Air Conditioner never worked correctly. Fire Alarm went off at midnight with multiple announcements that there was no cause for concern. Announcements and alarms continued for another 30 minutes (there is a LOUD speaker in each room) Food was average at best. We are Marriott Gold, but we will not be back at this location.

Just room rate shopping. Beautiful lobby with plenty Front Desk staff, Bellmen, and Concierge.

I'm here for a conference and feel like I'm being treated like royalty. The rooms are lovely and well appointed and the food is delicious and plentiful.

Stayed during COVID. This hotel, like everyone else, has to follow guidelines which take away from the Resort experience. However, the staff keeps this place feeling like a true getaway.

I am truly blown away! I was simply walking around the hotel looking for something to eat. A very nice man named Christopher informed me the pool was serving cold items and drinks. I swear - I was not showing a disappointed face behind my mask! Christopher asked me to wait a moment. He then came back and said his kitchen crew would be more than happy to make me a burger (it was two hours before the kitchen was opening). I said - that would be great if they do not mind. 10 minutes later Christopher returned with a delicious burger and fry and refused to let me pay for it. Seriously I tried. He simply thanked me for being a customer. Holy cow!

My favorite part of this is Christopher never asked my room #, bon-voy member status, or even if I was staying at the hotel - he simply recognized I was hungry and went well out of his way to make me happy. I never asked for anything - he and the kitchen crew just took care of me.

A very nice event room. The entire resort is nice but it was fairly warm at our event.

The hotel was fine. The staff were excellent - very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the hotel is in need of updating and cleanliness needs to be a higher priority. It wasn't filthy, but there needs to be more attention to detail. There More

Gorgeous location, easy to find. Convenient valet parking. Quiet, lush interior, with spacious meeting rooms. Come visit!

All the complaints written here are legitimate. Noise, hidden fees, even the sheets. None of that bothered me. The only comment I'll make is cost, it isn't cheap.

Amazing place for entertainment, events and golfing

We booked through a travel site and were not told about the resort fee. Nor were we told about the charge at check in. The front desk manager was extremely abrasive and rude to us when we checked out. Very arrogant staff. Being a Marriott elite member, expected to be treated better. You get nothing for this fee, they even charge for internet. The rooms are extremely dated and the entire lobby smells like stale alcohol from the lobby bar. Why did I spend all this money for a hotel that nickel and dimes you for everything.

Great venue for a convention. Suggestion for next time: have more recycling bins available for guests. Thanks!

We enjoyed a Christmas celebration at Cava restaurant. Delicious holiday buffet including crab legs salmon and prime rib.

We went at a time it wasn't very busy. It is located in a really nice area of the desert, breathtaking view of the mountains, and the pool has a sandy "beach" area exclusive for younger kids, so my 2 1/2 year old was in heaven. We forgot to pack swim diapers but towel shack at the pool offers them complimentary. Great experience.

They need to improve a lot. The lobby is the start.

Cava is the restaurant near the outdoor pool. As locals we decided to check it out and we were not disappointed. It was during Coachella and the eye candy at the pool was great but the service and food was better. So great that I had to give it 5 stars and the sandwiches we had were only a couple bucks more than other places. The house salad was HUGE and the key lime pie with fresh raspberries was right out of FLO-RID-A. Ask for Felicz he was awesome.

This probably has been the worst experience I ever had in a hotel. From mixing up my reservation; telling me that I was already checked In. Telling me the my friend who made the reservation was here (when he was in Mexico) to giving me a booked room, and making me wait for 45 mins to get my room @ 11pm with my 2 daughters asleep. Also Receiving charges on my email from different room numbers. To trying to check me out a day before early when I made reservations from Friday to Monday. Called front desk to clear it out and the lady stated that I had make reservations from the Friday to Sunday but they could extend my reservation. I had to go down at 8am to go and clear it out to show them the emails I had. They still had me down like I had booked 2 rooms; I explained the situation and still got emails of all the charges from room 6089 which we didn't stayed in that room. The excuses they were giving me it's the reservation hot line. They need to get it together. There will be a lot of bothered members with mistakes like these. Just let me add we are Marriotts rewards members and I was very disappointed.

Friendly & helpful staff. On a glorious golf course. Beautiful view of mountains. Room was large & comfortable with King size bed.

Really quite disappointing! They gave me the wrong key, and after a long walk to the room, and not being able to get in, and returning to the front desk, they realized that it was the wrong room. So we started over again. Extremely poor service! Room service stopped very early. I was here for a conference, and a meeting rooms almost never had enough chairs.

Beautiful facility, check in was fast and easy, expert service. Restaurant food was typically overpriced but there are free extras like bicycles and games outside, huge pool area. I look forward to returning next year.

Made two visits dropping off food for a delivery company tonight. Both times was treated really well by the front desk staff. Beautiful place and the front desk girl at 3am, cute.

Came here for my daughters summer cheer camp with Power Elite All-Stars, beautiful settings, rooms are spacious. Will be back!

GREAT Place to stay and play, staff at the resort as well at the Clubhouse, first time here and my experience was perfect, Andrea at the bag drop off was so nice and helpful. If you just need to gateway for a weekend I really recommend staying here.I loved it.

Hotel is nice, great pool. A lot of non guests using pool, breakfast buffet on Sunday was no better than the Hampton and extremely over priced $27.00 per person. Went to buy a Tommy Bahama shirt $140 and the sales associate would not let us keep the hanger and wanted to fold it and place it in a bag (tacky). Rooms are small, horrible guest parking unless you valet. I will never stay here again

I attended the resort for my high school prom and the service was amazing! The setting was elegant and the atmosphere was welcoming making the night unforgettable.

We are here in the Indian Wells Resort we rented 4 rooms and are here for business.

Memorial day weekend had a good time with our kids at the free slime making event. Really thought that there could have been more staff on duty for the kids events to make it more efficient and pleasant. Parents were very indignant and rude waiting in line with their children to enter Oasis Room where the slime event was taking place. Event opened about 45 mins late due to face painting on lawn was overwhelmed for 2 people and 1 of the persons doing painting was in charge of the slime event. The young man was pleasant but seemed busy yet was a slime making pro...( lol ) the hottel pool was packed the restrooms need extra service attendants on duty for weekends like that

Do not eat at the Cava restaurant, the food is not fresh everything is frozen. Also, if you order the pizza, it is a frozen pizza. It is not made fresh.

Very nice hotel! I went for a family wedding and it was very nice. The ONLY thing i advise the hotel is to put signs to where to park for an event. It was pretty tricky finding parking for the wedding event (which was behind the hotel). The valet had to give us directions
