This company is the worst in Hialeah, management has lack of knowledge in the field, no educational background, employees are inmmigrants without licence as mechanic working under minimal salary and extremely poor job conditions,there is not ethic and to keep the position, most of the employees spied each other, supervisors abuse of their power, threatening them different ways, there is no PTO or vacacion until end of the year, verbal abuse and threats are continually affecting employees emotional state. The worst place to work.

And I learned a lot more from my knowledge brought from Cuba about the mechanics of both gasoline and tena engine equipment, I feel good since they treated me like a family from a prinsipium and with an incredible occasion, besides a great Respect, my colleagues show me what I am very proud of being one more of this family aerosrrvicios. Knowing how to take care of it because the good is not found every day. For the direction of this company, thanks for allowing me to be part of it. ,WE ARE THE BEST.
