Beautiful venue with great staff. Very professional and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Parking is at a premium here.
So once a Tesla occupies a charging station, they dont want to give up their spot after they are fully charged. So they unplug the cable to avoid the "idle fee" from Tesla, then they just leave their cars in that spot hogging it all day and all night. Saw two cars doing that today. Doing this, they won't let other Tesla owners like me charge our cars.
Hotel management needs to exert some order here, because it's out of control. I called the front desk and was basically told there's nothing they can do about it. "Who is John Galt?" (If you don't get the reference, Google it!l

Staff is friendly. Restaurants in hotel have tasty food. Hotel itself is beautiful. Enjoyed my stay.

This property we have been coming to for years to escape the PNW, seems to get better with age. The renovations and the spirit of embracing the palm desert vibe is quite cool. My boys learned to swim here and keep the pool tempature on point year round. The beach that goes into the pool with little ones is quite a feature. If your gonna drop loot on a place no better in the area.

We go every year the weekend before the 4th of July, this year was wonderful. It wasn't overcrowded and finding a lounge chair by the was no problem. We had a great experience!!!!

Very clean and we'll maintained resort. Rooms are neat and clean. The beds are comfortable. This is a great place to get a good night's sleep. The staff is great. They help with your everything need in a timely manner.
