Service and rooms are really nice. The food is outrageously overpriced.

My sister and I attended a luncheon and fashion show. I was not fa.iliarvwirh the facility. I thought it would be best to valet my car. The nice attendant advised parking in the rear because it was much closer to the ballroom where the function was being held. If we had used the valet service we would have walked from the front of the hotel and thru to the back . He was right and we saved the cost of valet parking. Being eat we were able to park in handicap parking. The hotel was beautiful as well as the surrounding grounds. The color scheme was very pleasing to the eye. The lawns were well maintained as well as the color scheme of the many ants...red, purple and yellow. Bright and vibrant. The lunch that was served was excellent. It began with N asparagus soup topped with puff pastry. Very unique. The spinach a d feta crusted chicken was moist and flavorful. The ricotta creamy and buttery. The veggies were mostly good. Baby carrots were sweet, tomatoes juicy. I was not a fan of the broccolini..It was bitter to the taste. The dessert was to die for. A chocolate silk cake with pecan crust and caramel sauce. The fashion show was pretty good. The selection of clothes from chico's was very good. I actually went to chili's afterward and made some purchases. The selection from Tommy Bahamas was not to my liking. The models both women and men were very entertaining and seemed to be enjoying the catwalk. The event was a fundraiser for st. Francis of Assisi church. We're planning on attending next year. We had no interest in the silent auction or raffle.

What a BEAUTIFUL hotel. Girepits and water features. We had a very fun evening and enjoyed appetizers, drinks, and a wonderful Casino Night. The room we were in was gorgeous and overlooked a golf course. There were these hammock chairs on the patio. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the food was good and overall we had a great evening. Cant wait to do it again next year.

spent weekend here with friends, it is beautiful hotel, pool is gorgeous, but most of it has no shade, make sure to use use sunblock. rooms were super clean, sleeping on these beds was like sleeping on a cloud..Look forward to next visit there.

The grounds and staff are great. The structure and tower are showing their age. The enclosed atrium with a bar makes for a very noisy night's sleep, particularly when a conference is letting out on a Friday night.

I went there for a seminar and I absolutely loved the hotel.

Well appointed resort. We were fortunate enough to be in a Star suite which was a step above. We enjoyed the pool area and had a relaxing area close to the adult pool and hot tubs. Food was above average for poolside fair and our server Chris was very attentive

Very beautiful place. Stayed here for our Marine Corps Ball. Our room and bathroom were all decorated nicely. Even just hanging out in the room felt like we had rented a small home for a weekend.

Resort is nice and all the workers are super friendly. Live music is a nice touch but the restaurants are a bit overpriced. Place really has something for everyone so a great family idea for vacation! Only down side was the elevators, they get back up a lot and you find yourself a long time during peak morning and dinner time

Very nice/fancy resort. Very clean. Spacious. Great pool! Having a great time so far. Cannot wait to try the Cava restaurant. Rooms are spacious, clean, organized. Just overall, great.

My go to in Indian Wells. Centrally located for lots of great golf.

So disappointed. The room was lovely. The staff impersonal. The restaurants sterile. Uncomfortably chlorinated jacuzzi littered with previous users discarded plastic cups. But the worst was receiving a room charge of $493 when I booked it through the hotel website at $305/night. Nowhere on the website were the fluctuating rates published, nor was I informed when I checked in despite being told on check out that the fluctuating rates are published. They aren t! I checked! It might be pretty but it is not worth the money.

Nice, clean and great location in Indian Wells.
Perfect for a Family vacation in Palm Springs or Palm Desert.

It is the second time I stay in this beautiful hotel. Spacious rooms. Guest laundry available to guests. Beautiful pool. Very friendly staff. 18 hole golf course: the most beautiful in California. Very well equipped Pro shop. Rental of irons and carts Caddy very prepared and available: preparation of the irons and impeccable cart equipped with gps, small refrigerators with ice and fresh water. Consigliatissimo.i

I stayed here with my wife while she had a conference to attend. Rooms are very nice and spacious, internet is fast and the pool is huge.

Overall a nice resort that is reasonably priced and has good value for the money.

A good selection of resort-based activities including basketball and tennis courts, multiple pools, lots of pool side seating, and on premise cafe.

Also the resort includes a great fitness centre with a wide selection of free weights, machines, TRX - above and beyond your typical hotel gym.

Several downsides: the restaurant could use improvement in its selection of breakfast buffet spread, which felt very underwhelming for the price charged per person.

The rooms could also use an upgrade: it felt like staying at a Marriott or Renaissance from the mid 2000s, not 2018. With that said they are clean and cozy.

Nice atmosphere, however, pool area bartender acted like he really didn't want to be there. Restaurants opened late in the day making it difficult to find food so we left the property to get food. They (the hotel) are a bit pricey. The food we did get was good, however.

One of the very best Marriott I have stayed at. I am an avid business traveler so spend a good amount of time in hotels. I was actually at this hotel for leisure (rare) and it was exceptional. Here's my highlights:
- Newly remodeled rooms are GORGEOUS. Bathrooms as well. Cannot speak highly enough on this.
- Very friendly staff. From check in to valet to restaurants
- Ample food options. Loved the sushi joint and the atrium bar.
- The pool is huge and the beach feature, so fun. Very family friendly BUT not overrun with kids! :)
- Outdoor games (ping pong, fusball, bags) were in great shape and a blast for our family.
- Outdoor soft sided seating and multiple fire features cannot be more perfect. Truly a resort feel.
- Empty fridge in room is very handy - i hate when they pack it with overpriced sodas. Loved putting my few groceries in there with no hassle.

Minor improvements:
- Only one robe in the room
- No in room balcony furniture was a bummer. Love coffee out in the morning

We WILL be back! My 8 year old will not stop talking about her adventures at this property :)

Nice stay, there were a few things about the cleanliness of my room that made me frown, but overall a very nice stay.

I stayed here for "Contact In The Desert" expo and it was an incredible stay, outstanding service, super clean rooms, lovely staff, nice pool.

Lobby bar/restaurant will serve if you beg and go to the bar for service but not otherwise. Outdoor gathering areas are lovely but no service and indoors is as bright as a basketball gym with zero ambiance.
Room remodel is lovely but housekeeping extremely poor. Went back to our room at 4pm, not clean, called and they never came.They actually told us they have no timeline as to when it will be clean. Back at 9pm still not cleaned. Out of towels and toiletries, water etc. paid way too much for this substandard service.

We stayed here for 5 nights for a conference. Although we didn't have much free time, we enjoyed our stay. The hotel is beautiful and is surrounded by beautiful nature. The rooms are spacious and clean and the room service was perfect. They have super comfortable beds that make it hard to get up in the morning. The fitness centre was very nice and has a great view. The breakfast buffet is expensive but good (Europeans might be a bit disappointed, but breakfast isn't America's strong suit). The hotel's Sushi restaurant Glo serves good food and there is a coffee shop serving Starbucks coffee and some snacks.
I would definitely come back.

Visited during covid-19. Rooms are modern and all remodeled. The hotel has 30 years... very nice pool.

The hotel was pretty decent. Located in the Palm Desert area, this hotel has access to quite a bit of golf courses (including its own). The restaurant is pretty good, and the staff was helpful. The only issue I encountered was my carpeted floor being wet, which I suspect was because of the running ac.

Great pools and place for the kids. They even have a sand beach for the little ones.

Reasonable rates for a very nice room with beautiful views of the mountains. Great pool area with wait service. There is a cute movie theater with bean bag chairs for the little ones and a popcorn machine. The lobby restaurant has great appetizers and sushi.

Our stay was great. The room was clean and cold. The pool was great for kids. All employees were very nice and helpful.

The newly renovated rooms are modern but pay homage to the hey day of Palm Springs with design elements. I watched the staff decorate the huge tree-it was like watching elves working to the Christmas soundtrack of the Rat Pack. Friendly and helpful staff. A great place to stay.

Beautiful hotel with nicely-sized suites and two great pools. The waterfall in the pool is a great touch. Poolside food is delicious and Cava's breakfast buffet is unreal. Great hotel!

Came here for a conference and the resort was just spectacular. Also the staff "navigators" were super helpful and nice!
