You can find a better hotel but you cant pay more these peole need to rethink they way they charge and the food sucks for the price

Well, Steven Cunningham with the Audio & Visual team is the best. He is an amazing person and very helpful. He is always working hard and is just amazing in general. The hotel is amazing as well. The staff is so good there. They are nice and hardworking. The rooms are really comfortable and cozy.

We had another great time this memorial day weekend when we stayed here to celebrate my older son Kevin's birthday.
We have always enjoyed this place from when my son's were little guys to now grown men. Matthew is a very cool guy he always gives us great service, very nice to talk to. Tony gave us exceptional service at the pool bar. He was always smiling having a great time with customers joking & laughing, he is a fantastic bartender he had our beer on ice waiting for us, he made us feel special.
Thank You Tony & Matthew For Always Treating us very well, the staff here is awesome!!
We hold this place special in our hearts, my family has shared many good memories here.

A great resort if you have kids. One of the pools has a sandy "beach" for the little ones. There are ping pong tables and a pizza restaurant. If you are looking for a romantic getaway I don't recommend it. But if you are taking the family on vacation this resort is for you.

Dont eat anything at this place especially in the heat. My husband and i got poisoned from their food and we were extremely ill for a couple of days before beginning to recuperate.

Beautiful hotel with a kid friendly pool. Customer service was nice all around for the most part. However there was a cockroach crawling on our pillow next to our face early in the night. Ran up the back of the bed before we could kill it. Sefice to say we couldn't sleep in that room anymore so they moved us. The 2nd room also had a cockroach crawling on the bathroom floor. This hotel needs to seriously spray inside and around the perimeter. We weren't so happy with the comps they provided in spite of this and moving kids and all stuff in the middle of the night to another room.

Great service. Nice pool area with a gym and various places to eat. The food can be a little pricey but the resort is near many restaurants and stores. Great experience

Nice resort, clean rooms, very family friendly. Pool area also has a sandy beach which is perfect for small children.

Good place to go visit during the long weekend trips and spending time with the family. I would recommend getting the villa s on the outskirts of the property, and has a great pool area for the kids and adults.

In town for BMW Performance Driving event and we decided to stay at the renaissance esmeralda for couple of nights.

High floor, pool view, beautiful sunrise and sunsets. Clean room, fresh linens and a great time at the pool..

The scenery and atmosphere made this a vacation to remember. This place is kid friendly, so there were many children running around. Also, the family across the hall from us allowed their kids to run down the hall and bang on their room door as they kept purposely locking each other out . If not for that, 5 Stars. I definitely will be coming back.

Been coming here annually for almost a decade. Service is always great, this last time had an issue with the room booking that they were not able to resolve. Outside of that. No complaints.

Capacious lobby, impressive pool, nice small balconies, decent gym and all all well maintained but slightly remote location, thin walls and $32 mandatory nightly resort fee.

Very nice property with large pool and bar in middle. We did not eat at any of the restaurants. Room was clean and a little bigger than average. They could have had more wait staff around the pool as the service was a little slow at times. Got a great deal through priceline and i would go back.

I sleep in Marriott beds more often than my own and I must say this hotel is an "above and beyond" hotel. The staff is super nice and will go out of their way for you. Very good management staff as well, the general manager left a hand written note in the room when we arrived.

Needs some renovation work. Has potential but run down in some areas. Needs new paint, beverage machines not working, lounge chairs dirty, general maintenance. Beds are super comfy and pool layout is great.

Not much to write here. I was there for a meeting regarding a high school Prom

I ate at SPC in the resort, and had the mussels and spaghetti and meat balls. An hour or so I got violently ill, I was literally in the bathroom the whole night. I'm sure it was bad mussels as I've experienced that before. So I called the next day to let them know. I wasn't given a manager, but instead connected to security. The man was dismissive and rude. He tried to pawn it off on what I ate earlier, and then tried to tell me that bad mussels take 10 hours to make you sick. Then he took my number and told me they would call if they needed to know anything else! No concern at all for my, their customers, well being! I am sure I will never give them my business again, restaurant or resort!

Clean, well-maintained, and great service with great pool for kids.

Stay was great but if you want to stay here best to wait until the construction is complete, the jack hammering is unbearable. Starts bright and early and goes all day long.

Attended a conference there. Wonderful property. I will definitely consider it for a weekend getaway.

Most memorable 2017 Christmas weekend at the stunning Esmeralda Indian Wells resort!

Second time coming here. This time we came with my wife's family and again the staff was amazing the restaurants are not open due to covid but there are tons of open restaurants around the area and they can make food if you want to stay here you can order from the pool drinks are great if your looking just book it!!!

It was fine as sleeping the tub needs hand rails it is slippery. Tub.

Fantastic resort! Room was comfortable and the service was very friendly. The food at the restaurants was a little pricey, but very tasty.

Nice rooms, fancy hotel, good service. We've been there a couple of times in the off season for a church retreat and it is been very nice. The off season is summer, so it IS very hot and I find myself wishing for more indoor activities. Even the pool gets warm. But, it's nice. And good deals are available in the off season!

My son attended an educational extension program that was held there. It was a beautiful, peaceful, and secure location. The parking was easy, too.

What a top notch resort, loved everything about this place and more. It's definitely worth the money for the memories that will be made staying here. Rooms are very clean and plush. From the beds, shower and size of room. To the refrigerator to the killer size tv that are in each room. The grounds are emasculate.. from the games that the offer throughout the premises to the restaurants and bar. They have live music on weekends in the lounge bar area. So much todo, it's like you dont want to even leave the resort. Great location farther out from DT Palm Springs but everything just an uber/lyft ride away. Cant wait to return!!

Was there for a wedding and the place a was beautiful. The food service was not the greatest, but overall I had a great time and a fun experience.

Excellent facility . Very friendly staff everywhere on the grounds . Limited parking for larger events which was a big hassle . The hotel tried their very best to handle the extra traffic though with excellent security staff working overtime . Quiet place to stay in the rooms but the central open area can be quite noisy . Meeting room facilities were superb . The swimming pool area is a kids dream with a real sand beach area . The location is excellent since one is outside of Palm Springs but not too far away to sight see etc.. Being right off of Hwy-111 gives great access to many locations & I-10 . The main airport is 30 minutes away by Hwy-111 and less if I-10 is used . While pricy , I felt I got more than my money's worth and I did not use the golf course or many of the really professional amenities furnished in the resort fee surcharge . The wi-fi actually worked very well and the in room very large flat panel smart TV was a real extra I used alot . The bathrooms are spacious and all the towels were large and plush . The bath robes in the closet were very comfortable as well . The air conditioning worked great and was easy to set the temperature on . Drive very carefully in the parking garage area when it's over crowded . The good assortment of on site restaurants all were very good . The Sushi chefs were great . A good hotel complex for the young and old .

Just checked in and found a big joint in the desk. We have 3 kids, and they're the ones that first noted the odd smell in the room. Not thrilled.

I've stayed here a few times. Always clean and professional. The food services are exceptional. I haven't even tried the spa yet, and the pool would probably hit the spot during hot summer visits. I have yet to do the golf course here.

The worst experience from Marriott. Our first visit with family and total disappointment. The rooms are filled with cob-webs inside and out as you open the curtains. It was disgusting.
Not to mention all the cob-webs,
The safe had dead battery and didn't work.
The bathroom fan was broken.
The rollaway bed they brought was like a 2 inch sponge. It was better to lay 2 to 3 towels instead. Just horrable. The staff was rude.
The horror continued even after checking out.
We had breakfast included in our rate but they charged me for breakfast. When called the hotel, another rude person named Evelyn gave me an attitude and placed me on hold for 10 minutes. I had to hang up the phone. She didn't bother to call me back. After 5 days later, I had to go ahead and dispute the breakfast charge with my credit card company.
What a horrible hotel and staff.

As I sit on the toilet, looking at the splatter on the mirror, I wonder how this can happen to such a nice hotel. All 3 mirrors in this room have splatters and dust and streaks on them. There is rust on the tub and the trim by the tub has a giant rust spot bigger than a silver dollar with peeling paint.

It all began upon check in- which went smoothly. The valet was amazing. I didn t get her name, but she has long dark brown wavy hair and she was running to accommodate guests. She was also super helpful explaining where to park. We found our room and promptly got ready for bed as we have small children. After they were sleeping, I noticed that the garbage can by the toilet had rubbish in it. Odd, I thought, but not a biggie, although I ve never experienced a dirty garbage can before- especially at a Renaissance. It was late and I went to bed. In the morning, I noticed that my sheets were stained. Also, we were looking for a lost computer piece and we noticed that there was a dirty sock under the bed. When I got out of the shower, I went to put on lotion and the bottle was soiled on the outside and mostly empty. I called the front desk and explained these things. She asked if I wanted these issues taken care of straight away, I said that wasn t important, it was OK to clean things when the room was refreshed. She said that she was going to contact the head of housekeeping and explain the issues. This was around 11 a.m. We left and didn t return until after 7 p.m. The room had never been cleaned and the sock, rubbish bin, sheets and lotion were as they were before we left. I called the front desk and I was told that because of our discounted rate and the hotel s green policy, the room was not cleaned. She said that someone could come and clean the room, but we have kiddos that need to go to bed, so she said that she would upgrade us to a pool view room and someone would be up to help us move. After an hour without assistance, we went to the front desk and supposedly they sent the bellman to the wrong room, but never corrected the situation. We started looking at other places in the room and the other bed had a cigarette and some other bit of rubbish under it. There was mold and mildew in the bathroom. Also, the surfaces of the room were completely dusty. It was a huge disappointment.

Hal helped us to another room that was not a pool view room as the front desk lady said. The paint was peeling by the A/C return- a spot bigger than your hand. The kicker in this room was that there were at least 3 spots on the bathroom floor of lipstick. All of the tile in all three rooms we have been in are filthy. The dirt is ingrained. The lipstick was in big blobs on the tile. How does this happen?

The grounds are beautiful, but the outdoor furniture is stained, ripped and full of burn holes. My son found a lemon slice in the rocks by the roses and there is a cigar butt by one of the fire pits in the non-smoking area. There were many cabanas and lounge chairs reserved without people in them- basically all the spots that had sun.

I just spoke to a manager, Andrew Polis (last name may be misspelled). I explained the room issues and he did nothing to rectify the situation. I didn t tell him there are ants in this room as I feel he doesn t care. I feel discriminated against and unwelcome. I have stayed in Canada, Mexico, UK, Switzerland, Germany, France and all over the US and the Caribbean and I ve never had such a negative experience. I ve never written anything like this before.

I am a contractor working in town my company is putting me up in this establishment this is a awesome place the staff very helpful at every level clean rooms beautiful views from every location. Great food great drinks and awesome environment totally relaxing after a hard days work...

We visited over (Covid) Thanksgiving and the hygiene protocols were completely appalling. We literally felt unsafe being there. There was ZERO customer service, and despite being in a clearly filthy, unclean room - I couldn't get cleaning (I'm Bonvoy Titanium so if I was getting this level of support I shudder to think what the hotel's general service looks like). We were in a suite and it WA DISGUSTING. If you care for your own and your family's health - AVOID THIS HOTEL.

We did a day pass for the Renaissance and really enjoyed it! Tony was at the pool was funny and awesome.

Great resort but limited food for vegans like me. It'd be great to have better options.

The location was perfect. Not too far from eateries, gas station, so on. As for the stay it couldn't have been any better. Great pool area and bar. Awesome view of the golf course, mountains, and palm trees. We had brunch at Cava Restaurant and it was excellent. They even have a juice machine and fruit options for you to make your own juice. Definitely have brunch here if you can.

First Time here in Indian Wells and it's been a Great Experience! We are here for the whole weekend and the Accommadations are Amazing!

This hotel is awesome! The staff was all very nice and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. The TV's in the rooms have regular cable of course but also have the Netflix and Youtube apps available so if you have a Netflix account you can watch movies on the tv. Room service is very accommodating, and all burgers even had a vegetarian patty option!
