 111, allowing quick access to restaurants and shops. Parking was adequate, with a large lot in front and a small covered garage in the rear of the hotel. Rooms were modern and large with a mini fridge, big screen smart TV, and a spacious bathroom. The pool is large and there are two small jacuzzis. Would recommend.
