This is a great hotel in the perfect location. Rooms were just all renovated and they look awesome! A quick Uber ride to lots of restaurants and amenities. Hotel has an awesome pool with tons of chairs and yummy drinks/food. Lobby bar has a great ambiance and great outdoor fireplaces to relax for an evening drink/snack. I don t golf but the course looks great!

This is a nice resort - with a nice big pool area. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice and comfy. The round architecture overlooking the central area from outside most of the rooms gives it a 'connected' feel (since we had other associates staying at most of the rooms, this was good). This may not be as fancy as the Desert Springs JW Marriott closeby but a nice resort overall. The pool area was nice. The conference center was big and attached - very easy to get to. Didnt get a chance to try the spa but heard good things about it from others. Room Tip: The King bed room has a bigger bathroom area than the two double bed room.

All the staff at this resort are so nice and friendly! The check in clerk, the house keepers, the servers at the pool side and of course Don Cuco he is always so nice and attentive he helped us open the umbrellas by the pool and brought us towels without us even asking. Can't get any better than that! My family and I will definitely be coming back!

I enjoyed the place. I found it entertaining when I saw a cockroach in my friends hotel room. It was on the pillow and he was up in 6002 (the handicap room). I'd rate it higher, but it gets -1 because of the unidentifiable spider that was in ours (7036). Would stay here again :)

Great place to stay. The pool was large enough to fit the whole NFL, minus the Bills. The staff was very friendly and very accommodating. They would bring you necessities before you would even ask. Beds were comfortable and they had complimentary bikes you could take out for a spin. Will reccomend this place to friends and family.

I was definitely pumpered at this green lush garden. While I get charge for my electric car I love visiting the cafeteria the gelato dulce de leche my favorite ! the gift shop has terrific sale rack at the end of the season ! And the outdoor ambiance ambiance by the pool is stunning

Expensive but well kept. The staff was attentive to my every request. The pool was well maintained and the grounds well manicured. The staff was very helpful getting my golf arranged and my clubs transported around. The weather was also great, but the hotel had less influence over that.

Impeccable service, excellent rooms, well thought-out accommodations and activities on the resort grounds. Things are kept up well, for example the Foosball and the ping pong tables were all in great condition, and the gym was impeccably clean and well-kept. We had an excellent experience and the staff is top-notch.

I went to see Anthony Tran sing and was not disappointed! The entertainment was excellent, as were the appetizers. The drinks were different but like I've found in most hotel bars, lacking in alcohol. The service was good at the beginning but seemed to disappear near the end. But, all in all, a very nice evening to share drinks and food with friends!

This is where we had our marriage retreat with the City of Angels International Christian Church! The staff is amazing, the amenities are amazing, and the attention to detail has left a great impression on us. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone interested in some quality R&R with wife and your family :-)

It seems like they scrimp too much 1 small shampoo for 2 people, 12.95 for WiFi, the towels are like for school gyms rough, rough, rough. The rooms are nice, nice surroundings outside, why they don't have sliding doors I don't know when you are dragging a couple suitcases, the CAVA restaurant is pricey but the food is A1.

Upgraded to a generous executive suite. All of the staff exceptionally courteous. The pool is obviously the big highlight: the latest pool in the valley. Quick attentive service for food and drinks. Summer months are quite hot (110+F) but the cooling waterfall made for an easy way to control the temp and go back to floating. I d imagine it could be packed with families in the winter months, but for us it was perfect.

We went for an event for the kids on rose lawn was face painting free and in oasis room was how to make slime ...kids love to make slime!! the event had started late with kids and parents waiting impatiently 45 mins outside parents getting rude and acting like children because the face painting event on rose lawn was overwhelmed due to a lot more kids than anticipated having only 2 painters and at least 50 kids...the young man running the slime event was also 1 of the face painters so he was trying to keep up with the demands of the kids wanting superhero and butterflies painted on their little faces and trying to end that event so he could get started in Oasis Room slime event....all in all kids had fun making their own glitter slime, (even with the parents acting childish) and attendant ( young man ) although overwhelmed hot and pretty busy was very pleasant and really knew his slime ...The Renaissance Hotel, being in Indian Wells, was not as equipped or staffed appropriately for this particular Memorial Day weekend ...this place was packed everyone at pool and garden area were seemingly enjoying themselves, ordering drinks and food The Restrooms next to Oasis Room which is steps from pool and garden area were NOT as clean or stocked with toilet paper as should have been ( my opinion)....My 7 year daughter and her good friend that came with her were able to play and also had a chance to run into a hawk and his keeper having pictures taken with them was a highlight

Well outside of hearing our neighbors fighting and arguing about infidelity and kids running up and down the halls screaming and slamming doors , the walls and door being thin not to mention another couple trying to get into our room because the front desk wrote the wrong room on their key. All this on an overnight stay. The only thing acceptable was the shower and bed. Will not return for sure

Sorry to report the day we spent here was packed with kids under 12. I couldn't dip in the pool or jacuzzi because they were filled with kids with floatation devices. Food and drink service took forever, and the food was cold! I won't go back to this so-called ritzy place. Sorry, but it wasn't a good time at all.

The hotel is great, the pool, the food, and the views all amazing. However the hotel was very unclean; they re we re cockroaches on the outside of the pool, and in the pool, especially in the waterfall. Right when I checked in I saw in the shower many pieces of hair, stains on the towels, etc.

Came for a convention. Room was very comfortable. Organization of people was done very well. Pool area clean. The food selection of restaurants could have been better. Not much to choose from or not much variety. We took lyft many times to seek better food options.
